I love the work they did on my Bose Tenor Glasses. They did a GREAT job replacing the standard sunglasses lenses with my prescription lenses. I love everything about these glasses.

I recently sent LensAbl 8 pairs of glasses that needed two different types of prescription lenses (distance for me and progressives for my spouse). Some of the frames were new and some of them were older. I accidentally ordered an extra set online but couldn't change the order, so I contacted LensAbl via email and someone got back to me right away and corrected the order once they got the frames. They also contacted me about a pair of frames that needed new nose pads, and they were able to replace those for me without any issues. I received all 8 pairs of the glasses about a month from the time I ordered them. I didn't expect them so soon because of the holiday, and because delivery services were busy, many of them allocated for delivery of vaccines. But they arrived in great time, and every single pair turned out perfect. I started using LensAbl because their prices and products are so great compared to regular optometrist shops. For everything I purchased and had done, I saved about three thousand dollars, so LensAbl is Awesome!

This is the second pair of glasses that I've had Lensable fill the Rx for me. They do wonderful work, and my only disappointment is the lack of adequate communication. Sometimes communicating quickly is more important than delays in completing orders.
I am not pleased with the lenses I received. As soon as I put on my glasses, a very distinct glare appeared on the lens from a lamp in the room. For the price, these lenses should be coated with some anti-glare/anti-reflective coating. I can't wear these at night while I am driving as the glare is extremely distracting. I would like them redone with anti-glare coating or a full refund.

I have never ordered glasses on line before. There process was easy and my glasses were perfect when I received them. I ordered only the lenses.
My lenses were replaced perfectly and when ordering they recommended exactly what I needed as far as tense type, etc. The price very reasonable also and my glasses work and feel great. You can track your order online and you can email or chat with customer service for info on your order if you want to know where it is in the process. Then when it comes, its in a cute case and it even came with lease cleaner and a special cloth. Very pleased with the service and my glasses. Will use again. Only thing is for my insurance plan was considered out of network so my reimbursement was smaller but still cheaper than if I had done entire thing with the eye dr because my eye dr would not put new lenses in my existing frames, he required that I bought new frames which would have been hundreds more so that is why I got only lenses replaced and even with the smaller out of network reimbursement, it was still way way cheaper for me to replace my lenses this way than through dr, way cheaper...
Customer service was responsive and helpful. It was not immediately clear if I needed to send my Bose glasses in to get replacement lenses. They clarified I did not. The lenses which came were not even close to the same curvature as the original lenses but they did work with extreme effort (and trepidation). I will be ordering clear lenses next. Overall experience was good.
This was my first experience purchasing eyeglasses online. I wanted to re-use my existing frames, so Lensabl seemed like a good solution. Unfortunately, it's been a disappointing experience. Here's what I've experienced so far -
1. The very first time I cleaned my new glasses, I noticed that the left lens was loose and felt like it might fall out of the frame. Everyone makes mistakes, but the loose lens in my new glasses indicates that: (a) the Lensabl tech did not do a good job and/or (b) Lensabl has weak or no quality check procedures to ensure that the tech work is done correctly. The problem with a loose lens should have been caught and corrected by Lensabl before my new glasses were shipped to me.
2. I decided to return my new glasses to Lensabl to have them correct the loose lens. However, the Lensabl website wasn't very user-friendly for contacting Customer Service - there is no clear path or easy-to-use form to request a return authorization. After I emailed Customer Service, it took approximately 5 days before they responded and gave me a return authorization number. The difficulty and time delay in being able to return my defective glasses to Lensabl for repair is unacceptable. An online company like Lensabl should have clear, easy access to a Customer Service department that responds within a few minutes or, at a minimum, the same day.
3. I recently received my 'fixed' glasses from Lensable. The loose lens has been fixed but there's something significantly wrong now with the prescription - I'm not sure but I suspect that when Lensabl 'fixed' the loose lens, the tech accidentally swapped the lenses and put the left lens on the right side of the frame and the right lens on the left side of the frame. I don't want to go through the hassle of trying to contact the Lensabl Customer Service department again, so now I'm going to have to go to a local optometrist and have them check the left and right lenses of my glasses to see if they've been reversed. What a pain. Frustrating.
I am floored at the lack of customer service with your company. I haven't had any money returned to me for the inconveniences of waiting for almost a month and a half for my glasses back, not to mention that this service was supposed to take 4-7 business days to be complete. I would like to know where my compensation went... after I had to reach out to your company 4 times after 4 weeks going by, I would have been happy with the communication at least from them. I received an additional discount for all of this and yet haven't seen any of my money back! I am going to be leaving you guys quite the informative review over this, because no one should have to be put through the anxiety that your lack of communication has given me.
I've had bad experiences before ordered lenses online due to the lenses not being properly aligned. Not only can I see perfectly out of my glasses but the shipping was fast and so easy! Answer: I purchased some really awesome vintage glasses with octagonal black plastic frames made in France, probably from the late 1960s or early 1970s. I was so excited to have them made into sunglasses. I took them to my local optical shop and was told, "I hope you didn't spend much on these because you wasted your money. No one will touch frames this old, because the plastic is so brittle it will just shatter." I was so disappointed. I tossed them in a drawer and forgot about them for a few months. Then I saw an ad for Lensabl online. I contacted them and asked if they could work with vintage frames, and the answer was "No problem!" I was nervous to send the frames in but figured I didn't have anything to lose. I just received the glasses back in the mail today (two weeks from when I mailed them in), and they are incredible! The frames were cleaned and straightened, and the new lenses are perfect. I love them so much. Thanks, Lensabl!
Answer: They clearly don't have the infrastructure set up to be in this business where each frame is a customer order. In cases like they they are not staffed with customer services that can be actually helpful which only result in wrongly made glasses. They broke my glasses and are not trying to it at all. I posted review on here before and then it just disappeared for some reason, I'm not sure if they are paying people to get rid of negative reviews.
