My glasses took over two months, nearly three. During this time I had few to no updates through the web site. When I requested help from support each interaction took days. After waiting days I would get an update that my glasses would be done in a few days. A few days later no update. Request help from support. Rinse and repeat. Truly an awful experience.

I ordered glasses through another company but needed prescription lenses added so I sent the frame off to Lensabl. All I had to do was load my prescription and send in the lenses with a prepaid label. The glasses came back to me quickly and look great! I love that they came back to me in a sturdy case with lens cleaner and a lens cloth - nice touch!
I've used lensabl to replace lenses several times in the past. Always had an ok experience. This November I shipped in another pair of glasses. It's now late December and the website has been telling me that they will ship in 6 business days for almost 3 weeks now.
Customer service is not helpful and has not followed up with any information even though I've emailed them 3 times to get an ETA. I'm really disappointed and am planning to use another service next time or someone local because the long wait and lack of follow up is pretty crazy. The lenses are expensive for what they are (they tack on high fees for coatings, finished edges, warranty, etc), but I was ok with it when they were responsive and shipping stuff quickly. Being stuck in "6 business day" limbo for several weeks is not acceptable.

Ok your website site says no delays with COVID, cool. I ordered these and they said 6 business days to ship. Ordered these on the 6th so I expected to ship on the 14th They are still in the arrived at lab status no movement. It's frustrating not seeing movement. GlassesUSA is so much faster! While the glasses were installed properly, I noticed top and bottom edges were only partial polished. I wish Lensabl clearly state they only polish the outer facing sides of the lenses.
The Lenses I have received do not fit into the Frames.

Answer: I purchased some really awesome vintage glasses with octagonal black plastic frames made in France, probably from the late 1960s or early 1970s. I was so excited to have them made into sunglasses. I took them to my local optical shop and was told, "I hope you didn't spend much on these because you wasted your money. No one will touch frames this old, because the plastic is so brittle it will just shatter." I was so disappointed. I tossed them in a drawer and forgot about them for a few months. Then I saw an ad for Lensabl online. I contacted them and asked if they could work with vintage frames, and the answer was "No problem!" I was nervous to send the frames in but figured I didn't have anything to lose. I just received the glasses back in the mail today (two weeks from when I mailed them in), and they are incredible! The frames were cleaned and straightened, and the new lenses are perfect. I love them so much. Thanks, Lensabl!
Answer: They clearly don't have the infrastructure set up to be in this business where each frame is a customer order. In cases like they they are not staffed with customer services that can be actually helpful which only result in wrongly made glasses. They broke my glasses and are not trying to it at all. I posted review on here before and then it just disappeared for some reason, I'm not sure if they are paying people to get rid of negative reviews.
