I've used lensabl to replace lenses several times in the past. Always had an ok experience. This November I shipped in another pair of glasses. It's now late December and the website has been telling me that they will ship in 6 business days for almost 3 weeks now.
Customer service is not helpful and has not followed up with any information even though I've emailed them 3 times to get an ETA. I'm really disappointed and am planning to use another service next time or someone local because the long wait and lack of follow up is pretty crazy. The lenses are expensive for what they are (they tack on high fees for coatings, finished edges, warranty, etc), but I was ok with it when they were responsive and shipping stuff quickly. Being stuck in "6 business day" limbo for several weeks is not acceptable.
