Unfortunately, though – in the meantime I didn't know it was going on and it sure took a long time. Not really good explanations as to why it took so long, either. Maybe there was an issue?

First I waited a long time to get the box meant to ship my frames in and during this time I received inaccurate emails saying my frames were already received. Once I shipped my frames I received an email saying there was a quality issue and 2 days later they were sent in the mail. I was glad the shipping was fast at that point but when I received my lenses there are obvious quality issues. Both lenses have circular scratches/dents that look like they are from the manufacturing. Not happy with this service.
I was initially unhappy as my glasses took almost three weeks to arrive at Lensabl - that's three weeks from the Midwest to California. I blame USPS, but I also felt that the company should invest in faster shipping since USPS is notoriously slow. Once received and my lens replacement was in production, Lensabel contacted me and was fully transparent about an error that occurred making my lenses - they were honest, expedited the replacement and paid for express shipping…. I got my new glasses within two days of shipping. The script is correct and I very much appreciate the honesty and integrity. Now, we just need to rectify the inbound shipping!
Ordering the lenses online was simple but that is the only positive part of the experience. I ordered the Shamir thin lenses, not because i have a particularly strong Rx but to keep the lenses thin and consistent with the lenses in existing frames- which had to be replaced due to a scratch in the middle of one of the lenses.
Along the way, Lensable lost my frames- thankfully I had taken pictures of them before sending them to Lensable so they were finally able to locate them, otherwise who knows how disastrous this experience would have been.
It took 6 weeks to receive my glasses and when i finally did get them, the lenses are as thick as Coke bottles... on rimless frames no less... NOT a good look. Also screws attaching the lenses to the frames extending well out of the back of the lenses towards the face. I am now dealing once again with online customer service, which can only be done only... also a be negative, to return the lenses and issue a credit.

I sent in a pair of sunglasses for lens replacement since I no longer need glasses for distance only for reading. I ordered a progressive pair as per my doctor. That is not what I received. Yo even be able to read anything I would have to tilt my head all the way back or keep them down at the tip of my nose. Very badly done.
Ordered a large frame, frame supposed to be 145mm wide, although the frame was marked as 145 in size, the actual measurement is only 135.

I've used Lensabl three times to replace lenses in my frames, and I'm very pleased with the quality. The processing time is a bit long though. But when I purchased a pair of their Everyday Frames, I was disappointed. The lenses were still fine, but the frames were cheap, flimsy, and crooked. I've asked Lensabl for guidance on how to adjust the frames and I'm hoping I can carefully modify the fit so they'll be wearable.
I had an old RayBan pair of sunglasses and decided to get Lensabl to replace the lenses to meet my currnet progressive prescription. I got hem back and find that I can see more clearly with the Lensabl pair than with the pair I got from my optometrist, at well under the cost charged by the optometrist.

The ordering process was simple enough. Having to enter some of the prescription data that was already on the scanned prescription was a little confusing and maybe unnecessary. The process was simple enough otherwise. The finished glasses (my frames with the new lenses) are perfect and arrived well packaged. Thank you.
I will never used or recommend Lensabl. I receive the first order and the prescription was incorrect. I was informed that i needed progressive lenses. I paid an extra $185 and waited at least 2 weeks for my glasses. They arrived and i am unable to see with them. It feels like the prescription belong to someone else. I have contacted them; they responded that they will need to research. It has been a few days and I haven't heard from them. In the meantime, i sent my glasses to another online company (my daughter used them and was happy), more money out of my pocket. I tried to save money but in the end it cost me more. Thanks Lensabl for a horrible experience!
I was very happy with how quickly everything was done but would have appreciated if shipping from Canada was covered.
Also, not overly happy that these lenses constantly fog up. I'm an ER nurse and need to wear both goggles and a face mask at all times. I am constantly having to take off the stoggles because they are fogging up.
My new lenses look good and work great. The product delivered is good quality but, it is not worth what you have to go through to receive it. From start to finish, my glasses (I provided the frames) took over 35+ days to be completed. I attempted to contact their customer service a total of 8 times before they got to me, this was already 20 days into my order. When someone finally did contact me, it was by email and let me know they found ‘defects' and would need more time. They continued to give me the run around and never responded to my requests for money back or to cancel the order. My glasses showed up over a month later and I still haven't heard from anyone at the company. Do yourself a favor and go someplace else.

I was so excited to have them made into sunglasses. I took them to my local optical shop and was told, "I hope you didn't spend much on these because you wasted your money. No one will touch frames this old, because the plastic is so brittle it will just shatter." I was so disappointed. I tossed them in a drawer and forgot about them for a few months. Then I saw an ad for Lensabl online. I contacted them and asked if they could work with vintage frames, and the answer was "No problem!" I was nervous to send the frames in but figured I didn't have anything to lose. I just received the glasses back in the mail today (two weeks from when I mailed them in), and they are incredible! The frames were cleaned and straightened, and the new lenses are perfect. I love them so much. Thanks, Lensabl!

In cases like they they are not staffed with customer services that can be actually helpful which only result in wrongly made glasses. They broke my glasses and are not trying to it at all.
