Have lenses in my glasses. However the whole process took about a month (27 days) not the approximate 2 weeks the website talks about. My tracking on my account said estimated ship date in 5 days, for 10 days in a row. This was not any faster than going to a physical store.

I say finally because it took longer then expected & didn't originally pass QC so the lenses were redone.

I bought a pair of smart frames from razer when I received it from razer I made sure everything worked and was in the box appropriately. I then mailed the box with everything inside, which would be the 2 sets of lenses that razer send one being a blue light filter lense and a sunglasses lense, along with my charger for the frames and the frames(obviously) i maild it on on may the 5th theyre website states a 2 week turnaround, I contacted them and I kept getting the runaround. Oh your lenses failed inspection, oh it takes longer for transitions and anti reflective, when I ordered my lenses it never said anything about extra time. Well finally i just received my glasses yesterday and they didn't send back the original 2 sets of lenses or my charger, now I have a dead set of smart glasses that are useless in regards to what they are supposed to do ive emailed lensable no reply ive called razer and they don't sell the charger individually and im not spending another 200$ on frames so lensable has screwed me on that. I also payed for the green transition lenses and they don't even turn green they barely glare green. I would not buy from them again with their carelessness
So, I don't have a prescription, but my work and school life constantly requires me to be looking at screens. I will admit that the blue light glasses I got do an incredible job of keeping my eyes from feelings fatigued and strained! Additionally, I got transition lenses so that I can wear these outside while doing work, should I end up needing to do so, while also avoiding having my eyes be burned out by the sun, and I can safely say I was shocked by how fast the transition was. It took only a few seconds to start becoming sunglasses!
Additionally, I ordered a box to be shipped to me so I could send my frames to Lensabl, and the whole process took, at most, a full week for me to not only get my glasses there, but also to get them back! Very satisfied this far with my purchase. I will be returning to Lensabl in the future!
First my lenses failed QC testing, then they lost my frames, then they asked me to help locate a replacement set. My order status was marked complete and ready to ship within 5 days for over two months. It was nearly impossible to get meaningful updates on order status, and lensabl's no refund policy was applied even though they mangled my order. Ultimately took over three months to receive my glasses. Some of the worst customer service I have ever encountered.
Your service was great. Pricing in line with others. However, I choose the darkest sunglass lenses offered (brown) and the Level 3 tint but the lenses are quite yellow in cast and not as dark as protrayed on your website. My eyes are super sensitive to sunlight, so I'm not sure these lenses will work. Any ideas to help me out?

Overall, I felt I was treated well by the company, but there were some stark points that showed they have a lot of work to do when things go wrong. I sent my pair in and waited ~2 weeks before emailing to see what was up. I was notified that my frames had broke during lens replacement (disappointing but understandable) and that they would replace the frames at no cost (woohoo!). I kept up with support throughout the process, though I was always the one who needed to initiate the discussion (I should've been notified the frames broke?). After what I believe was around 7 weeks I finally received my glasses. There was no mention of the deal I made with support to make it right.
The final product was great, and the fact they replaced the frames gets another star. However, I really can't give a recommendation based on their follow-through. I'd likely go with a company that charges $20 more next time.
I purchased two pairs of glasses- one pair of prescription sunglasses and one pair of regular prescription glasses. When I ordered them it said they would be ready to ship in about 4 business days. When 4 business days had passed, I checked my account again and it now said they would ship in 7 business days. I submitted a help ticket to fu d out what was going on. It took about 48 hours for a response, & the customer service person said they would check on the status with the lab manager. Another 48 hours later, I got another email saying one of the pairs of glasses didn't pass the quality inspection and that they would ship soon. Several days later I received a shipment notification and a tracking number. Finally today (almost 3 weeks after placing my order) my Lensabl box arrived in the mail. When I opened it, I saw that it contained the sunglasses, but not the regular glasses. Since I only got one tracking number, I'm not sure if they made a mistake and left out the other pair, or if the other pair has still not shipped. I emailed customer support and am once more waiting on answers.
As for the pair of glasses I received thus far (the prescription sunglasses), I am not happy. The frames are VERY thin and flimsy- thinner than a cheap pair of sunglasses you would get at Target. They definitely do not feel like they will hold up for any amount of time & they look very cheap as well.

I was so excited to have them made into sunglasses. I took them to my local optical shop and was told, "I hope you didn't spend much on these because you wasted your money. No one will touch frames this old, because the plastic is so brittle it will just shatter." I was so disappointed. I tossed them in a drawer and forgot about them for a few months. Then I saw an ad for Lensabl online. I contacted them and asked if they could work with vintage frames, and the answer was "No problem!" I was nervous to send the frames in but figured I didn't have anything to lose. I just received the glasses back in the mail today (two weeks from when I mailed them in), and they are incredible! The frames were cleaned and straightened, and the new lenses are perfect. I love them so much. Thanks, Lensabl!
Answer: They clearly don't have the infrastructure set up to be in this business where each frame is a customer order. In cases like they they are not staffed with customer services that can be actually helpful which only result in wrongly made glasses. They broke my glasses and are not trying to it at all. I posted review on here before and then it just disappeared for some reason, I'm not sure if they are paying people to get rid of negative reviews.
