Terrible Customer Service

RIP-OFF

My prescription was a simple one 2.75 basically for readers. But my vision is blurry with these glasses on... my temples were loose and you would think someone who worked on my glasses would have tightened them for me! Also the Oakley case i shipped them were is it? I hate the fact of you having to have a picture of me for my order because maybe that is the reason for the SHODDY WORKMANSHIP! On my glasses! OR. You have someone who totally does not know what he or she is doing! I WILL HAVE TO WARN OTHERS (B. B. B.) ABOUT YOUR COMPANY TO WARD THEM OFF FROM GETTING MESSED OVER!

Good but took a month

The lenses came out good but the process of making my lenses- not a complex prescription or shape- they are literally circles, took an exceptionally long time in my opinion. I'm not certain how lens crafters can promise glasses in an hour and it took lensable close to a month to make the lenses. I would think the technology has gotten better not worse- I'm

Stoggles with Lensabl

I ordered Lensabl lenses for my stoggles and had to send them to the lab to be put in. This process took almost a month. Then when I received them they were blurry. We checked the prescription I sent and it was correct. I sent them back to be fixed. Another month passes by and I get my stoggles back. Still blurry. My original lenses that came with my stoggles were so scratched up when Lensabl sent it back I cannot use them and now they were not sent back the second time so I am still waiting to hear from customer service about that issue to see if I can even use them at all with contacts or if I just wasted my money.

Good quality, bad timing

I just recently got my stoggles back from having prescription lenses put in. They are great! They look good and are good quality. The unfortunate part was it took just about a month to get them back after I mailed it to them. When they arrived at Lensabl, they got lost in their lab and took them several days to one them. They said they would replace if lost so that's a good thing to know. They eventually found them and shipped back almost a month later. Dealing with customer service was a bit difficult as for getting reply's in timely manner. Without dealing with this issue of it being lost I would get a reply once every 3-4 business days, as soon as they realized my stoggles were lost, they were starting replying really quick.

UNHAPPY CUSTOMER

I ordered a bose prescription glasses back April and didn't received it until yesterday, 6/16/21. In between, I keep emailing for status and did not received any response at all until this week. Poor service, poor response time and poor and no live person to talk to find the status and answer question. Total bad experience.

Not what I thought they would be.

They took forever to get here. Once here, I noticed they had a spot that was scratched on one lens. I needed safety goggles I could use for distance and close up (bifocals), for some reason I thought that was what I was getting when I chose my order. Apparently, I was wrong, so these are useless and a huge waste of money.

Took a little longer than i expected as i missed them for the event that i wanted to wear them at. But overall am pleasantly surprised to know i can find any frames i want and convert them to prescription. Will definitely get more made in the future.

It was easy to send my frames in to be replaced, however, one of the new lenses has a flaw that I cannnot remove. It is a clear bump in the lens in the top corner so isn't in my line of sight but is still annoying.

I shipped my Ray Ban prescription glasses on May 21st, 2021 and received my glassed back on June 15th. I received my glasses in a nice box, with a new case, glass cleaner and cloth so in summary I was please with how the new prescription lens turned. While waiting on my glasses to be returned I did make a couple inquiries and the customer service was not great. Both inquiries took about 48 hours for a response and the response was pretty much a "canned" response with little to no detail. So I decided I would give the quality of my lens 5 stars and the process/turnaround 1 star.

The problem solver

I'm a biker and needed prescription glasses that allows me to protect my eyes from the wind and bugs while I'm enjoying my ride. You have solved my needs more then I expected when you were able to place my prescription glass on Boss Tempo which in addition gave me the ability to listen to music answer the phone on the go.
I tried my regular optician to solve the problem but refused to work on the curve lenses.

Wonderful

I love the quality of the service and the product that was done with my glasses. My glasses has a special purpose and needs. I needed to upgrade my spectacles video sunglasses with a prescription lenses so that I may capture the moments when I give birth to my son. Thanks to you guys. I will be able to capture that special moments with my newborn. Thank you for doing an excellent job and providing great service.

Almost Perfect!

My glasses are great except for the irritating line in the bottom right lens. Almost like a cold frost line, the glare is irritating when driving or looking at the computer. There were very close to perfect. I will try the company again, but hope to avoid this in the future.

I'm disappointed

On my first go around it seemed to take quite a bit of time to complete my lenses. About two and a half weeks, not including shipping. The status update they provide is all over the place and didn't seem to be accurate. Great in theory but you would need everyone to do their part to make it work. The only way to contact them is through email. You're at their mercy as to when you might receive a reply and even then if they address your concerns. When I received my glasses my excitement was short lived as I noticed my new lenses were scratched in several areas. I contacted Lenasble and they sent a label to return. I sent a email expressing my disappointment and got a reply that was patronizing and a bit condescending. They did make a $30 adjustment on a $200 purchase. After a couple of weeks of not knowing the status of the redo I sent another email. Later that night I was notified the glasses were being shipped. I received them today and more disappointment. Although there were no scratches on the lenses it appears either the holes were not placed evenly or they had attached the lenses unevenly. I'm disappointed. I'm happy to have a pair of glasses that have sentimental value returned me with my latest prescription. I'm not certain if I will send them any future business. I will say that it appears they tried but just fell short of what a reasonable person might expect.

I had a terrible experience. It took over two months, I wasn't allowed to speak with someone and my frames are too tight which makes me believe they broke them and had to replace them.

I had ordered a pair of safety glasses from stoggles and wanted to get prescription lenses in them. Stoggles had referred me to lensabl for this service. I placed my order on 5/1 and requested a box to send my glasses in and this arrived about a week later. After sending my glasses off the website tracker updated to show it was received (5/18) and in-process and never changed past estimating shipping in 5 business days. On 5/28 I got an email that my lenses had not passed quality control, they would need to be redone, and apologized for the delay. The tracker then updated to show it was delayed and still continued to show shipping in 5 business days. No further updates happened on the tracker but on 6/12 I received an email that they were shipping my glasses. I received my glasses on 6/14 and they were packaged beautifully.

Overall, the lenses seem very nice and I am pleased with the quality of the work. I anticipated that it would take a couple of weeks to get my lenses made (plus some time for the shipping box to be sent to me at the beginning) but I did not expect that it would be quite this long. It might have been slightly less irritating if the web tracker had actually changed throughout the wait.

Purchased blue light lenses for my bose frames tenor. Was not clear how the service worked. Was hoping to receive just lenses but had to send in frames. No option for just lenses at checkout. Whole process took over a week, likely 2 weeks. Blue light lenses do not include any kind of blue light filtering tester like the $16 pair I purchased on Amazon... and when I do a side-by-side I am under the impression that the Lensabl lenses do not filter blue light as well as the $16 pair. Finally - the whole configuration process was odd. I could get blue light lenses with a blue light filtering coating?

I love the new lens in my Givenchy frames but was expecting more of a purple bluish reflection of glare up' no sure if it was applied other than that The extractive transitions are a perfect fit after 24hrs of wear time eyes feels so relaxed
