I paid a lot of money for 2nd Day Air on 12/30 and got my package on 1/9. That's not acceptable.
I bought a watch from Ashford and it got bad in a few months. They misguided me to send the watch back a few times for repair, but they could not fix it after a few times. They said the watch was shocked, but they never provided me the proof. The watch was never shocked on my side. They refused to refund me. Their products might be gray market stuff or falsified. I will never buy from them again. I absolutely don't recommend them.
I hadn't started out looking for a new watch, but the image and description made it any easy sale. At a super price!
I like that Amazon Pay was a choice, it made it easy to order the watch without any difficulties.

Purchased a new eterna watch arrived damaged they did not offer a refund but told me to have it fixed at local jewellers the repair came to £81 GBP of which they would refund $50 dollars max £40 GBP.
Also watch has no warranty
I will never buy from them again you have been warned...

Initially, I had some reservations about both the quality of the product and the process of purchasing from this store since it was my first time, but upon receiving the watch, I felt a sense of relief seeing it in my hands. These are just ok. I gave 4 stars because I've been buying through Ashford for years. I don't understand why everything always looks better on someone else! I have more of a round face, so these are almost too small. I bought them as spares. Then I found about 3 different other pairs I had packed away! :)
I've been using Ashford for a couple years now. I've never been absolutely angry with anything I've ordered there either. I've purchased a couple other brands of sunglasses, along with some watches and jewelry from time to time.
Placed order for 2 sunglasses, one came defective. Returned it. Placed another order to get a good one. A defective item came again. Customer service didn't want to provide a prepaid return label. Conclusion: It their stock consists of aftermarket/used/refurbished merchandise.

I was very sceptical about buying from this site as I was redirected from another site. No issues at all. They had the best online price and delivered in time. I was unexpectedly and pleasantly surprised.
I had no choice. I was redirected from another site (Realry). As a consumer, it feels very vulnerable to click on a shady site (my opinion) all to be redirected to another shady site (my opinion) and give my financial details with knowing you are planting cookies on my phone and selling my info, and you want a five star review? Now I'm going to receive emails and phone calls from overseas offering me things that may or may not exist and potentially compromise my online security (haha). Or, I'll get a phone call saying you can offer me a better interest rate on my credit card or I have to pay some basement scammer to protect my credit. How about working with honesty and integrity and let your reputation speak for itself. Let people's experiences propel you. I know, it's an online world and without taking anything of context or having a five star review or planting cookies on everyone's phone you just couldn't do it. Track my package, give me updates and make me feel like I made a safe choice to buy from you and have nothing to worry about. That's how you do business. I'll tell my friends good things about you and they'll tell there friends then, NOT out of obligation, we will give honest unpressured reviews. Everyone is happy...ish.

Smooth transaction, product exactly as described/illustrated. For buyers north of the border in Canada, it would be very helpful to have some alternate shipping options. Express shipping via UPS is the only choice the website allows at checkout, and for Canadians who have experienced UPS orders from US vendors can attest, it gets very expensive compared to the US Postal Service when packages are crossing a border.

Two-day delivery and excellent service. Only quibble is that free shipping not available because I am in Hawaii. For those of us not in the lower 48, don't know why free shipping doesn't extend to us if actual shipping costs are the same.

My last purchase from Ashford was my 8th. And it was just as my first. Prompt processing and reliable shipping. I am in Australia and have never had to wait over 2 weeks for my watch to arrive from the U.S. Just about any of the other big sellers take at least 4 weeks if l am lucky.The quality of items is perfect, they are not factory 2nds. Or Chinese knock-offs but genuine brand items that you can register with the maker for warranty for instance.

Purchased a few watches from Ashford. Received the package and forgot it in my garage. During the Pandemic came across the box, opened it and 2 of the watches were not in there. The boxes were there, but the actual watches were missing. Having purchased from them before, I never even bothered checking to see if anything was missing. Lesson Learned. I will be checking my orders as soon as they come from now on. When I contacted them, they were very nice, but provide no help. The literally told me to pound sand but in a more professional way.

Generally, if there is a report of missing or damaged merchandise, we will open a claim with the carrier and they will investigate what happened.
