You cancelled my first order for no valid reason on my behalf all funds were on my card and it is a legitimate card, then it took a number of emails and two weeks to get the money back to my card. Ari was helpful but it wasn't a good experience. I have tried again with PayPal
After clicking to buy, there is no confirmation to take the buyer to the check out page or payment page. I almost bought 4 of the same item before I realized I had to click another icon for payment. The product description page for my watch could have been more informative.

I ordered the same watch a week ago. However, the delivery service Ashford chose never reached out to me to make a successful delivery. The watch finally goes returned to Ashford.
I called and emailed back and forth with customer service and wasted an entire week. I was told they couldn't do anything but took time to refund my first order and that I could reorder the same watch and repeat the same waiting game.
I still did what they told me and reordered the watch. By the way, I have not received my refund for the first order, which was returned to Ashford a few days ago. I hope the watch can be delivered smoothly this time, and I will receive my refund soon.
For some reason the PayPal link didn't work for me - on Safari on iPhone - I was able to complete using card
Once I had that sorted out, I got a great watch at a great price and got to my doorstep quick. What more can I ask for?
I placed an order for 3 luminox watches on March 3rd and received shipping information twice. The fist one (later on about 5 days) was canceled and the second one (two weeks later appeared to have been damaged) Long story short almos a month later I am waiting for a refund.

I've no issues ordering online when I created an account with Ashford, but previously for the subject's Order # w*******742 purchased last Feb 10 or Feb 11,2025, I don't have an account yet and when the items where delivered, I have no invoice or list of what was delivered. Very easy to find what I wanted. Information about mailing was clear and the charges were reasonable. Remains to be seen how quickly the items are processed and sent, but so far so good.
