Never ordered from here before. Was actually nervous but it was a smooth experience. No issues, watch came when expected and was packaged well. The UPS tracking number was included in the shipping confirmation email. Honestly have no complaints!
Have returned watch due to defective operation. Not a good experience as this was a gift and recipient was disappointed as product had to be returned. This cost me time and money to receive return number, repackage and drop off for shipment back to Ashford.

The price was great as well as the shipping, but doing a return is quite different. Difficult to get in touch with customer service to initiate a return. I wish to return the watch and purchase another.
I was excited about getting the frames I needed. It was possible that there wasn't enough information to pick the correct size. The style and brand was correct. However the color I wanted wasn't available. Also I was doing because the size was much smaller than what I expected and needed. Hopefully I can get a quick response so that I can return them in a timely manner.

Couldn't find what I was originally looking for but I found a decent alternative. And the price was fair.
Hopefully is a new item. I received the watched and had to sign. The inconvenience is that if I wasn't there, would I be able to receive the product. The watch was seal and all, it looked kind of new.
It gave errors when trying to place the order with a credit card I used several times on other international purchases. The debit card issued by the same bank did not have any issue, suspicious.
I got exactly what I ordered, and within a reasonable amount of time. The shipping delay was due to me ordering late on Friday after they were done processing orders, so it wasn't a problem, just a little slower than ideal.
I found it impossible to pay with gift cards and had to resort to my debit card. I had contacted customer service and it took a few days to respond. The person said to call and they would help me do it. I did but no answer. You need to modify your payment process.

The message says that Ashford is tracking my order that was placed on February 23,2025 (Hugo Boss Men's Watch 15***32).
Is this some kind of joke? I tried to buy this watch twice, but for reasons unknown to me, both orders were cancelled. And the customer service ignored my messages. So I never received my order.
This is the worst experience I have ever had ordering from an online store. Ashford discriminates against customers for reasons unknown. I will never use this store again, as there are other online platforms where the buyer is treated with dignity and respect.
