Although there was a delay in receiving my glasses, it was WORTH THE WAIT. I needed lenses made for hard to find frames and they nailed it…better than I could ever have expected. I am 100% satisfied!
This is the worst online company I have ever experienced. They say lenses should be completed in about two weeks. I'm still waiting after almost two months! When I email them I get a message "we'll get back to you soon." However, they DON'T RESPOND to email questions ever. Their customer service is non-existent. This is a scam. I strongly suggest anyone who needs lenses find another company.
I felt they sent the postage to me very quickly and I didn't have to pay anything to send or get my glasses. However, it took much longer than I expected for them to send me back my glasses. Upon finally receiving my glasses I was thrilled to see how well they were packaged alongside the free beautiful hard case the glasses were placed inside. Also included in the cute box was a spray cleaning solution with a microfiber rag. I was very pleased with the packaging and also when reaching out to the company via email they always would respond quickly and answer any questions or concerns I had about the arrival of my glasses. Overall, I would recommend them (which I have already) to many of my family and friends!
Lensabl is one of the only companies I found that can do the progressive prescription lens in a safety frame and for this reason I recommend them.
However, I was waiting for my order and inquired and was informed my frames were lost. I asked for a full refund with no response. Within a short time I was notified my order had shipped. Concerning but resolved. I am in Canada. I had to pay a customs fee on top of the shipping fee I already paid. All of this added up to be an underwhelmed customer experience even though I can tell the company was trying to resolve my issue and eventually did. I guess I am just annoyed it wasn't a smooth process.
Regarding the product= my new lens in my safety goggle frames are great. There is some fogging but I hope it was more from my mask +warm temperature then from an issue with the lens. As a nurse I am happy to have my eyes protected and see clearly without added eyewear layers.

Lensabl messed up inputting my prescription, so I received glasses for reading instead of distance. Instant splitting headache when I put them on.
Emailed customer service and it took about two days for them to ask me to provide photos? Of the glasses so they could determine what was up. Then they admitted they had inputted the prescription wrong.
This kind of stuff happens. As a long time glasses wearer I know that. But there was no service recovery besides expedited shipping to return and fix their mistake, and it still took an additional 2-3 weeks to get my glasses back. I'm not asking for the world in terms of service recovery, but offering a free upgrade of the lenses or a discount on the total amount paid would have been nice.
I'm not sure the savings were worth the frustration and back and forth to the post office. The lackluster customer service and slow response make me cautious about giving this company my money again.
I sent Lensabl my existing frames to get new lenses made. Overall, they turned out great. Only issue is that it took them almost a month to get them to me. Mind you, this included making a second set of lenses since the first set didn't meet their quality standards... so at least they did not send me the initial set that I would've had to return.
Everything went well. You answered my questions promptly, which put me at ease. First pair of progressives and they work fine. Really not any type of breaking in period.
My only disappointment is they don't get as dark as I thought they would. But maybe after a few days, we'll see. I've only been out in the sun for an hour with them today. I just received them last night. So again it may be just some breaking in period.

Quick and easy! I was pleasantly surprised that this could even be done - online. But wow! Did they come through!
My prescription is for no-line bifocals but what I received had a noticeable line and my vision was not satisfactory. I'm sending my glasses back and will gladly pay for another set of lenses but without the bifocal part of the prescription. Lensabl filled the order as the Rx called for which is confusing because my original glasses with the same Rx are fine and no vision issues.
Bad from start to finish! My original order on May 4th did not go thru as I use Google Chrome (like most Americans!). No error message that it didn't work but I found out when I asked about the order 2 weeks later. The CS rep told me it was because I used the payment plan but I didn't use that; I entered a credit card # to pay in full. I ordered again on 5/18. On 6/1, I was told the glasses failed QC & would be remade. I heard nothing until 6/17 when I inquired again. On 6/21, I was informed they had failed a QC check for the 2nd time but would be prioritized. They failed a QC check for the 3rd time on 6/25. Your rep did give me the excuse you want to make "perfect lenses" so you QC checks are stringent. Your checks may be stringent but obviously your manufacturing process is terrible as they failed 3 TIMES! I was then informed they would be completed on 7/1 & shipped overnight. You sent me an email that they were shipped & would arrive on 7/2. What you really did was create a UPS shipping label on 7/1 but actually shipped them on 7/6 & they arrived yesterday on 7/7. I am completely unimpressed w/ everything about you & would have canceled long ago except for the fact that these glasses were a gift for my 17year old son (for his birthday in May when they should have arrived) & he really wanted them.

Ordered prescription sunglasses frames and lenses and got overnight shipping for an additional charge. I got my package today and I had two empty boxes. Attached pic illustrates this site's customer support. I emailed them to ask them why they mailed me to empty boxes but my receipts on their portal says my goods have been delivered.
At first I was not sure to send my frame because of the growing internet fraud but I say we'll I gonna try and iam not regret my decision at all. My glasses look very nice and elegant and the communication and time frame second to none, I highly recommended.
The lenses I ordered are the Bose Soprano with a very strong prescription. Y'all made sure the lenses were correct, and the thorough prescription information was very nice and ended well. The last few online lenses kinda sucked. It did take like 2 weeks to come in, even though the information provided made it seem like 4-7 days.
Ordered the bose glasses with 1 day shipping and when it came in the mail the box was empty no glasses. Bc of a "computer error". So now I have to wait longer just to get my glasses. Whole point of getting these glasses was so I can hear bc hearing aides r way to expensive, wen insurance cant cover them. So yeah not a great experience

I was so excited to have them made into sunglasses. I took them to my local optical shop and was told, "I hope you didn't spend much on these because you wasted your money. No one will touch frames this old, because the plastic is so brittle it will just shatter." I was so disappointed. I tossed them in a drawer and forgot about them for a few months. Then I saw an ad for Lensabl online. I contacted them and asked if they could work with vintage frames, and the answer was "No problem!" I was nervous to send the frames in but figured I didn't have anything to lose. I just received the glasses back in the mail today (two weeks from when I mailed them in), and they are incredible! In cases like they they are not staffed with customer services that can be actually helpful which only result in wrongly made glasses. They broke my glasses and are not trying to it at all. I posted review on here before and then it just disappeared for some reason, I'm not sure if they are paying people to get rid of negative reviews.
