My lenses didn't fit my frame and the lense sent to me was way bigger than my frame and I specifically told you guys the frame and size of frame. I paid too much for this. I need my lense in the appropriate size ASAP pls.
I've now tried using Lensabl four times, and each time the product they deliver gets worse. The progressive eyeglasses and sunglasses I ordered took nearly six weeks from the time they were received by Lensabl until delivery. And this was only after I had to email them several times to follow up. The eyeglasses prescription is off, and the polarized sunglasses, while the prescription is better than the eyeglasses, there are several dark dots on both lenses. These were Ray Ban polarized lenses originally, and unfortunately now I am stuck with a defective product.
I have a pair of rayban frames that have been worn constantly for 20 years. I recently damaged a lens by putting a scratch in it smack dab in the middle of my field of vision on the right side. Fortunately i had a rather current prescription so i went shopping online... i ran across the lensabl website and looked into the process to get new lenses... i liked what i saw. I particularly liked the idea of being sent a box that was addressed and shipping paid that i simply dropped in the mail. A short time later my frames with new lenses were returned to me... the lenses were perfect in every manner all done for a modest price... i am a happy camper! Thank you
It took over 30 days to make the lenses, and when they were returned the RX was not done correctly and I am unable to see out of the new frames. Still waiting to hear about the resolution of my issue

Long turn around time when I sent in my frames. It took almost 2 months which was unexpected. When I emailed the company to find out The progress of my stoggles 1.5 months after sending them in, they said they hadn't received them. Somehow they were magically found and shipped back two weeks later. There could be improvement on turn around time and tracking people's lenses within their own company
I opted for the better product and I am very pleased with my new lens. My vision is clear and I can now use frames I bought while traveling in Italy that had an old prescription.

I started with high hopes. First the website was difficult to navigate: wouldn't except my prescription. Then there is no quick way to communicate with the company: no phone, chat that is not a chat and when you do here from someone it takes days. No update when they receive your order, how long it will take unless you communicate first. I did receive my glasses yesterday after a month. Not bad but I have a thick prescription for one eye. Would have been nice if the technician had attepted to make it thinner. I'll keep them because I don't wish to undergo souch a lengthy process.

Due to a freak accident, my frames got lost by the USPS during COVID on their way to Lensabl. The frames were lost in transit for over a year. When I finally got them back from the post office, Lensabl not only honored my order when I finally got the frames back 1 year later, they were super helpful in handling my change of address since the order was first submitted. I was so excited to have them made into sunglasses. I took them to my local optical shop and was told, "I hope you didn't spend much on these because you wasted your money. No one will touch frames this old, because the plastic is so brittle it will just shatter." I was so disappointed. I tossed them in a drawer and forgot about them for a few months. Then I saw an ad for Lensabl online. I contacted them and asked if they could work with vintage frames, and the answer was "No problem!" I was nervous to send the frames in but figured I didn't have anything to lose. I just received the glasses back in the mail today (two weeks from when I mailed them in), and they are incredible! Answer: They clearly don't have the infrastructure set up to be in this business where each frame is a customer order. In cases like they they are not staffed with customer services that can be actually helpful which only result in wrongly made glasses. They broke my glasses and are not trying to it at all. I posted review on here before and then it just disappeared for some reason, I'm not sure if they are paying people to get rid of negative reviews.
