I placed my lensabl order on april 17. I finally received my glasses on july 5. The months in between were filled with back and forth emails - lensabl lost my glasses in their lab (may 6-17), broke my frames (may 25), and had numerous delays in production from the time frames they predicted (i got very used to the phrase "3-4 business days!" over those months). Also I got so much email spam from them - can't describe the feeling of seeing I had an email from Lensabl, hoping it would finally be a positive update, and instead being crushed by a "sale" email again and again. The final problem (usps not providing a delivery slip) i can't actually blame on lensabl, but feels like a fitting end to this saga. Though i am happy with my current product after a day of use, i can't say i'm happy with the way the process worked, nor would i recommend this particular company to others.
I was so excited to see they had partnered with stoggles to help make prescription eye protection - as a health care worker, this was something i felt would be super beneficial! After my experience, though, i hope stoggles starts producing their own rx lenses or finds another partner. I was happy that lensabl was able to replace the frames they broke in production due to the stoggles partnership, but it was honestly the least they could do - and i wouldn't recommend sending anything vintage or with sentimental value lensabl's way!
I wish I knew that shipping the lenses and self application was an option for stoggles. I mailed my frames from Canada, there was an issue with quality just before shipping my frames and then I had to wait another week. The whole process took about a month.
My glasses took months and when I finally received them the nose brackets were all crooked. I would like a refund. I don't like the at all.
My lenses the first go-around the bifocal part wasn't aligned right. BUT, the second go-around lensabl made the corrections with new lenses and they are perfect...
I ordered lenses replacement for my sunglass frame.
The first service took about 10 business days.
After receiving the product, I realized the tint color is lighter brown (my order was darkest gray), which I ended up with sending back for re-do.
The second round took about 11 business days.
The new lenses have similar light brown color, which I did not observe significant difference from the initial order.

I purchased a pair of frames and Transition XTRActive with blue mirror lenses in May. They arrived about 6 weeks later. Perfect. I love them. I love them so much that I ordered another set of lenses XTRActive mirror gold. I sent my own frames in this time. I received them yesterday. I am not happy with them. The frames that I sent in look like someone or something stretched out the arms. They do not fit properly on my face any more. I'm not sure how I can get that fixed. I am also not happy with the color that I chose for the lenses. I can barely see the gold. They are not what I was expecting. I should have gone with the green XTRActive. :(
Despite numerous QC checks and ultimately failures with the lenses over the course of over a month; it's hard to believe that these glasses were sent back to me with damage on the actual frame.
These glasses were in mint condition when sending to yourselves and packaged in a glasses case and securely in a box, never once opened and worn because they didn't have prescription lenses in them. Upon opening the package you sent back, there's a chip / dent in the inside right frame. Pictures are attached.
I can't afford to purchase another frame and the wait another month for lenses to be fitted, whilst then risking the same thing happening again, so I would like a full refund for the damages to the frame and to the time taken to send these back to me (+ still broken). Really unacceptable.
Took a lot longer than i expected, but it was done right and it looka great. The case and cleaning kit that came with it were nice touches.
Great lip service, terrible execution. I had to cancel the charge to my credit card to get these guys to finally ship my order 30 days after the order was placed.
My Post Office wouldn't print my shipping label. Luckily I had written the addresses on my little box. I think UPS will do labels when you have Amazon returns. But the lenses in my frames are great and processing time was great.
Ordered a Bose Alto sunglasses to make it prescription glasses, just because your company is partnered with Bose, Expectations are high but here disappointed, paid high price and still service is not worth,,, after waiting for 2 months with couple of excuses for the delay at the end I got the wrong specs, the frame size is wrong, the lens is wrong, I ordered transition lens and it came just a regular shades,,, please somebody contact me and address this situation.
Glasses took awhile. I was informed that my lenses didn't meet inspection so they redid them however when I receive them the prescription is still wrong….
I personally did not think this was going to work. I was so nervous, but once I got them I was so wowed and so happy. They look amazing and I can see through them. I am so happy that I am going to be able to wear them for work, instead of looking like 6 eyes lol. I'm one happy customer for sure! If you work in the health field definitely get these!

I ordered on 5/15/2021 when I was at my home in Surprise, AZ. I tried to use the link which my friend sent me. It was a $20 discount for referring a friend. The link never worked. I called customer service. The rep told me to place the order and he would refund the $20, which he did. But my friend never received her $20 Amazon gift card.

I was so excited to have them made into sunglasses. I took them to my local optical shop and was told, "I hope you didn't spend much on these because you wasted your money. No one will touch frames this old, because the plastic is so brittle it will just shatter." I was so disappointed. I tossed them in a drawer and forgot about them for a few months. Then I saw an ad for Lensabl online. I contacted them and asked if they could work with vintage frames, and the answer was "No problem!" I was nervous to send the frames in but figured I didn't have anything to lose. I just received the glasses back in the mail today (two weeks from when I mailed them in), and they are incredible! The frames were cleaned and straightened, and the new lenses are perfect. I love them so much. Thanks, Lensabl!
Answer: They clearly don't have the infrastructure set up to be in this business where each frame is a customer order. In cases like they they are not staffed with customer services that can be actually helpful which only result in wrongly made glasses. They broke my glasses and are not trying to it at all. I posted review on here before and then it just disappeared for some reason, I'm not sure if they are paying people to get rid of negative reviews.
Answer: Transitions take an upwards of 30 seconds to Transition. The weather conditions can impact the Transition time. Brighter and warmer outside conditions= transitions faster.
