Suffice to say I won't be back. My glasses are a month late, and according to the customer service responses I only got after they were two weeks late and I finally inquired, the problem was all on your end. Finally, when they did ship, it wasn't shipped priority, even though they shipped a month late. Given the extreme delay, I asked for a full refund and was denied. Never again, and I'll tell anyone who'll listen to stay as far away as possible

I shipped my Stoggles on 5/22. On 6/2 I noticed that the tracker on my account had said "6 days until shipping" for well over 6 days so I reached out. I was told the following day that they could not find my frames and needed a description of them as they may have been separated from the order number. On 6/18 I was told that my frames were located and that it would be completed in 3-4 business days and that I could use the live tracker to see updates. On 6/26 I hadn't received tracking information and the live tracker still hadn't changed from the original "6 days until shipping," so I reached out again. On 6/28 I was told that my frames needed to be reworked and it would be another 1-2 days, but for the inconvenience it would be upgraded to overnight delivery. They arrived while I was at work Friday, just as my hospital announced we no longer needed to wear eye protection in patient rooms rendering this entire process and the money I spent USELESS. I understand that mistakes happen and I know there was some communication and an attempt to recover the service through mailing it overnight, but it defeats the purpose of your service if items can get lost, the live tracker be completely inaccurate with no oversight by anyone forcing the customer to point it out, and for the responses from customer service to take up to 2 days to respond. It was made to sound that the overnight shipping was "approved" because of the delay and inconvenience… the overnight shipping was *expected* due to the delay and inconvenience.
My experience was a perfect example of over promising and under delivering. If my experience was a rare occurrence that just happened to slip through the cracks, then I should be refunded my money for that rare and terrible experience.

I had two pairs of Warby Parker glasses that I wanted to lenses replaced in. Originally, I contacted Warby Parker to replace the lenses, but was only met with frustration (one pair was an old style so they wouldn't do any coatings and the second pair was a gift and since I did not have a receipt for it on my account, they refused to change the lenses). My next option was going to my local eye doctor to get a quote for lenses which they informed me would be $300 FOR ONE PAIR!? After doing some research, I found Lensabl. It seemed super easy and affordable to get my lenses updated to my new prescription AND have the coatings (blue like and antiglare) that I wanted applied. Honestly, I was a bit skeptical and thought it was too good to be true... but I took a chance and I am so glad that I did! I was able to easily upload my script, enter in info for each frame that I wanted updated - heck, they even sent me a box with all the packing materials that I needed to make it even easier! I sent them in and waited. During the process, I did get a notification that my lenses needed to be remade becuase of quality check (which I would much rather have happen over getting bad lenses) - the lense redo was "expedited" and ended up being really quick. I received my glasses and they each came in a really cute white geometric Lensable case and they even gave me a glasses cleaning kit. I inspected my glasses and there didn't seem to be any damage to them (which has happened to me in the past when replacing lenses through Warby). I do not have a single complain. THANK YOU Lensable!
I ordered the Mermaid Abalone and wood sunglasses. I sent them in to Slyk's affiliate Lensable and uploaded my prescription online. Now I have crystal clear indoor glasses that magically become pink mirror sunglasses that adjust perfectly to bright light. They are amazing!
The quality is fine and the price is right... if you don't mind waiting 5 weeks for your glasses. The online order-tracking system will tell you from day one that your glasses are "Expected to ship in 6 business days," and I continued to see this message for my order on the very day they arrived on my doorstep. Poor customer service but hey, you get what you pay for--cheap but functional glasses.
This is my 4th or 5th set of lenses. The first 3 experiences were awesome. Number's 4 & 5 have been a real struggle - however support was very helpful. Number 4 they lost the frames, took a couple of weeks to get that cleared up. After Support got involved they purchased replacement frames & produced the lenses - the production still took an extended time. This last set, the glasses came back slowly, however they were incorrect. I got support involved when it was taking a long time. When the glasses came incorrectly Support worked with my pictures and got the lenses re-started quickly. It still took an extended time. Marc at support stayed in touch, and finally after a couple missed shipments got them sent overnight to me. They are good now.
My order took well over a month to process, even though I was told on mutilpe occasions that they would be shipped in 4-7 days. Because of the current conditions, I can understand the delay, but I feel they should be more honest on the time frame. The main reason I am unhappy is that I just received my glasses in the mail today, and I CANT see out them. They are TOTALLY the wrong prescription. So now I have to return them and most likely will take another 1-2 months

Communication is there but a little distant. I finally received my order without an explanation as to why I have two sets of lenses. I'm assuming the one pair extra was the original Bose sunglasses non-prescription but the ones in the frames don't get a close to darkness as the extra lenses. I've been outside on a sunny day and it doesn't get any darker than my previous Alto prescription lenses, which I still enjoy using. So confused and just now waiting to hear from them... again.
I really love this company. They make it so easy and convenient to get new frames. They even send you a prepaid box to mail your glasses back in. You can track the status everytime, they always have a promo code available and you can easily send the invoice into your vision insurance. Love them!
Little to no communication and way longer than expected wait time for my lenses. Website stated 2-7 days. Didn't hear a thing for 14 days. Sent an email, got a response saying another day or two. 10 days after that I hadn't received any notice. Emailed again and got a shipping notification shortly thereafter.
I understand if things get delayed, I do. That wouldn't bother me if I had been communicated with- and by that, I mean if Lensabl had taken the initiative to communicate with me at all, not me waiting and hearing nothing and then having to email them.
Lenses are excellent, so I've got that going for me I guess.
I legit put my order in April 27th then procrastinated shipping my glasses because I work midnights and get sidetracked. When I finally put my glasses in the mail on June 28th they had them back to me in 4 days. I was ashamed of myself but extremely happy with the speed of execution.

As a medical student I always need goggles for anatomy lab. Unfortunately, I can't wear contact lenses because of my eye shape and astigmatism so I've had to suffer with glasses and bulky goggles over them. With my new prescription safety glasses I don't have to worry about my goggles falling off or fogging up or hindering my view anymore! I love them so much and they're so cute. My only issue is that I wish I could have chosen a style from stoggles and have stoggles send it directly to lensable. Having the stoggles sent to me and then having to send it to lensable didn't make a lot of sense and made the process take longer.

I needed glasses for the first time. I found a pair of frames I liked from Zenni but they couldn't do my prescription so I tried Lensabl. It took a little longer than I thought (about 14 business days) but they look and work great. I will definitely use Lensabl again and recommend it to anyone.

I was so excited to have them made into sunglasses. I took them to my local optical shop and was told, "I hope you didn't spend much on these because you wasted your money. No one will touch frames this old, because the plastic is so brittle it will just shatter." I was so disappointed. I tossed them in a drawer and forgot about them for a few months. Then I saw an ad for Lensabl online. I contacted them and asked if they could work with vintage frames, and the answer was "No problem!" I was nervous to send the frames in but figured I didn't have anything to lose. I just received the glasses back in the mail today (two weeks from when I mailed them in), and they are incredible! The frames were cleaned and straightened, and the new lenses are perfect. I love them so much. Thanks, Lensabl!
Answer: They clearly don't have the infrastructure set up to be in this business where each frame is a customer order. In cases like they they are not staffed with customer services that can be actually helpful which only result in wrongly made glasses. They broke my glasses and are not trying to it at all. I posted review on here before and then it just disappeared for some reason, I'm not sure if they are paying people to get rid of negative reviews.
