I had reading lenses put in frames from a pair of glasses I always liked back before I got lasik. I figured having frames that actually fit me and looked good would be better than uncomfortable cheap ones. The lenses are just right, and the speed in which the glasses showed up in my mailbox was fantastic! My only small complaint is that when they arrived, one of the nosepieces was bent out at an angle that made the glasses unwearable. But I was able to gently bend it back into shape, and all is well now. Very happy with my glasses!

I've gotten a few pairs of frames re-lensed by lensable. The new lenses are always perfect and the frames even seem to fit and look better after. This time I got progressive lenses and they're awesome. I highly recommend lensable. You love your frames, right? So get new lenses and wear the great glasses!
My wife, a Lensabl customer, convinced me to get new progressive lens dark glasses. During the process, I received several personal emails from Jayme at Lensabl. The first was to suggest a different frame and process that would be LESS expensive for me! Another message, sent as soon as the company's quality control inspection found a flaw in a lens that required remanufacturing and delivery delay. The finished glasses, which arrived three days BEFORE the revised delivery date, fit perfectly and were crystal clear across the entire near-to-distant range, with each focal point in precisely the correct place in the lens. How do you spell "loyal customer for life"?

I had ordered new lenses for a pair of glasses, had to send them back and have them redone because everything did not look clear and I would get headaches. After much back and forth, Lensabl finally fixed that pair. Having thought that maybe that order was just a fluke, I had a second pair re-lensed and experiencing the same issues all over again. At this point it is very clear to me that there are issues with Lensabl's processes and I won't be using them again. I also cannot recommend them to others at this point.
Lenses are fine but I asked to tighten my glasses because it was loose but it feels more loose now.
I now have scratches on my old frames the the gold metal has silver specks. They now look old!
The technology of taking a picture with a credit card in front of your face makes the PD completely off. I'm actually 65 PD instead of the 58 PD that came with my glasses. I don't even wear the glasses. It hurts my eyes.

BUYER BEWARE! I sent my sunglasses in for mirrored prescription lenses on 05/07/21. I did not get them back until 07/02/21 and they were not mirrored. I had the most difficult time getting a hold of anyone in customer service throughout the entire ordeal. And 10 days later they have yet to respond about refunding me the upcharge for mirror coating. Take my advice, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
Lensable made it easy and intuitive to provide my prescription and measurements virtually. Once updated it was quick turn-around (about two weeks) and I'm very pleased with my prescription lenses and frames!

Answer: I purchased some really awesome vintage glasses with octagonal black plastic frames made in France, probably from the late 1960s or early 1970s. I was so excited to have them made into sunglasses. I took them to my local optical shop and was told, "I hope you didn't spend much on these because you wasted your money. No one will touch frames this old, because the plastic is so brittle it will just shatter." I was so disappointed. I tossed them in a drawer and forgot about them for a few months. Then I saw an ad for Lensabl online. I contacted them and asked if they could work with vintage frames, and the answer was "No problem!" I was nervous to send the frames in but figured I didn't have anything to lose. I just received the glasses back in the mail today (two weeks from when I mailed them in), and they are incredible! The frames were cleaned and straightened, and the new lenses are perfect. I love them so much. Thanks, Lensabl!
Answer: They clearly don't have the infrastructure set up to be in this business where each frame is a customer order. In cases like they they are not staffed with customer services that can be actually helpful which only result in wrongly made glasses. They broke my glasses and are not trying to it at all. I posted review on here before and then it just disappeared for some reason, I'm not sure if they are paying people to get rid of negative reviews.
