I waited two weeks and contacted your company. There was no response about why lab had not finished my glasses. Finally at about 4 weeks after I ordered glasses, the lab said they could not do my prescription in the glass I had ordered. I was compensated $80…. Finally received glasses more than 5 weeks after I ordered them…
Service is a bit slow, lenses are quality but the tint seems wrong, I chose the medium blue tint however they are the lightest and barely noticeable. Out of three different times Ive used your services only once have things been exact. I'm willing to concede that maybe my expectations of the tint is off however Im going off the computer generated image on your site, maybe photographs of the lenses would be better
I'm very impressed with the quality of your lenses and even more impressed by the fact that you contacted me to say that you rejected the quality of the initial lenses you made for me and made a second set in order to make sure I got good quality lenses. I have had trouble getting good lenses from my optometrist in the past. I will definitely be ordering again from Lensabl.

It was easy to order and add in my prescription. When my Goodr glasses arrived I was super excited. They are crisp and clear! Best I've had in a long time and that includes where I normally get my glasses.
I had two pairs of glasses I wanted to get prescription lenses added to, a Gucci and a Cartier. I sent the Cartier in first and I was very happy so then I did the other pair. Honestly the quality was better than I got through my Optometrist. Anyways I would definitely suggest this service to my friends,

It was so easy to order frames and lenses, my new glasses came quickly. Extremely satisfied and coming back for more in the near future.
I was very happy to find a lens only service since I loved my existing frames. They walk you through a simple process to add your prescription then send your frames in, and I think the pricing is much better than going to a local store. Glass cans back good as new! The only knock on them was after they received the lenses their tracked never really updated the eta, but I called them and they provided a better update right away. Would use them again and recommend!
