I didn't know what I was expecting when I first signed up. But given I couldn't find another pair of my favorite sunglasses I really wanted to keep my frames but replace the lenses. Lensabl was the perfect answer to all of that. I've never been happier and never looked back since. Appreciate all that you guys do. Keep up the great work!

Used multiple times without issues. However, last time they broke the frames but they found a new frame and replaced it and the lenses.
The quality of the work was good, but it took over a month. I understand that the vintage frames required extra care, but the delay seemed unnecessary. I received status reports only when I contacted customer service.

The only complain I have is being able to log into my account on lensabl's site. I could not log in through their website and needed to use the link sent to my email. However, it worked and things were simple to use and I'm happy with my new prescription sunglasses!

Waited several days for the box to mail my frames to Lensabl. Contacted customer service, and they sent the box. About a week later, they sent another box, causing some confusion. Then the wait for my new lenses was longer than I expected. Pleased with the final result. But the whole process entailed a long wait.
It's always so quick and easy to get lenses through Lensabl. They fit into my favorite frames and the process is usually all under 2 weeks.
The frames were a twisted mess and I have taken the several places and no one can get them straightened out.

I'm glad to know it is possible to "retrofit"lenses into frames through Lensabl. I was a little confused about some things at first, but in retrospect it was pretty easy and I'll probably do it again.
And I sent the glasses do you believe but it took weeks to get a box from lens. They finally sent an overnight box. I sent it back, but my portal did not really get updated beyond they have it in their lab. Every day, I would check in and it would say six days till shipping. No updates. That was a little disheartening after the fourth week. They got into frames I wanted and nobody else could get lenses into. So I have to be happy with that! Prepared to wait. Patiently.
I shipped in my favorite pair of sunglasses and they added my prescription lenses. They came in a timely manner and I am very happy with my purchse
Answer: I was not so lucky and have had a horrible experience withLensabl. After two months I'm still waiting for progressive lenses that cost over $600 and Neither my frames nor the lenses I ordered are back to me. Next time I will use a local eyewear store.

Answer: I purchased some really awesome vintage glasses with octagonal black plastic frames made in France, probably from the late 1960s or early 1970s. I was so excited to have them made into sunglasses. I took them to my local optical shop and was told, "I hope you didn't spend much on these because you wasted your money. No one will touch frames this old, because the plastic is so brittle it will just shatter." I was so disappointed. I tossed them in a drawer and forgot about them for a few months. Then I saw an ad for Lensabl online. I contacted them and asked if they could work with vintage frames, and the answer was "No problem!" I was nervous to send the frames in but figured I didn't have anything to lose. I just received the glasses back in the mail today (two weeks from when I mailed them in), and they are incredible! The frames were cleaned and straightened, and the new lenses are perfect. I love them so much. Thanks, Lensabl!
Answer: They clearly don't have the infrastructure set up to be in this business where each frame is a customer order. In cases like they they are not staffed with customer services that can be actually helpful which only result in wrongly made glasses. They broke my glasses and are not trying to it at all. I posted review on here before and then it just disappeared for some reason, I'm not sure if they are paying people to get rid of negative reviews.
Answer: Transitions take an upwards of 30 seconds to Transition. The weather conditions can impact the Transition time. Brighter and warmer outside conditions= transitions faster.
Answer: I am having the same experience. Took my money, lost my frames and have done nothing on refund nor damages. I filed with BBB as well. Why are they still in business is a surprise to me?How many more consumers do they need to harm before they are fined and/or shut down?
