My experience has been the single worst of my life as a consumer. This company will not engage with you on any meaningful level. All they do is vomit the same robotic responses (and only via email--they will NEVER call you back, regardless of your request.). They lied to me, the filled my glasses with the wrong prescriptions (even after I told them to cancel the order), and now they just talk about their returns policy. Really sickeningly frustrating. Avoid this company.
I ordered Trivex Progressive Lenses with AR coating from Lensabl after receiving an exorbitant quote from my local provider (more than twice the price for just the lenses.). The quality is superb (as is my vision!); the process was seamless; and, I will be back!.
Process was simple, easy and streamlined. Purchased progressive sunglasses, still trying to figure out if correct for me as far as invisible line where RX changes.
I ordered a clear prescription that came a week after ordering but then I ordered prescription sunglasses and it's on the 3rd week and still haven't received
Timing from the placement of my order to receiving them was great. The lenses are mostly very good. There is some distortion with the lower lens. Things appear to be slope down. It's not a matter of adjusting to multiple lenses because I have worn them for 35 years. Decided to give them some time.
I messed up my order, I sent the wrong frames to have lenses put in. They are in a drawer in my nightstand.
When I save up enough money I'm going to try and order again.
I can't speak to their other services. However, I strongly recommend not using Lensabl for lens replacement. Based on Lensabl's website and estimated timeframe, my glasses should have been on their way back last week. They received my glasses on Feb 1st. Since then the order status says that they should ship within 6 days. It still says that today. I contacted the company for an update on February 6th. At the time, I was told that they would ship out within 6 days. Unfortunately, they found an quality issue in their process and had to remake the lenses.
I contacted them again today and they still have no idea of the status.
There is no phone number or way to speak with a supervisor.
They won't return my glasses.
Lots of other options. Don't use Lensabl.
I ordered replacement lenses for the frames that I've had for years and really love. The process to order was easy but it took a surprisingly long amount of time to have the order fulfilled. I also ordered high index 1.74 since my prescription strength is high. But the lenses were still thicker than what I normally get from other places. I will keep these glasses but definitely feeling "meh".
Customer service is right there responding. The finished product is done very well. I had Silhouette rimless glasses that most online companies won't touch (expensive). Only issue is that it ended up taking over a month to get them back. 4-6 days was promised delivery.
Love my new glasses, which cost me far less than my eye doctor would have charged! Very easy process, just print a shipping label and drop them in the mail. Quality control detected an issue with my lenses halfway through their production, and the entire process had to be restarted, which added to my wait time, but who can complain about attention to detail? After all, your glasses are something you definitely want to be right! Plus, I received notifications about the status of my order every step of the way, which was nice. I'm a satisfied customer, and am sure I will be using your service again. Thanks!
I've placed 3 orders for Transitions replacement lenses & they are of the absolute best quality. They ship in a timely manner, packaged very well, & provide exceptional customer service. Highly recommended!
The entire process was absolutely professional and seamless. The online instructions provided for mailing in existing glasses were very clear. My new lenses arrived beautifully packaged in about 2-3 weeks, exactly as promised. Cost was a fraction of what I was quoted at LensCrafters.
Portal and ordering was easy, sending frames in with self printed label was no issue, frames arriving at Lensabl didn't take long but then the wait began. My glasses took almost 45 days to be returned. There were several emails about the delay and not meeting review specifications and they changed the product I ordered. Ultimately they came but the sunglasses were completed in a very light blue tint vs the Blue Level 3 (80%) agreed to once it was determined that polarization and mirrors were not an option. I did not order tinted lenses but sunglasses. Still waiting on a reply after I emailed and sent photos of product shipped. I will let you know my final review once this gets straightened out. I was really hoping to wear my sunglasses this summer in Texas. Also, still waiting on my actual glasses also ordered 6/24/21.
I ordered transition lenses for a vintage pair of glasses. Lensabl has excellent service reps who responded to questions so nicely and they were pretty speedy with production, but I'm really disappointed because the lenses don't darken to the darkest color on the color chart they provided. I opted for amber and in full sun they are only the second yellowish color pictured on the chart, not even close to the 4th color indicated. I can't decide if it's worth trying to get them exchanged for brown, but without actual pictures of lenses I don't know if I can trust those will transition any differently/darker. I wish lensabl had provided a more realistic/honest expectation of what lenses would look like. They give great service but for almost $200 I feel pretty unhappy.
I made multiple attempts to contact customer service to get updates on my order and to find out why it was taking so long (3 weeks vs 5-7 days as advertised). Some were ignored, one took over a week to answer. The lack of a live person to speak to if there is a problem is a major issue. My glasses finally came back after 3 weeks and the nose bridge was loose on one side. I would never consider returning it to you for repair since I can't wait another month and have no desire to have to deal with your customer service (or lack of) again. I'll be sure to tell all my friends on social media all about my experience!
Lenses turned out perfectly. Turnaround time seemed slower than expected, but I was prepared for that. Annoyingly, the glasses were sent back missing a frame screw. I was offered to either return them to be fixed for free (who knows how long that would take), or have a local shop replace the missing screw and be reimbursed up to $15. I decided all of that was too fiddly, so I used a screw from a previous pair of frames. Sadly, lensabl doesn't offer any compensation for self repair, so here I am. All in all, nice lenses, slow process, big whiff on the small details. Uncertain I will use the service again.
Sent me someone else's glasses by mistake! And then took several weeks to find and finish mine. In total took 3 months instead of promised 4-7 days to get new lenses.
Eyeglasses need to be done correctly and I don't trust a company that appears to have such poor quality control.

It took over 30 days for my order. They kept saying it shipped. Iit had not. Finally came...lenses are full of rainbows, super thick, when I paid over $100.00 extra for premium lenses. They are progressive, but they are all in incorrect spot on eye. They will refund if I pay $125.00 restocking fee plus postage. This was my second try. First time they broke my frames. This also took 30 days. I had tried again because the first pair were thin and agreeable. I thought bad service and broken frames may be a one time occurance. Don't do what I did. Customer service will not help!
I ordered mirrored sunglasses. You can see straight through the lenses. Every pair of mirrored sunglasses I have ever seen are not see-through. Waiting to hear back. They should have a customer service phone number. At least for people who have already paid and placed orders.
Answer: I was not so lucky and have had a horrible experience withLensabl. After two months I'm still waiting for progressive lenses that cost over $600 and Neither my frames nor the lenses I ordered are back to me. Next time I will use a local eyewear store.

Answer: I purchased some really awesome vintage glasses with octagonal black plastic frames made in France, probably from the late 1960s or early 1970s. I was so excited to have them made into sunglasses. I took them to my local optical shop and was told, "I hope you didn't spend much on these because you wasted your money. No one will touch frames this old, because the plastic is so brittle it will just shatter." I was so disappointed. I tossed them in a drawer and forgot about them for a few months. Then I saw an ad for Lensabl online. I contacted them and asked if they could work with vintage frames, and the answer was "No problem!" I was nervous to send the frames in but figured I didn't have anything to lose. I just received the glasses back in the mail today (two weeks from when I mailed them in), and they are incredible! The frames were cleaned and straightened, and the new lenses are perfect. I love them so much. Thanks, Lensabl!
Answer: They clearly don't have the infrastructure set up to be in this business where each frame is a customer order. In cases like they they are not staffed with customer services that can be actually helpful which only result in wrongly made glasses. They broke my glasses and are not trying to it at all. I posted review on here before and then it just disappeared for some reason, I'm not sure if they are paying people to get rid of negative reviews.
Answer: Transitions take an upwards of 30 seconds to Transition. The weather conditions can impact the Transition time. Brighter and warmer outside conditions= transitions faster.
Answer: I am having the same experience. Took my money, lost my frames and have done nothing on refund nor damages. I filed with BBB as well. Why are they still in business is a surprise to me?How many more consumers do they need to harm before they are fined and/or shut down?
