Great place to replace lenses in your frames

My favorite frames were discontinued. My lenses had become very scratched. I found Lensabl will replace lenses in your frames so I was thrilled. The cost was higher than some other online glasses, but half the price of going to a regular store. The process was easy. I just mailed them my frames & filled out my script on their website. My like new again glasses were returned in a few weeks. They came back in an awesome case with cleaner & cleaning cloth. I would use this site again!

Quality Glasses

Received my glasses and put them on, and I immediately realized they were done correctly. The center of focus was exactly where it should be, Lensabl did a fantastic job of creating my lens and fitting them into my old frames. Thank you Lensabl

Always Excellent

This is my third order and I'm so pleased. Don't let the affordable price fool you. These are excellent lenses and frames. I love the virtual try-on feature. It's the best one I've used. They fit great right out the box and arrived earlier than expected. This is my first time ordering premium lenses and I think they're well worth the extra. But if you want to stick with the base price, you won't be disappointed. I used the basic lenses for two years before upgrading and I never had a scratch or a problem. The only reason I had to get new ones is because my prescription changed.

Awesome service

I honestly didn't know a service like this existed until I came across Lensabl website. It was just what I was looking for. I had a pair of sunglasses that I hated as sunglasses, so I shipped them off to be turned into readers that I love! I can't even tell you how simple the process was and how quickly I got them back. They were carefully packaged along with my old lenses. I'm super excited about using them again!

New Glasses
April 23, 2024

Purchased new frames and sent them to Lensabl to install prescription lenses. Took over 6 weeks to have this completed. Took a few inquiries on my part to get any update as to where my glasses were.

Finally received them and do not feel secure. When I move my glasses I hear almost this sorta popping noise like they are sorta not fully secured and popped in.

Product arrived.

The glasses I received at first glance was great. Lenses are of a good quality. My issue came with the battery life of the alto frames, its way less then advertised. At half volume I only get 3 1/2 hours of usage out of the box on a fresh charge. That means over the life of the product it will be useless after probably a year.

My shipment was also delayed because my lenses didn't meet their standards, which is great but they didn't inform me of that. I had to find that information tucked into a terrible order tracking system.

Overall I will continue using the product but I don't know if I would recommend this to family or friends at this time

I knew there had to be a better way to get lenses than going to my doctor. They always try and get me to buy new frames and it costs hundreds of dollars. I did a simple Google search and found Lensabl. The site was very easy to navigate and there offered tons of lens options

I ordered new prescription sun lenses for my Warby Parker frames. The whole process from the day I ordered until I got the really awesome box (with case and spray) back took under 2 weeks (I expected longer frankly). I see some horror stories on other reviews but I don't quite get it. I originally left my PD off but Lensabl sent 2 emails requesting this and I finally sent it in. Doesn't seem to have delayed my order at all. These long wait times it seems like are due to people not providing all the info Lensabl needs to make your lenses.

These lenses are as good, if not better, than what I get from my doctor, and I honestly saved over $200. Legit going to buy more frames now that I know Lensabl exists.

Hoped for better

I did a lens replacement. My lenses took longer to make than usual because lensabl said they were "striving for perfection" (essentially. I'm paraphrasing). When I tried on the glasses, they were giving me dizziness. I had to only look through one specific place to not be dizzy since the rest of the lenses did not let me focus as well. Honestly, pretty disappointed and unsure how much I will actually use those glasses.

I used to like Lensabl. However in my most recent experience, it took nearly two months just to get my order the first time. Then one of my glasses, was completely wrong (bad parallax, felt like a bubble in my vision. I returned it after many weeks of taking photos so they could measure despite me having sent measurements done by my optometrist. Finally just got the remade pair in April, and while the glasses are finally correct, the edges are rough and unpolished.
I did have another set of glasses made with a competitor and they took a total of two weeks.
Not sure what changed with these guys, but I can honestly not recommend it any more.

Best decision to replace lenses

I had a frame that I really liked have kept it for over 3 years but lenses were very worn out. I got a quote from other places but found lenselab to be much more reasonable. The entire process was smooth would highly recommend.

My prescription sunglasses came back with very visible lines around the lenses, both inside and out. When I asked customer service they said you would have to add polishing to your order to have those lines removed. But when you order, the polishing is only recommended for rimless glasses, which these are not. No where on the website is their any indication that this is what you should expect. Yet, their customer service rep said no one else has ever mentioned this? No buying it. Maybe my pair are out of tolerance and the lines are more visible than usual, I don't know. But I now have a product I'm reluctant to wear and a new benchmark for lousy customer service.

I'm just amazed

I had two expensive designer frames that I needed progressive lens. I went to all of the major big box eye glass providers and was given outrageous prices. I would have to pay EXTRA because it's not their frames.
I was on Groupon and saw a sale on progressive lens by Lensabl. I took my pictures so they can match my sight lines up. Two weeks later I got my frames back and was just amazed lol. They were perfectly done.
I will use this service again and I highly recommend that you try them out.

I ordered single vision poly lenses with blue light blocking. They were shipped back to me within two weeks and they are perfect. I got 20 percent off and lenses were under 80 dollars. They also gave me a nice case and cleaning kit no charge. I'll definitely order from them again in the future.

I will NEVER use this site again

I require glasses for everything as my vision worsens with age. The processing estimate was 4-7 days. It's now been 2 1/2, almost 3 weeks and I haven't gotten my glasses back. There have been a total of 4 delays and in this time I have been unable to see or even drive. The frustration was not worth the money saved to buy new glasses. I have received no compensation for the ridiculous wait time, although I will say that customer service is friendly.

Not Customer Oriented
October 5, 2020

Ordered a replacement lenses about a month ago and it's yet to be delivered. I emailed (sorry - you can't call them) to follow up and was told it was due to a lab error so my lenses were delayed. Most viable companies that are customer oriented ensure having a decent Quality Control process so as to prevent production delays and respect customer's time. Also, good companies will reach out to customers to inform them about any delays on orders, I had to email to find out. Admittedly, it's a terrible first time experience and I really hope my case isn't their norm.

Lensabl attempted to help this customer through the Sitejabber Resolution Center, but the customer did not respond
