Wag na kayong bibili sa Lazada! Mga magnanakaw yan! Bumili ako ng action camera sa LAZADA, at ang nareceive ko ay damage item and not as advertise. Binalik ko sa kanila ito at ni refund via voucher. After 25 days, tsaka ko lang na receive yung refund na voucher code. Pero nung gagamitin ko na yung voucher ko. Hindi ito gumagana. Hanggang ngayon di pa rin nila nababalik yung pera ko! MGA MAGNANAKAW!

Lazada at present is a pain in the neck for shoppers like me. We know Lazada as a famous shopping platform and that it has many sellers catering to customers' demands. However, the current management control of Lazada over their sellers is too poor that they couldn't even do anything against the seller when they cheat/deceive their customers. I have always been a frequent shopper of Lazada but with my experience of receiving a defective item from a seller in April this year and despite contacting the seller for a lot of times and even Lazada's customer specialist, they are all neglecting my concern/complaint. The seller instructed me to return the item and I did and it was successfully received by them based on the record of LBC, but this damn seller didn't refund my money and have even rejected my refund request without giving me any reason why.
But, the most disappointing and annoying is to know that Lazada has no control over their sellers. Wow! How can this be happening to a company that is well-known? Why can't they control their seller's actions and punish them when they deceive customers?

As far I know, Lazada should be the one doing actions to solve problems encountered by customers against their seller, but hell, no, never!
I believe I was not the only victim of this Lazada sellers' scam. I hope that all other victims will show up, no matter how small the amount they spent and was cheated with to show up and I hope we could come up with a complaint that will teach a lesson to Lazada. We Filipinos shouldn't tolerate such immoral and unforgivable behavior. If things like this always happen and no one complains, this kind of business platform will spread like a bacteria/virus that will continue to deceive and overpower customers' complaints.

Soo I ordered in lazada a motherboard with a intel processor and luckily my order arrived 2 days earlier and I was happy for that so I tried to order again. I ordered a graphics card, hard drive and a ram. But this Time my items was delivered when i was not home(LBC delivery). So LBC returned my ordered items to lazada. I contact lazada to redeliver but they said its considered a refund even i was not asking a refund and it was a wrong timing. The credit card that I used is now closed. Now I'm thinking how will I get my money back because the total cost of my order is around 13K. Lazada if its still possible to just cancel the refund and just redeliver my order, that would be great because if you refund my order and gave the money to me, I would just buy the same items in lazada.ph and that would be a hassle to you and to me but if you just redeliver that would be much easier because you just need to REDELIVER not go through packaging and confirmation and other hassle work. If Lazada accept my redeliver request, that will prove Lazada has a great customer service and I will still buy at Lazada. Pls accept my redeliver request for me not to open another bank account to just get my refund. I've travelled the world, lived in many countries in the world, and have owned many businesses around the world. As such I buy a LOT of merchandise. I've dealt with Lazada in the Philippines and in Thailand. They are THE WORST online retailer I have ever encountered. They will send you things you didn't order, and not send things you did order. They will send you the wrong item commonly. Most or all of their products come from China, and a large percentage of China's stuff simply doesn't work and must be returned. Good luck with that, and good luck waiting for your account to be credited. Lazada is always apologetic, but they have much incompetence to be apologetic for. Their sellers have no concept of selling and Lazada doesn't seem interested in forcing them to follow rules and policies. The people who say Lazada never disappointed them MUST be liars. I have never known or read about any Lazada buyer (sucker) who didn't have trouble of one kind or another, as often as not. I have sworn off Lazada many times. Trouble is, they would be so convenient if they worked. If you could simply choose an item, place the order, have it arrive in a reasonable amount of time, and have the item be of acceptable quality OR EVEN WORK AT ALL, life would be great. But that's a rarity. I guarantee if you buy five items from Lazada, some percentage of them will either not show up at all, or will show up with parts missing, or broken, or will be the wrong item. Sometimes those losers will be four or five in a row. I swear, Lazada and its sellers are nothing short of monkeys. Lazada is the worst and I mean that sincerely. It is just amazing how bad they are.

You shouldn't have sent an SMS or email na madedeliver na yung order ko tapos wala na man pala. In short PALPAK! Your credibility is at stake here. I'm beginning to have a doubt in your company. Ayusin nyo na man ang proseso niyo para naman hindi mawalan ng tiwala ang customers nyo. Sana maresolve nyo yung unang issue ko (reversal) na nagcharge kayo sa Credit card ng kapatid ko tapos declined yung order ko. I ordered a Barbie Fairy worth ph1700 and they delivered a Barbie Fashion Doll worth 1000pesos. WRONG ITEM! I cant get the excess 700pesos that I paid. Answer: You can't tell from online usually. It's why have to purchase from reputable reliable vendors. Someone selling knockoffs, counterfeit and fake products will usually use the OEM specifications and often use the original OEM photos. I always read comments, reviews and most anything else about a seller/vendor to get an idea about what previous buyers had to say. I also look at the OEM website for a list of authorized dealers. Of course there is the "gray market" as well. Vendors who import authentic phones but they are not authorized so they wont have the OEM Manufacturers warranty. Many of these sellers/shops offer an in-house warranty and will repair phones in their own shop. Just realize they won't stock parts so even if they are decent people you may wait weeks for repairs to be completed. Most authorized dealers and repair shops will often just give you a replacement phone (usually remanufactured in pristine condition) or, if a simple repair, may have the parts in-stock. So your best bet is either use an authorized dealer or research to find one of the reliable 3rd party sellers. As the old adage (saying) goes "if it looks too good to be true, it probably isn't. If the price is well below what an authorized dealer or reputable shop, then it's likely it's not an original phone. You may have to save up a little longer to buy but in the long run its usually worth the extra money. Finally, I often look at the OEMs who either sell directly or use one of the bigger retail or online websites (for example, Lazada selling Xiaomi smartphones. At least you are dealing with a seller with written guarantees and refund/return policies that (somewhat) protect the Buyer. The only alternative is to either buy the lowest cost phones that won't break your savings if they break quickly OR buy from one of the Mobile Carriers (Smart, Globe, etc) Hope this helps. Good luck.
