Last Feb. 13,2017 nag request ako na e re-send ang refund ko to a different account. Nag send pa ako ng scan copy of my valid ID kasi yun ang hiningi ng agent nyo. Sabi nyo mag wait ako for 3-5 days. Nag wait ako until wala parin so I've decided na mag ask ng update yesterday. Pero automatic response lng ng system ang reply. Today nag ask na nmn ako morning pa. Ngayong hapon lng my nag reply and ang reply nyo dun parin sa same email nyo ne re-send ang refund. Nag message na nmn ako to clear my request na resend to different email then wala ng nagrereply. Ano po ba ito? Ayaw kong gumawa ng ganitong review pero parang di nyo naman kasi pinapansin ang mga reklamo or email sa inyo eh. Please naman po mag response naman po kayo.

Bought a jbl charge 2 speaker last April 2015. After 4 mos the speaker driver was already broken(jbl yan ha!) so I returned it to lazada 1st wk of Sept. Ipapagawa daw nila! Waited for a month. Wala nangyare. Mga naka 10,000 na follow up na ako. Lagi sinasabe nasa merchant daw or nasa jbl service center. Lagi sasabhn ifofollow up eh wala naman nangyayare. Anong petsa na? Hindi nila nilalagay kung bago o mint condtion yung item na naka Advertise. Unsealed na yung box ng video card na nabili ko at mukhang luma na yung box. Malamang ginamit na sa demo yung video card sa computer store( Villman pala yung seller). Hindi pa malinaw kung 3yr warranty nga yung item dahil wala naka sulat doon sa recibo. Umorder ako ng mobr wrap baby carrier, mali ang color na naidelive sakin. Color light pink ang dumating hindi ko magagamit dahil boy ang baby ko. Nireturn ko s lbc, nagbigay ako ng 3 color option kung hindi na available yung color na inorder ko after 5 days dumating ulit ang new item "wow na surprise ako dark pink naman ang pinalit"... ano b talaga? Nirefund ko n lang kung wla talaga kahit sa mga options ng color na sinulat ko sa return slip. Pati pala pag refund pahirapan din, ano b yan LAZADA? Kakaubos n ng pasensya. Every 3 days pinafollow up ko yung refund ko lagi na lang sinasbi 24-48hrs. Para sa update. Wla naman nangayari! Sayang ang load ko pang tawag. There is always a long time waiting for the availability of a customer service representative (CSR) over the phone when you call to their hotline. When someone answers you and give you them the ticket number of your concern/complaint, the same response will you get from them -- "we'll get back to you within 24-48 hours". I already followed up several times regarding the delivery of my order which was already paid. I ordered ETPOP 103 power bank last July 28,2015. One month and 20 days passed, ordered item still not yet receive by the customer. This means that the CSR just take your call but nobody from LAZADA really ACT on your concern.
On the latest call I made, they now offer to refund the amount paid. Sounds ok but the issue remains -- DISAPPOINTMENT, FRUSTRATION for the unfulfilled service/delivery. I ordered the product because I want it and I need it and you cannot bring back the time wasted in waiting. If you cannot fulfill your commitment to your online shoppers, better close your business.

Since I have been a customer of yours I have spent thousands of THB, but because of your policy not to combine 2 vouchers into 1. I will not be shopping on your site again. The fact is your customer service is all apologies but no action, then you have the cheek to ask me to complete a survey regarding customer service. You really need to get your act together if you want to succeed.
This is what happened, I purchased a car camera, then I purchased an SD card. I put the SD card into the camera and started to record my journey. When the recording was finished, I could not see the recording. I took the SD card out and tried it in my personal camera it did not work. So I called Lazada and told them and they said sorry your warranty is out. After some emails and debating Lazada decided to give me 200 THB. So I thought I would buy a more expensive SD card hoping that it may work ok.
So with the voucher for 200 THB I added another 155 THB to buy an SD card for 355 THB. Well Lazada sent me the wrong SD card and it didn't work either. So I informed Lazada and they decided to give me 2 vouchers, 1 for 155 THB and the other for 200 THB. I ask Lazada if they could combine them so I could buy another SD card for 355 THB, but your answer was no.
Now I haven't done anything wrong here, I just wanted to use my car camera and I've really tried, but Lazada has really let me down. So I hope you understand why I won't be using your shopping site in the future. Not unless you change your policy regarding vouchers.

I will tell that i had the worsest experience of internetshopping with Lazada all in my long life. This is the horrible company, full of cheaters an liars. I bought a cherry mobile RAVE II for 5900 pesos in October and sent it back after 2 days later. I was not satisfied with the cam. But when i returned lazada sent it back without refund my money. But then i have recognized that the phone had already a bad virus, and i could see, that it was already installed before i bought it- I couldnt delete it by myself. So i send it back, Now come the problem. From October till April i had to wait for the phone. They couldnt find it in the warehouse, even i sent them the trackingnumber 3 times. I want that the refund it, than i had no phone for 6 month- Lazada did always answer with lies and same letters. I should only wait. After when i got back the Phone again, it was still not ok. Always it stop now and i must open the cover and remove the battery and set it in. Than its work maybe for a limited time. I called again Lazada and than they promised me in April to check my complain and will try to give my my refund. Now its June but nobody answered me, even i sent always mails. That is the true story of Lazada, a respectless company. Liars and cheaters. Next week i must bring the phone to cherry mobile Servicecenter although i have still warranty, but i dont trust Lazada anymore.

I have used Lazada for the first time and experience is so poor that i will not use them again and will also inform my all friends how non professional they all are.
I had ordered a Stroller for my baby on 2nd of Oct and as per the comitment it should be delivered maximum by 07th Oct 2017 but they havent delivered it according to the product status it was shipped and present in the local lex branch since 04th Oct but after that no one from lazada know the reason that why they are not delivering it they made 3 times false commitments and on every email they just asked for 3-5 working days for investigation but after passing of every 3-5 days they replied the same copy pasted scripts it seems like that its a auto reply the agents on call was also asking for more time but don't know what was going on, I am a foreigner but sorry for that i haven't seen such height of non-professionalism lazada deducted the money from my account with in seconds and failed to deliver the order. In the last i had asked to redund for that they again asked for 2 more working days but so far no reply on that too. God bless all of them. My baby still have no stroller..
I have ordered an Asus Zenfone 6 Flip Cover (Pearly White) and as per 2GO tracking app the package was received by 2GO Branch on Sept. 29,2014 at 6PM.
I have waited the delivery for the whole day (Sept. 30) since 2GO tracking app update indicated that the package was out for delivery at 9AM.It is already 4PM and there has been no delivery yet so I went to their branch here in our place to inquire. Ang ganda ng sagot nila. Yung delivery nila sa malayo nagdeliver muna at bukas na lang sana idedeliver yung sa inyo!
In short, they released the package to me and what is worst, after checking the cover - it is way toooo small for my Zenfone 6! The size of the delivered cover is for Zenfone 5! ANO BA YAN! Do they know how to read?!
Nag order ako sa lazada ng hokkaido slimming pills. Nag take na ako pangatlong araw ngayon from the day na dumating yung item. Pag bukas ko ng bottle nung naidelever medyo bukas yung sealed ng mismong bottle, ang kulay nun ay silver. Kagabi nag research ako about the product ang dapat palang seal nun ay yung parang malambot na karton na may sulat (hindi ko kasi alam tawag dun). Kaya nag email ako sa lazada dunsa email adress na nag coconfirm ng delivery. Ang reply hindi daw dun mag eemail walang sasagot kasi automatic reply daw ata dun. Ngayon confused ako kung fake ba o original yung binigay saakin ng lazada.

LAZADA you should take responsibilities. I have ordered something from you and I pleaded for the order to be delivered on time. Now I have spent two tickets for my Trip, one being cancelled because you did not deliver. LAZADA you are wasting my time and money you should take responsibility I don't care if its a holiday today but my order has been due on august 27 LAZADA I have other plans for that day and the next and its all been wasted waiting for a call from you. Even your LIVE CHAT attendants could not do anything to get my Order to me. You need to deliver this on August 28 in the morning and take responsibilities, Its not my problem that it is a holiday, that is your fault for not delivering on the day agreed, and i pleaded for it to be delivered on time a day before. Nagparefund ako nung march gawa ng spring festival at di daw mabigay ng seller yung item ko. Nakatanggap lang ako ng note at OTG adapter. Nagparefund ako at hanggang ngayon wala pa din. Puro 1-2 bussiness days lagi sinasabi. Walang pakialam sa mga customer sabi iuupdate daw nila pero walang email or txt kung ano na nangyari sa refund. Ikaw pa talaga ang magtatanong kung ano na ang update. Tapos everytime na magtatanong ako sa refund lagi nalang akong nagpapaliwanag. 2 months na akong nagpapaliwanag sa kanila. Answer: You can't tell from online usually. It's why have to purchase from reputable reliable vendors. Someone selling knockoffs, counterfeit and fake products will usually use the OEM specifications and often use the original OEM photos. I always read comments, reviews and most anything else about a seller/vendor to get an idea about what previous buyers had to say. I also look at the OEM website for a list of authorized dealers. Of course there is the "gray market" as well. Vendors who import authentic phones but they are not authorized so they wont have the OEM Manufacturers warranty. Many of these sellers/shops offer an in-house warranty and will repair phones in their own shop. Just realize they won't stock parts so even if they are decent people you may wait weeks for repairs to be completed. Most authorized dealers and repair shops will often just give you a replacement phone (usually remanufactured in pristine condition) or, if a simple repair, may have the parts in-stock. So your best bet is either use an authorized dealer or research to find one of the reliable 3rd party sellers. As the old adage (saying) goes "if it looks too good to be true, it probably isn't. If the price is well below what an authorized dealer or reputable shop, then it's likely it's not an original phone. You may have to save up a little longer to buy but in the long run its usually worth the extra money. Finally, I often look at the OEMs who either sell directly or use one of the bigger retail or online websites (for example, Lazada selling Xiaomi smartphones. At least you are dealing with a seller with written guarantees and refund/return policies that (somewhat) protect the Buyer. The only alternative is to either buy the lowest cost phones that won't break your savings if they break quickly OR buy from one of the Mobile Carriers (Smart, Globe, etc) Hope this helps. Good luck.
