Hi Lazada, It's my first time to order here.

I can't find my orders on 'My Orders' section after it's being processed. When I verified the OTP Code, It went back to your site stating 'ORDER FAILURE'. I think I accidentally doubled my orders because I have received another code from BDO but fortunately, I was able to cancel the verification from BDO on my second order (I used my uncle's American Express credit card). I don't know if it was still processed or what but I entered the OTP Code because I thought I just need to redo the process until I realized that the price is different from the price in my cart. But it went back to your site again stating AGAIN that my orders failed. I went to 'My Orders' section to see my orders but unfortunately, it was not there. I searched for the items that I ordered (the 'only 1 stock left' items before I ordered it) and it says that it's sold out. So I assume that it was sold by me. My only problem is I can't see what I ordered and the tracking number of it. Please reply, thanks!

Great experience

I bought from lazada a birthday gifts for my girlfriend. As I live in Europe, I could'nt afford buying something from here to deliver to the Philippines.
I contacted their customer service various times before my purchase, and they always replied quickly and efficiently.
I placed my order on May 18th. I paid with my European debit card. The item was at my girlfriend's house in Laguna in the afternoon of May 20th! So fast!
The item is in good conditions and as described on the website.
Both my girlriend and I are very satisfied with the product, the shipping, the customers, and basically everything regarding Lazada.com.ph.
Definitely would buy again

Wrong Item

I was disappointed with my order, I'm so excited to receive it, but you send me wrong item.

This is my order from LAZADA - Stylebox Electronix:

"4K-2.0LCD Camera BK 16MP 1080p Ultra HD Sports Action Camera".

See that it is a 16MP action cam, but i receive 12MP and a different item from the picture.
Poor Photo taking its like VGA but Video is fine except in low light. I tried if its good so that i will never return and replace it, but no. Its so unfair for its quality that cost P2,699.00 comes with a wrong item.

I want to return it and change to what in the advertise description.

I purchase a lot in your store and i have more pending item to delivered soon. So i hope you will help me about this issue.

Hi, Tamie. Ang voucher code po na natanggap nyo ay pwede nyong gamitin sa pag-place uli ng order sa Lazada. Hindi po ito mai-encash sa LBC pero good as cash po ito when you order uli. Paalala lang po na kailangan po naka-log in kayo sa email address kung san nyo na-receive ang code dahil naka-tie up po ito dito. Makikita po ang "Apply Voucher box" sa Order Summary window, bandang right side po ng screen, matapos po kayong pumili ng payment method at bago i-click ang "Place your order". Paalala lang po na may mga items po tayong hindi pwedeng gamitan ng voucher. Ito po yung mga items na may BLUE STICKER. May maitutulong pa po ba kami? Let us know.

Nalilito ako kasi sabi nyu 5-12 working days 2 weeks na poako nag aantay from may 3 until now po tpos ang sabi nmn sa 2go website out for delivery na ng 12 of may pero may nakalagay pa na in transit. Gusto ko lang maupdate about sa delivery status ng order and also wala pa ako narerecieve na txt galing sa courier. Gusto ko kasi ng item sayang nmn kung mamimiss ko yung delivery. Response asap

Defective Phone

Omorder po ako ng cherry mobile infinix eh nung gagamitin na po naman na sana ok sya nung una kaya lang may mga ibang part ng screen na di ma touch so pangalawang reboot di naman na touch lahat. Gusto sana nung nagpaorder sakin na iredund na lang kaya lang in shipment pa dun sa order status ko. May posibilidad po ba na makahingi ng redund? Pa assist naman po.

Yes possible po, Angelito. Para mai-process po namin ang refund, pwede po nating ibalik ang item ng LIBRE sa pinakamalapit na LBC outlets sa inyong lugar. I-fill out lang po ang kasamang Return form at isulat ang defects na naobserbahan sa item. Kung wala naman po kasamang return form ang item, pwede nyo pong i-download ang aming online return form using this link: www.lazada.com.ph/return/. FRAUD AND SCAM

Umorder ako ng ps4 games dito sa lazada yung isa defective kaya isinauli ko. After ng ilang mga araw saka palang nila ako iniupdate na narecieve nila yung item. Tapos nag email sila na papalitan daw nila. Ilang linggo na wala parin yung item. Sinubukan kong mag email sa kanila pero hindi sila nag rereply. Kaya wag kayo papaloko dito sa mga to dahil wala silang interest sa mga customers nila. Ang gusto lang nila ay kumita ng kumita. Mag ingat din dahil madalas fake item at defective ang ibibigay sa inyo.
