Hi Lazada, It's my first time to order here.
I can't find my orders on 'My Orders' section after it's being processed. When I verified the OTP Code, It went back to your site stating 'ORDER FAILURE'. I think I accidentally doubled my orders because I have received another code from BDO but fortunately, I was able to cancel the verification from BDO on my second order (I used my uncle's American Express credit card). I don't know if it was still processed or what but I entered the OTP Code because I thought I just need to redo the process until I realized that the price is different from the price in my cart. But it went back to your site again stating AGAIN that my orders failed. I went to 'My Orders' section to see my orders but unfortunately, it was not there. I searched for the items that I ordered (the 'only 1 stock left' items before I ordered it) and it says that it's sold out. So I assume that it was sold by me. My only problem is I can't see what I ordered and the tracking number of it. Please reply, thanks!

I bought from lazada a birthday gifts for my girlfriend. As I live in Europe, I could'nt afford buying something from here to deliver to the Philippines.
I contacted their customer service various times before my purchase, and they always replied quickly and efficiently.
I placed my order on May 18th. I paid with my European debit card. The item was at my girlfriend's house in Laguna in the afternoon of May 20th! So fast!

Poor Photo taking its like VGA but Video is fine except in low light. I tried if its good so that i will never return and replace it, but no. Its so unfair for its quality that cost P2,699.00 comes with a wrong item.

Nalilito ako kasi sabi nyu 5-12 working days 2 weeks na poako nag aantay from may 3 until now po tpos ang sabi nmn sa 2go website out for delivery na ng 12 of may pero may nakalagay pa na in transit. Umorder ako ng ps4 games dito sa lazada yung isa defective kaya isinauli ko. After ng ilang mga araw saka palang nila ako iniupdate na narecieve nila yung item. Tapos nag email sila na papalitan daw nila. Ilang linggo na wala parin yung item. Sinubukan kong mag email sa kanila pero hindi sila nag rereply. Kaya wag kayo papaloko dito sa mga to dahil wala silang interest sa mga customers nila. Ang gusto lang nila ay kumita ng kumita. Answer: You can't tell from online usually. It's why have to purchase from reputable reliable vendors. Someone selling knockoffs, counterfeit and fake products will usually use the OEM specifications and often use the original OEM photos. I always read comments, reviews and most anything else about a seller/vendor to get an idea about what previous buyers had to say. I also look at the OEM website for a list of authorized dealers. Of course there is the "gray market" as well. Vendors who import authentic phones but they are not authorized so they wont have the OEM Manufacturers warranty. Many of these sellers/shops offer an in-house warranty and will repair phones in their own shop. Just realize they won't stock parts so even if they are decent people you may wait weeks for repairs to be completed. Most authorized dealers and repair shops will often just give you a replacement phone (usually remanufactured in pristine condition) or, if a simple repair, may have the parts in-stock. So your best bet is either use an authorized dealer or research to find one of the reliable 3rd party sellers. As the old adage (saying) goes "if it looks too good to be true, it probably isn't. If the price is well below what an authorized dealer or reputable shop, then it's likely it's not an original phone. You may have to save up a little longer to buy but in the long run its usually worth the extra money. Finally, I often look at the OEMs who either sell directly or use one of the bigger retail or online websites (for example, Lazada selling Xiaomi smartphones. At least you are dealing with a seller with written guarantees and refund/return policies that (somewhat) protect the Buyer. The only alternative is to either buy the lowest cost phones that won't break your savings if they break quickly OR buy from one of the Mobile Carriers (Smart, Globe, etc) Hope this helps. Good luck.
