I ordered two items for the 1st time. A guitar for my friend (I was shipped to her. The handle almost disconnected to the body) and a bluetooth speaker (that takes forever to connect). We shipped it back and filed for replacement. But they refunded it. The thing is my friend doean't have valid id and she can't claim the money to lbc. Been sending emails and messages to lazada but their customer service takes a long time to respond. Don't waste time calling their hotline, they can't help you.
When they finally responded and said they will replace it into store credit within 48 hours, but when I checked it they still haven't sent me the voucher code and 3 days already passed. I really regret doing transactions with them.

Purchases LED TV 20/05/16, Arrived 28th and was obvious it was a second, returned 29th 5/16, processed and refund to follow. UPDATE 75 days after sending item back a lot of time in the internet cafe and 4 calls to customer care Ha Ha! Cost over 700pecos with no reimburse from Lazada just excuses all the way!
WELL guys after telling Lazada that I was going to talking to Department of trade and Industry A supervisor stepped in and payment was in my pocket 2 days latter. DTI was very interested in complaint as members of there department have had problems as well.

Hi I'm tired of explaining this all over again but I wanna give it a try maybe someone can truly help me. I ordered from lazada few days ago my order number is ******* this was a bed, pillow and bedding set since my brother is having his ojt in cebu so i addressed the package to their company however upon checking on lbc website it was delivered yesterday but my brother didnt get any my brother asked their office and everyone in company no package has been received I paid my order and do my responsibility as a customer I called lbc I'm trying to ask who signed and received the package the stupid rep said she doesn't know how come you meant to say you just deliver items no care who the hell that person is... I sent multiple of emails to lazada to lbc no response. This was the worst experience. They're doing false advertisement they are not calling the customer prior to delivery

I ordered an item last July 18, and delivery date to be expected was from 21 to 23. I contacted Lazada so the couriers can contact me. By 26, a courier called me to tell me he will forward the package to another courier, which was going to be delivered the next day, which is today, July 27. Guess, what? I wasted another day waiting for nothing! If I could have rated this lower than 1, i'd rate it a -10!

Answer: You can't tell from online usually. It's why have to purchase from reputable reliable vendors. Someone selling knockoffs, counterfeit and fake products will usually use the OEM specifications and often use the original OEM photos. I always read comments, reviews and most anything else about a seller/vendor to get an idea about what previous buyers had to say. I also look at the OEM website for a list of authorized dealers. Of course there is the "gray market" as well. Vendors who import authentic phones but they are not authorized so they wont have the OEM Manufacturers warranty. Many of these sellers/shops offer an in-house warranty and will repair phones in their own shop. Just realize they won't stock parts so even if they are decent people you may wait weeks for repairs to be completed. Most authorized dealers and repair shops will often just give you a replacement phone (usually remanufactured in pristine condition) or, if a simple repair, may have the parts in-stock. So your best bet is either use an authorized dealer or research to find one of the reliable 3rd party sellers. As the old adage (saying) goes "if it looks too good to be true, it probably isn't. If the price is well below what an authorized dealer or reputable shop, then it's likely it's not an original phone. You may have to save up a little longer to buy but in the long run its usually worth the extra money. Finally, I often look at the OEMs who either sell directly or use one of the bigger retail or online websites (for example, Lazada selling Xiaomi smartphones. At least you are dealing with a seller with written guarantees and refund/return policies that (somewhat) protect the Buyer. The only alternative is to either buy the lowest cost phones that won't break your savings if they break quickly OR buy from one of the Mobile Carriers (Smart, Globe, etc) Hope this helps. Good luck.
