I find Lazada to have some reasonable prices on household items, (their Photo items are quite expensive)
I was recently looking for a medium sized refrigerator, their prices were reasonable, however there was not one photo of the interior of any refrigerator the exterior appearance is only of tertiary importance. I want to see the inside.
On another note, the English translation of the site is only headlines, and directories, there is no translation for details. I ended up buying the refrigerator at Big C.
Also when I check delivery estimates, I am asked for my Thai Postcode, I entered it, but the number was continually rejected as erroneous, it works fine with DHL, Thai Post Service & even for the idiots at Fed Ex...

Pero may mga list na rin naman po kami ng mga "Fraudsters" kaya alam na po namin. Anyways, gusto din po namin kayong i-inform na kung may SCAMMER na CUSTOMER, may sikat din pong Lazada SCAMMER. Unsatisfied w/delivery. If you order more than 1 item w/the same product it won't be delivered 1x and lazada's forwarder specifically lbc and 2go's deliveryman/staff are rude and impolite... may tatawag pa na ipapa pick-up yung item w/c should be delivered as per terms ng lazada then, eventually your orders will be cancelled. Very poor delivery service in cdo.
LBC nd 2go should be repremanded on those invalid undelivered/late deliveries.

I ordered a new pocket wifi from Lazada Philippines but when it was delivered it was incorrect product. I was forced to pay for it so i did. Then i have to wait for customer service to refund the money mite i add i still have not received. I then reordered the same item thinking how can they make a simple mistake twice. The item arrived and once again it was the incorrect pocket wifi that i ordered. So once again i paid for it and had to send back to customer server for a refund. Again i have still not received the refund. Then stupid me decided to try one more time as no company in this world could make this simple delivery incorrect three times. The delivery just arrived and once again a different pocket wifi was delivered. I can not believe that three times i order the same pocket wifi they send the incorrect item. I will never order another item form this company Lazada Philippines. I will let all my friends and family know not to waste their time with such an incompetent company that can not do a simple delivery.

Answer: You can access them thru phone or email en they were answer you back quickly. Some times some orders taking so long is b'coz of the availabilty of the product. Lazada will keep you updated but expect delays during christmas rush...

Answer: You can't tell from online usually. It's why have to purchase from reputable reliable vendors. Someone selling knockoffs, counterfeit and fake products will usually use the OEM specifications and often use the original OEM photos. I always read comments, reviews and most anything else about a seller/vendor to get an idea about what previous buyers had to say. I also look at the OEM website for a list of authorized dealers. Of course there is the "gray market" as well. Vendors who import authentic phones but they are not authorized so they wont have the OEM Manufacturers warranty. Many of these sellers/shops offer an in-house warranty and will repair phones in their own shop. Just realize they won't stock parts so even if they are decent people you may wait weeks for repairs to be completed. Most authorized dealers and repair shops will often just give you a replacement phone (usually remanufactured in pristine condition) or, if a simple repair, may have the parts in-stock. So your best bet is either use an authorized dealer or research to find one of the reliable 3rd party sellers. As the old adage (saying) goes "if it looks too good to be true, it probably isn't. If the price is well below what an authorized dealer or reputable shop, then it's likely it's not an original phone. You may have to save up a little longer to buy but in the long run its usually worth the extra money. Finally, I often look at the OEMs who either sell directly or use one of the bigger retail or online websites (for example, Lazada selling Xiaomi smartphones. At least you are dealing with a seller with written guarantees and refund/return policies that (somewhat) protect the Buyer. The only alternative is to either buy the lowest cost phones that won't break your savings if they break quickly OR buy from one of the Mobile Carriers (Smart, Globe, etc) Hope this helps. Good luck.
