I ordered a new pocket wifi from Lazada Philippines but when it was delivered it was incorrect product. I was forced to pay for it so i did. Then i have to wait for customer service to refund the money mite i add i still have not received. I then reordered the same item thinking how can they make a simple mistake twice. The item arrived and once again it was the incorrect pocket wifi that i ordered. So once again i paid for it and had to send back to customer server for a refund. Again i have still not received the refund. Then stupid me decided to try one more time as no company in this world could make this simple delivery incorrect three times. The delivery just arrived and once again a different pocket wifi was delivered. I can not believe that three times i order the same pocket wifi they send the incorrect item. I will never order another item form this company Lazada Philippines. I will let all my friends and family know not to waste their time with such an incompetent company that can not do a simple delivery.

Would it be that it really is the item you ordered, so we just delivered it? Anyways, may we ask for the order numbers for your concern so we can triple check? Thanks in advance.
