About to dun sa car dvr na inorder ko. Novatek v680l nkalagay sa product info nya sa lazada. Kadating dating generic na dash cam na same lang nung tig 600 php. Considering na 1800 php ung price nung binili ko. Diba considered na parang panloloko lang din un ng merchant nyo? Ni walang nakalagay na chipset information dun sa box nya. Same na same cla nung generic na dash cam na mura murang.

This is a follow up to my previous complaint with Lazada Philippines which I shared several weeks ago on this site. I stood pat on my decision not to comply with their request for me to ship back first the Projector before they could act on the corrective measure of delivering me again the Projector this time with the missing Bluetooth speaker which was advertised as part of the package. I found the arrangement absurd and I do not want to leave my house and go to a courier company to ship them back the item.
All through out, I have to commend the Customer Service Reps of Lazada who kept on communicating, until about 2 weeks ago when they finally came up with a sensible decision to send me a VOUCHER instead to cover the cost of the undelivered Bluetooth speaker. I have since used the VOUCHER which they honored in a subsequent purchase.
Another lesson learned: As a customer, we should always insist on what is right, and there are sensible Customer Service Representatives to assist us!

I Made the order for this product online on 25th Aug 2016. When the order was made and the payment had gone though, I was told that shipping would be between 27 - 30th Aug 2016. However, after a few days of the order being processed, I decided to contact CS. I was told the order was going to be delayed until the end of sept 2016. An entire month later! I told them that I could not wait that long and wanted to cancel the order and have my money refunded, but they refused to cancel it and told me that the only way to get my money back was by returning the package a month later! Buy at your own risk or COD only.

Answer: Katherine, since you already placed your order, there's nothing you can do but wait - so don't worry! (Be happy!) When it arrives and it's not up to your expectations, then you can return it (hopefully you shouldn't have a problem with the return). So just relax!

Answer: You can't tell from online usually. It's why have to purchase from reputable reliable vendors. Someone selling knockoffs, counterfeit and fake products will usually use the OEM specifications and often use the original OEM photos. I always read comments, reviews and most anything else about a seller/vendor to get an idea about what previous buyers had to say. I also look at the OEM website for a list of authorized dealers. Of course there is the "gray market" as well. Vendors who import authentic phones but they are not authorized so they wont have the OEM Manufacturers warranty. Many of these sellers/shops offer an in-house warranty and will repair phones in their own shop. Just realize they won't stock parts so even if they are decent people you may wait weeks for repairs to be completed. Most authorized dealers and repair shops will often just give you a replacement phone (usually remanufactured in pristine condition) or, if a simple repair, may have the parts in-stock. So your best bet is either use an authorized dealer or research to find one of the reliable 3rd party sellers. As the old adage (saying) goes "if it looks too good to be true, it probably isn't. If the price is well below what an authorized dealer or reputable shop, then it's likely it's not an original phone. You may have to save up a little longer to buy but in the long run its usually worth the extra money. Finally, I often look at the OEMs who either sell directly or use one of the bigger retail or online websites (for example, Lazada selling Xiaomi smartphones. At least you are dealing with a seller with written guarantees and refund/return policies that (somewhat) protect the Buyer. The only alternative is to either buy the lowest cost phones that won't break your savings if they break quickly OR buy from one of the Mobile Carriers (Smart, Globe, etc) Hope this helps. Good luck.
