Bakit po wala kayo mobile number or toll free? Bakit po iisa lang contact number nyo? Bakit po hindi naka enable yung message nyo sa FB? Di ba mas convenient yun at mas madali kayo ma contact. I'm just wondering.

Na-enable na po dati ang messaging on FB but was now disabled dahil marami pong gumagamit at gumagaya para mang-SCAM. However, open pa rin naman po ang DM namin sa Lazada Supermoms, Lazada Fashion at Twitter DMs. For future concerns, pwede rin po kayong mag-message sa amin via Lazada's Social Media accounts (FB, Twitter, Instagram and Google+), mag-email sa amin via www.lazada.com.ph/contact/, tumawag sa CS hotline number namin sa 02-7958900 for further assistance o maki-live chat sa amin twing Lunes hanggang Biyernes from 9am - 6pm para masagot ang inyong inquiries/issues using the same link.
