I have always used my workplace address for Lazada purchases as there is no-one at home to receive and pay for COD purchases. This morning, I received a text that my package is scheduled for delivery. At around 3pm, the courier called me asking where my location and address is; is it somewhere near this or this?. I thought to myself, this man does not know his job. Greenstar logistics says their couriers are locals of Visayas and Mindanao and know the people, language, and land. They get things done here but the truth is the courier does not know my locality so they delay delivery or not deliver at all. Lazada as an online shopping site is great but the courier service they hired is a thumbs down.

Ordered an item last Sep 6 and after I received it I filed a return case because they sent me a wrong item. Up to this date I haven't received my refund. I already contacted them twice and the action is so slow.
I like their delivery since they will call you before they will deliver but the bad thing is most of their products are not authentic. You thought it's a good quality but it's not.
Lazada do not deliver on time. If you ring to cancel the order because it hasnt arrived on time, they dont cancel it and still send it, making you pay. If you return the goods it takes months and months to get a response from them, and still no refund. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

It's been more than a week since I returned the items. Up to now there is no update when to receive. From the start it has been hassled on our part, the items are not what we expected.
Can anyone help me where to call? Or should I ask for my cash instead, How?
TWO LAZADA sellers IDEE ENTERPRISES and WEEXT TRADING CORPORATION refuse to give me ORIGINAL (WHITE) SALES INVOICES for purchases which are fully paid. As per BIR TAX CODE sales invoice or official receipt must be issued for ALL purchases made.
IDEE ENTERPRISES claimed that the sales invoice was included in the package. Thorough checking showed that NO SALES INVOICE was in the packages. I requested for the original sales invoice for reimbursement purposes through customer care (email, live chat and phone). The request ended up with LAZADA failing to implement its own policy on issuance of sales invoice (customer care helpcenter)
When can I request for a Sales Invoice?
All Sales invoice should be included on the package upon delivery. If for some reason our merchants have not included the Invoice, please contact us within 30 days upon receipt for us to send one out right away.
A scanned copy of the Sales Invoice will be sent to you 3 to 5 business days from the date of request and a physical copy will be mailed to you right after if you require one.
IDEE ENTERPRISE sent scanned copy but this is not acceptable in the ANY accounting SOP. I requested for certified true copy of the scanned DUPLICATE sales invoice but IDEE ENTERPRISE refused insisting only to send soft copy.
May I know how LAZADA management will resolve this concern re implementation of TAX CODE as well as its own policy on issuance of sales invoice?
FRUSTRATED WITH LAZADA AND LBC.
I'm hoping you could help me. I bought a cheap smart tv in Lazada worth 6,999, recieved it last Monday Sep 18. Im so disappointed that the item is defective upon opening. I tried to follow the instructions regarding return process stated in Lazada website, I also printed the online return form to attach in the return package as per LBC's condition. But when I go to the LBC branch, they rejected my return package. They said it has to be sealed in a wooden package with styro, aside from the original packaging. Like WOW! WTF! I Tried 2 different LBC branch, and they both rejected. Imagine the heartbreak?
1. Disappointed with TV (SPARC)
2. It was supposedly a gift to my papa, but with the incident, we got into an arguement. (He is more irritated than me, because he dont understand the transaction I had with Lazada and LBC.
3. Passing days are wasted, not able to use the bought item upon delivery.
4. No cash guarantee back. (Most probably gift voucher)
5. Traumatic. I want to get my money back, to buy a different brand and different store not in Lazada anymore. But the problem is that, there is no cash guarantee back as per online reviews, so most probaby gift voucher for the refund. Triple B. S! (Lazada please. Not anymore!)
6. Today is 4th day of the received item. In 7 days, if the item is still with me. It's going to be my forever with this junkie.
7. And lastly, LBC. I hate this thing that LBC is my last resort and yet, It wasnt able to help, In fact they just added a frustration.
There so much in my head, but I will cut this here. I know posting here may not solve the problem, but I just want to vent out my frustration, and share my bad experience, to somehow feed a lesson to everyone.
I've always been a suki of Lazada. I've placed orders many times these past few years and luckily I haven't had any problems with my past orders.
But, I had a stressful problem with them last month August 2017. First week of August, I ordered 1 sack of Dog food which I always order from Lazada every 6 months. I paid using my CC & after 5 days, I was shocked that my order was cancelled without even telling me ahead of time.
I called Lazada & that's the only time they told me that my order was Out of Stock. I managed my patience since this is the first time I encountered problem with Lazada and I thought I would give it a try which is a BIG mistake. So, I looked for a different brand of dog food & placed my order. After 3 days, my order was already shipped based on the tracking system. 13 DAYS have passed and I haven't received my order yet! Yes! That's right! 13 days!
During the 10th, 11th & 12th day of waiting I called Lazada & decided to just cancel my order & refund my money but they told me they cannot cancel it anymore because it was already shipped. They kept on telling me to wait up to 12 days because that is the maximum shipment day for orders outside Manila & rest assured that I will receive my order exactly on the 12th day but it didn't happen. I even asked if they can call the LBC branch who has my order, they said they already emailed them & just waiting for the response.
In the end, I got tired calling their BS customer service & just waited for it to arrive. I haven't received any help or any concern especially those who are a loyal customers of Lazada like me. It's very disappointing & stressful! Imagine, 14 days?! Unacceptable!
My dog and I don't recommend Lazada anymore.
I ordered an iphone 5s but I received a china phone note 5. I asked for replacement, I hope they are not fooling us.
Ordered xiaomi mi band and replacement straps from them. Got the straps and not the mi band but paid for both. Seriously, how am I suppose to use the straps if i don't have the mi band? After several try to get an update, suddenly I can't connect to customer service and then they email me and I explain everything again then I don't even get a proper reply. And every time I point out that i am asking about the mi band, its as if they are disregarding it's existence. What the. I really felt like I've been robbed. Lastly, i was trying to leave a review (a bad one, no profanities tho), and it won't post! What wizardry is this?
Lazada suppliers do not give any receipts or sales invoices. Delivery does not follow advertised schedule for item delivery. Customer service is very bad and does not help into resolution of any of your complaints. Keep away!
MARIJU here,, can they do about the factory defect of the items i bought to lazada? For a thousands cost not just a hundred, the defect shown in 2weeks time after the 1week grace period of lazada's warranty for customer.
Answer: Katherine, since you already placed your order, there's nothing you can do but wait - so don't worry! (Be happy!) When it arrives and it's not up to your expectations, then you can return it (hopefully you shouldn't have a problem with the return). So just relax!

Answer: You can access them thru phone or email en they were answer you back quickly. Some times some orders taking so long is b'coz of the availabilty of the product. Lazada will keep you updated but expect delays during christmas rush...

Answer: You can't tell from online usually. It's why have to purchase from reputable reliable vendors. Someone selling knockoffs, counterfeit and fake products will usually use the OEM specifications and often use the original OEM photos. I always read comments, reviews and most anything else about a seller/vendor to get an idea about what previous buyers had to say. I also look at the OEM website for a list of authorized dealers. Of course there is the "gray market" as well. Vendors who import authentic phones but they are not authorized so they wont have the OEM Manufacturers warranty. Many of these sellers/shops offer an in-house warranty and will repair phones in their own shop. Just realize they won't stock parts so even if they are decent people you may wait weeks for repairs to be completed. Most authorized dealers and repair shops will often just give you a replacement phone (usually remanufactured in pristine condition) or, if a simple repair, may have the parts in-stock. So your best bet is either use an authorized dealer or research to find one of the reliable 3rd party sellers. As the old adage (saying) goes "if it looks too good to be true, it probably isn't. If the price is well below what an authorized dealer or reputable shop, then it's likely it's not an original phone. You may have to save up a little longer to buy but in the long run its usually worth the extra money. Finally, I often look at the OEMs who either sell directly or use one of the bigger retail or online websites (for example, Lazada selling Xiaomi smartphones. At least you are dealing with a seller with written guarantees and refund/return policies that (somewhat) protect the Buyer. The only alternative is to either buy the lowest cost phones that won't break your savings if they break quickly OR buy from one of the Mobile Carriers (Smart, Globe, etc) Hope this helps. Good luck.
