No parking allowance

I ordered 2 small item less thn 1K all in all then the next day someone called me and say they will deliver the item. However I need to go down our office building to pick it up because they dont have parking allowance. My shift starts at 7pm and they called before 12noon. So how am I supposed to do that. So I said it is not my problem and they should deliver the item to the guard on duty. After that day no one called me or contacted me. After a week they cancelled the other item I bought, then the other still not delivered and it is almost 2 weeks now. This is unacceptable! Customer service sucks too, contacted them 3 times and same bull$#*!. (order#: *******)

Buyer Beware!

I'm abroad and wanted to buy something for my inaanak.
I bought a Fashionista Barbie, after a while may dumating pero wrong item. I had it returned the very same day, and waited over a week for the replacement, and to my surprise, they sent me the very same thing I tried returning! Ano yan? Check nyo muna bago ship, sayang din shipping fee. Now I am waiting for a refund that I fear will never come. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Lazada, poor and unreliable service. Lazada cant honour the delivery dates. Already one day exceeded the stipated contracted delivery dates, a reply fm their customer service just providing lip services and they cant do more. Items are not cheap either, have to go thru all thes hassle uncalled for. No more lazada. U cant honour my purchases contract, therefore bye bye lazada, hope u close shop soon. To all, avoid lazada at all costs. Dont hv to go thru the frustation and my time waiting for the items, no voice and no sound from them after your payment.

After ordering my refrigerator, I had no feedback nor contact on the arrangement of delivery. I found it rather odd and strange. Really bad customer service as I could never find a contact number e.g. service hotline I could call in to to make an inquiry. I spent the whole week wondering when my refrigerator would arrive. I do have plans to make and can't be waiting. Really horrible experience!

An update on Lazada 6th September 2017 well Lazada has improved but still not 100% i must give them credit for trying to improve there service, although 90% of the items that there supplier sends out through Lazada are still nothing but cheap chinese junk such as children's toys electric bikes for kids last barely 3 weeks then stops and can not get repaired as the electrician say's he can not find any faut in the toy ride on electric battery operated bike,,,, nope i do not recommend buying through Lazada as i said the supplier if they have and defect or junk then instead of doing the rite thing and send you a good item the supplier will send you junk or defected items then all the problems of you running around wasting time sending the item back to Lazada

This is an update on my review on lazada, as you can see in site jabber, after a few weeks of my review Lazada commented to me and asked for my order number seemingly wanting to make right and offer additional services on the defective item I bought from them. DONT Be fooled this is all just an ACT. After giving them again my order number, it's been almost 2months and they stillhaven't contacted me nor helped me in any way on the broken device that I have brought from them. These are all just marketing ploys, so for those people reading the comments of LAZADA here that they want to get the order numbers... That is Lazada trying to fool the readers of this site into believing that they are still trying to work out the problems of the complaining consumers.

I bought a 3 thousand pesos worth of RF thermage electronic item that broke down after 3 weeks. When I called Lazada to request for a replacement of the part that broke, they refuse to replace it because it is beyond the 7day warranty period. So I instead asked for the service center I can bring and repair my item to, lazada replied that they do not have a service center for the item as well. In short the item I bought is a waste of my hard earned money. LAzada sells inferior quality items, that is why the warranty they give is only 7 days. After sales service is very poor. They have no service center for most of their items. This leaves the consumers with items that breaks easily and no place to have it fixed. Complete waste f money.

PUTANGINA lahat ng bumubuo ng Lazada. Sana ma-bankrupt kayo at magsara na. Hindi dumating ang order ko, nakisuyo pa nmn ako sa umuwi ng pinas. Flight na nya kinabukasan. Hindi nmn pala totoo ang delivery date. Tang ina nyo!

He did not give me the exact change of my payment. I give P2,000. For P 1,791.70 worth of GLUCERNA. After he gives me the product, he immediately let me signed his cellphone. While i am busy opening the package, He gives me coins worth 9.00. After I open the package, the delivery man had immediately gone. I try to run after him but his delivery car was so fast.

Terrible

I ordered something and it was supposed to arrive on Aug 17-18. Those days came but the order didn't arrive, still I waited patiently everyday. 2 weeks have passed, My order has arrived. I immediately opened it in my room hoping to get my wanted item but instead a wrong item. It was keychains that was worth below P100 compared to my order that was more than P800. This is my first complaint and I'm hoping I won't get another.

Bad company

Lazada tends to deliver wrong item cheaper than you actually ordered. I keep on asking the csr to please change the status to delivered instead of shipped in my account so i can fill up the form online for return/refund. They keep on telling me over and over that they will contact the courier and it should be changed within the day. But i didnt not see any change yet. I think they will wait for the alloted days for return to finish so i will be out of their return policy. Customer service sucks! Liar company. Hope you will drown.

Sinungaling ang Lazada hindi totoo ang nkalagay sa website nila na 3 to 5 days delivery sila outside manila. 4 na agent nakausap ko name: jheny. Patricia. Christopher and jinlyzr. They are different status on my purchased items. Imbento lang sila mga sinasabi nila sa atin mga co. Customer ko sa lazada. Sinungaling kayo. Ioapanawagan ko ng campaign na wag kayo tangkilikin. Nakakabuwisit kayo..

I've travelled the world, lived in many countries in the world, and have owned many businesses around the world. As such I buy a LOT of merchandise. I've dealt with Lazada in the Philippines and in Thailand. They are THE WORST online retailer I have ever encountered. They will send you things you didn't order, and not send things you did order. They will send you the wrong item commonly. Most or all of their products come from China, and a large percentage of China's stuff simply doesn't work and must be returned. Good luck with that, and good luck waiting for your account to be credited. Lazada is always apologetic, but they have much incompetence to be apologetic for. Their sellers have no concept of selling and Lazada doesn't seem interested in forcing them to follow rules and policies. The people who say Lazada never disappointed them MUST be liars. I have never known or read about any Lazada buyer (sucker) who didn't have trouble of one kind or another, as often as not. I have sworn off Lazada many times. Trouble is, they would be so convenient if they worked. If you could simply choose an item, place the order, have it arrive in a reasonable amount of time, and have the item be of acceptable quality OR EVEN WORK AT ALL, life would be great. But that's a rarity. I guarantee if you buy five items from Lazada, some percentage of them will either not show up at all, or will show up with parts missing, or broken, or will be the wrong item. Sometimes those losers will be four or five in a row. I swear, Lazada and its sellers are nothing short of monkeys. Lazada is the worst and I mean that sincerely. It is just amazing how bad they are.

I ordered Samsung J7 Pro 2017 Pink/Peach color. Someone called and introduced his self as CSR in Lazada. He then sent me an email about initial payment since I ordered a big amount item, and so I did. He mentioned that I will receive the product at 8am to 1pm on August 28,2017 but no one called or texted me that day. So I assume that it is because of the holiday. Unfortunately I receive nothing. I hope Lazada could help me refund the money and will take responsibilities when it comes to their sellers. I trusted you Lazada and I thought all of your sellers are legit! So I need you to refund my initial payment worth 7,440! It might not be a big money but I need it for my family!

First item i bought from lazada is a filter for a camera, and actually i was expecting some damage(broken glass or whatsoever)... but when the item was delivered, it was in perfect condition(no damage at all), and yeah i was very happy for that, and i started buying more high value item from them and they always deliver it without any damage, so yeah. I love lazada,, btw I bought this items from lazada because i live in province, so its really difficult or impossible to find those kind of items..

Take responsibilities.

LAZADA you should take responsibilities. I have ordered something from you and I pleaded for the order to be delivered on time. Now I have spent two tickets for my Trip, one being cancelled because you did not deliver. LAZADA you are wasting my time and money you should take responsibility I don't care if its a holiday today but my order has been due on august 27 LAZADA I have other plans for that day and the next and its all been wasted waiting for a call from you. Even your LIVE CHAT attendants could not do anything to get my Order to me. You need to deliver this on August 28 in the morning and take responsibilities, Its not my problem that it is a holiday, that is your fault for not delivering on the day agreed, and i pleaded for it to be delivered on time a day before. You customer care said my order has been handled by LEX LAZADA EXPRESS on august 23 so there is no reason my order should be delayed any further. I'm expecting my order this morning rain or shine take responsibility LAZADA.

I'm disappointed with Lazada. I've ordered several items from them and was generally satisfied. That is, until this July 2017 when they promised me a refund for an item (They admitted it was their mistake). After following up several times for over a month, no refund has been made. My last follow up with them has gone unanswered. The amount involved is small (less than P300) but Lazada can't honor their warranties/returns on such a small amount, how can you trust them on bigger items/amounts?
Lazada seems to be ok when all your orders have no problems, but when you finally get a "bad order" and need to return the item or ask for a refund, you will be really really DISAPPPOINTED!

I'm staying away from Lazada from now on.

My order was cancelled because it they didnt deliver it for the second time but I already paid the initial downpayment. Now that I'm trying to get a refund, THEY FREAKING SLOW TO RESPOND. THEY DONT EVEN RESPOND. I sent them what they are asking and still no reply. YOU BETTER FIX YOUR SYSTEM. PRETTY SURE WONT BE BUYING ANYMORE TO YOU

First of all, giving 5 stars for their service is not paid. This is not a paid review.

I've been a frequent buyer in Lazada since 2014 and I was 14 years old then. It was pretty tough because you're just like being independent buying your own stuffs and having a transaction online which is partly awesome, of course. The first thing I bought was a smart watch. I received it after three days. It was cool, kind of cyborg. The next stuff I bought was headset, and then gadgets, phones, speakers, and etc. Their service through partnership with LBC is also good but it only depends on the type of service the LBC can give because I've seen reviews that LBC in their locals are taking advantages - asking for extra money or even food. Sometimes I get nervous in ordering an item thinking that what I've seen in the advertisement is far more different in reality. Yes, I've been reading a lot of stuffs like that but ordering in Lazada is worth a try. How will you know the quality of an item if you won't try? What if what you saw in the internet is real but you didn't buy it because you are doubting? Then, you just wasted the opportunity.

Lazada has been selling stuffs which caught my eyes. Since then, I also tried buying their supplements which made me wonder 'what if they're fake?' But then, without any doubt, I placed an order. It was a protein supplement used in gym. After it was delivered, I read the description and the manufacturing date and time and confirmed in the internet if the item is original and indeed, it is original.

I also remember buying a phone. It's blackview worth 8.9k PHP. I was impressed by the specs in youtube so I considered buying in Lazada. What I ordered was black because white is out of stock. Luckily, upon delivery, I received white. Another great surprise from Lazada but of course, if it happened to someone else, they'll be like WTF!

So Lazada has been good to me. I just don't like their costumer service, as in! I don't even have the chance to talk with their staff in online chats through messenger whenever I get to ask a question but I don't mind it anymore. What's important is they'll deliver my item at the right time.

Lazada may not be good to you, but it is worth to trust for me.
