I did receive my package on time, actually surprised it came a few days earlier than it was estimated. My issue is with the lazy delivery person who in a pouring rain decided to leave my package out on my front steps in a pouring rain. I wasn't home but I got the camera footage later. I was out of town and didn't get home til the next day on Sunday. The delivery person could have easily opened the storm door and placed the flat box inside the door and it would have stayed dry or maybe the company should invest in plastic bags. It was a fairly expensive suit coat which was wrapped in plastic but got wet due to the breathing holes in the clear plastic bag which is the kind of material that the dry cleaners use to bag their clothing, real thin plastic. I needed the suit coat for a function that week so I decided to have the new suit coat dry cleaned. Customer service did take my complaint and said they would forward it so the driver could be made aware of the complaint. The customer service female sounded like a junior high school student.

This is the third time in the last couple of weeks that I ordered from Amazon and they sent it through LaserShip. Each time I get an email that it was delivered and it wasn't. Tracking it through LaserShip shows it was delivered with a picture of a house that wasn't mine - different houses each time. The house number isn't even the same. LaserShip says they will investigate. Investigate what? It was sent to the wrong house each time. How about call the driver and tell him to get it?

I get deliveries from everyone and they all seem to be able to find the post box, or at least the front door and a dry place to leave a package. Lasership delivery seemed to purposely put the package out in the open in a place in my yard where I wouldn't find it. I will be contacting REI to implore them to not use lasership.

This company deserves no star and they SHOULD NOT be in business. My packaged was marked as delivered and signed by me, bit that was a BIG LIE. I never received any package. When I made a report to them about it, they responded, informing me that the time had passed for an investigation and I should contact the company I ordered the item(s) from. They SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS. THEY ARE THE WORST. They don't deserve any business. I gave 1 star because there is no option for 0 stars.

Same as the others on here, package delayed with no updates. I was actually able to speak with Tim at the Dimondale, MI facility, and he explained that they only have one driver who services "my area." Even after he guaranteed me that my package would be on the next day's truck, it was not. If you look them up, you'll see that they are a main delivery company for Amazon's same-day services. This leaves every other online retailers' products sitting on their shelves. They won't compromise the big Amazon account for the smaller retailers, so if you ordered from anyone that uses Lasership, don't expect to see your stuff any time soon.

I am so furious about this so called delivery service. They claim they can never find my residency. I live at the end of a dirt Rd so it's not like it's impossible. Seems like they send drivers who can't follow a gps. Called the local dispatch and was not only put on hold for over 5 minutes only to be told he was unable to reach driver bcse they didn't have cell signal! He would call me back by the end of the day. Explained I needed the package today! I am no longer going to purchase anything from businesses who use them for delivery. They are just too stupid. They also hire pple who can barely speak English still wondering how they read labels written in English.

Every time I purchase something online and the seller uses LaserShip my packages don't show up. Always Marked "delivered" and lleft at front door" BUT NEVER THERE! NEVER. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME LaserShip has "delivered" to me I have NEVER actually received the package. LaserShip should be re named LASER$#*!, bc that's what they are worth. $#*!.

I live in a regular neighborhood, all houses no issues and the drivers can never find the street I live on using their GPS. I am assuming that they are so cheap that online stores are all of a sudden using this company over UPS or FEDEX but I would rather pay a couple extra dollars and have my package delivered instead of receiving texts saying they cannot deliver and I must call them. There is no reason that a delivery company cannot use an updated GPS. One would think using GOOGLE maps or MAPS with updated GPS would be a priority in this type of business. Go figure

I ordered online with a store on Nov. 2. I was sent tracking that had the letters LS in the tracking number. I was given notice that I would receive on Friday the 5th. Nothing. I texted them and they said they were working hard to deliver. My package was not even a half hour away from my house. Now when I text they say to type STOP to opt out of messages. They refuse to give me any information. I called the store where I ordered and they don't seem to care and I said I will get my money back. From now on I plan to order and do store pickup.

Lasership is worse than the US Post Office. Packages are delayed and Lasership takes no responsibility. The package they want to deliver 3 days late are meals for my elderly Dad. Lasership does not give a damn. Their customer service is so bad that when I try calling I get even more angry at their lack of concern for their customers. Lasership sucks.

Lasership needs to count their days and go out of business already. It's like EVERYTIME a package is sent to me and it says Lasership there's always a problem. Pretty soon the stores I order from are going to get sick and tired of me saying my packages are lost but, it's the truth.

It says delivered and at a random time also 12:30 am…when I checked Lasership site they left it at my front door. Being that they are lazy the delivery guy more than likely left my package in my lobby where someone has taken it already. It's not like I live in a one family home. Lasership people be more thoughtful and do your fckn job, what's so hard about knocking on the actual door or ringing the doorbell.

This is my second bad experience with this company, the first time they stole my package from Victoria Secret and now they left my package from Coach outside in the rain where everyone can see it and stole it. The package was soaking wet and I was so mad and disappointed. I don't want this company make any delivery to my house ever again, I really hate it.

Lazership said it delivered my package at 2038 at night to my mailbox when instructed to leave at my house on the side door. No package was at my mailbox or house. Worst delivery service EVER.

I don't even want to leave one star because they don't deserve it. My package was missorted, delayed, then returned to sender. No notifications, tracking doesn't update in a timely fashion. Claimed to have attempted delivery several times (didn't, i have cameras) The customer service is beyond terrible. Not only are they extremely unhelpful, they'll straight up lie, don't understand business days, and disconnect chats. If you email, you won't get a response. If you're thinking of ordering and the company uses lasership, let me save you a headache, just don't.

Literally the worst company ever, ordered a package that had 11 items in it, the day the packaged was picked up by lasership within a hour the statis changed to exception stating my package was damaged and i wasnt receiving it. There were literally 11 items i that package that were unable to be damaged and if by chance one was damaged there were still 10 other items they could have continued to ship. I know they stole my package 100%. It was not damaged within a hour of it being dropped off to them unless they stomped on it purposely to damage it and the company i bought from is refusing to replace it. I am livid.

I'm dumbfounded that a store like Nordstrom would use LASERSHIP for its deliveries. Like so many of the other reviews I'm reading here, LASERSHIP kept my delivery of very expensive shoes for two weeks saying "weather delay" (not true), and a while later stated they had been delivered. They were Never delivered to my house. I checked neighboring houses just to be sure, and we live in an area where nothing is ever stolen from porches. This company is obviously keeping packages and lying about deliveries. I'm now having to waste my time to deal with Nordstrom to explain all of this and somehow prove that I never received the package. I would give zero stars as a rating for LASERSHIP if that were possible.
