I get deliveries from everyone and they all seem to be able to find the post box, or at least the front door and a dry place to leave a package. Lasership delivery seemed to purposely put the package out in the open in a place in my yard where I wouldn't find it. I will be contacting REI to implore them to not use lasership.

So I ordered a Vanity from Signature Hardware, the design was such that I ordered the rest of the new bathroom fixtures from other companies around the vanity. I was nervous as I had not used them before but I waited the 10 days to get the product as I thought it may be worth it. I took the day off to wait for the delivery as they were not able to schedule a specific time, and to be honest the lady scheduling was not very nice. I waited all day ad then got a call from the delivery guy who was babbling something about not being able to deliver to me because his truck was too big. At this point I should say that I have never not had anything delivered before, every time I have ordered something it has arrived no problem.

So it turns out the driver was saying that he had arrived at my community in a semi trailer and they didn't let him in... of course they didn't, many communities don; t let those ridiculous size vehicles in as they are too big for many of the roads, I mean come on, who delvers locally with a great big semi rig. But apparently the driver had the belief that the fault was all mine, and he proceeded to explain how I should call my community association and complain and then I should get in my car and meet him at a lay by somewhere and pick up the goods myself... now this was getting ridiculous. I explained the absurdity of this and then phoned Signature Hardware.

So signature hardware at the outset seemed as surprised as me by the turn of events, so I thought I had a good chance of not wasting the entire day... I was wrong. They told me in no uncertain terms there was nothing they could do for me, their delivery company had no other way of getting the goods to me at all. I pointed out that every other delivery company in the country seem to have smaller trucks that deliver to everyone in our community but they told me point blank there was no method they could find to deliver this to me... absolutely zero effort was to be made to fix my issue.

So now I wasted a whole day waiting for nothing, I had a ton of aggravation, and now I am replacing the other stuff I ordered from elsewhere as I have to redesign my bathroom from scratch again. I stress to everyone out there... do not use this company, go and find a real Online company who has more of a customer service than just saying sorry.

All of our large items, such as vanities, are shipped via freight carrier in a semi truck. Unfortunately semi trucks are not able to access all streets. When this is the case, we make an effort to work with the customer and the carrier to make other arrangements for delivery. When you let us know you were not interested in the alternative we were able to offer, and you would like to have the shipment returned instead, the purchase was fully refunded. We apologize for the inconvenience and frustration you experienced.

We have had our house listed with Century 21 out of your Poconos PA Office under website c21selectrealestate.com.

We have had terrible service from your Agent, never being updated on anything, always having to chase her for everything... even when it involved trying to find out information on offers that were made on our property.

We got so fed up that eventually we made the hard decision to take the property off the market with her.

During our initial meeting with your Agent she had made it clear that at any time we could take it off the market with her if things were not working out and put it on the market with someone else, she said she would rip up the contract. We took her word for it.

When we informed her we now wanted to do this she said no problem, she would take it off the market the next day and have paperwork sent to us.

Now she has emailed us and said that although she has taken it off the market she is holding us to the contract and telling us we can not put it up with anyone else until the contract expires... so essentially we were lied to, exploited, and finally punished for using Century 21 services.

Don't get caught up with Century 21, it will be a huge mistake... they sign you up to a 12 month contract, do the minimum of effort so that you'll be forced to sell it elsewhere then their 12 month contract will ensure they get paid anyway (scam)... they take something very personal of yours and make it very impersonal to them.

I have been an online purchaser for a long time and I stick with my regular and reliable stores, rarely do I buy from Overstock.com but on this occasion there was this bed I wanted. Well the large bed headboard was sent in packaging only fit for a pillow, so inevitably the package was very damaged, a whole corner broken off and two large cracks in the top. Terrible, but it happens and that's why there is returns assistance... or so I thought.

First my returns submission vanished, then customer service insisted that I return the 3 heavy boxes to a UPS store by myself (already helped the UPS driver bring them in as he came on his own and they were too heavy), then they told me I wouldn't be refunded for up to 2 weeks, then they told me I would expect a home pickup one day in the next 2-10 days which suggests I stay home every day... this was disgraceful and everyone else who goes through this must stand up to them. Finally they agreed to refund the money in 1-2 days and an inspector might be out within 10 days to view the damaged item, I got this in writing from 2 online chat agents... needless to say they lied and I have no money and just a broken bed... the fight continues, do NOT buy from OVERSTOCK.

So refund promised today, didn't arrive today... so guess what, back on to customer service and again they extended their time frame and guess what... it''ll be in my account tomorrow... again! So I asked them where I get my lawyer to contact and she just ignored the question, I repeated it time and time again but she ignored it... so finally I gave up and said I guess I'll have to find out where my lawyer contacts by myself... still no refund.

I don't want a smashed up bed, I want them to take the bed back and refund my money... guess what, they just ignore everything I say or ask... Overstock has turned into a scam!
