Irresponsible and lying

Lasership is the worst of the worst. Even when given explicit and VERY simple directions on where to leave a package to avoid theft, they leave the packages in the open and they get stolen. On my last Lasership delivery for Amazon, the driver actually LIED and stated in the delivery notes that they handed the package to my wife, BUT we were not home at the time

Terrible

Again, another package stolen within 2 weeks. Thanks how come you cannot deliver any packages for me? Never had an issue with fedex or usps or ups. Just you, terrible.

I placed an order on hellofresh because the menu for that week was something I really wanted. But I guess the thieves at lasership wanted it more. The order was shipped out early morning of 10/27 and then says delivered on 10/*******@12:18 pm and left with "DnDn" and the signature of DNS. Yes hellofresh did refund me, but that didn't stop the disappointment I felt. Why is lasership continually stealing peoples packages and companies are still dealing with them? There needs to be some kind of repercussions for their negligence & thievery. Otherwise they will just continue with their shoddy business practices.

Ridiculous

Worse shipping company on the planet, items are delayed by weeks, and say out for delivery for days in a row, or "they need more information to make a delivery" absolute bull crap! Someone needs to get rid of this company.

This is thy worse delivery service. They always say delivered but never deliver the orders. I wouldn't want to use this company at all. The workers are Lazy &Don't like to Do Their Jobs…

Missing packages
October 30, 2021

I would advise all business to stop using laser shipping because every time they are to deliver an order the packages gone missing. Even when the door to the apartments is open, they claim they leave the package in the lobby. When they do not do that the sent via your tracking number to say the package have been destroyed. Well, this time we will truly know what is going on because I called the police, and they should investigate because there is a camera in the building. I will return here to say what the outcome is. Attached is an image sent by laser shipping and look at the open door and they leave the box in the lobby? LOOk AT THE OPEN DOOR

Liars, thieves

Rarely get out Blue Apron deliveries when Laser$#*! is the shipper. When we do the drop it in middle of yard or driveway, rarely on the porch. Today I had to call and complain when they said "Attempted, business closed" - it was to my house. It showed up an hour after I called and was left in the rain. Thank goodness I saw it before it was soaked through.

What's the sense in marking something delivered when it hasn't delivered?! My delivery date was on a Sunday and they marked it delivered at front door at 5:15m which it never did deliver! They are supposed to deliver up to 9pm at night on a Sunday so I can only assume the delivery guy wanted to go home! I called the company I ordered from and they processed a new order to ship via UPS. Well the next day at 3pm my delivery that supposedly delivered the day before showed up in front of the door. I put an investigation request too before it showed up. Don't try calling them, they won't answer, you have to do a request through their website. All this aggravation because someone didn't want to do their job! I tried canceling my replacement order but now that wasn't able to be done so I got two orders. Laser ship is a horrible company. Prior to that I had an order that they threw the package from the sidewalk. I guess they are too lazy, not only to deliver a package when it's supposed to be delivered but they can't take the effort and place a package down, instead they have to throw it. HORRIBLE SERVICE!

THE WORST OF THE WORST

The only time I use lasership is when Amazon ships with them. THEY ARE AWFUL. Packages lost, undeliverable, or weeks late EVERY TIME. In the past 2 months alone they've only delivered ONE shipment within a week of it's scheduled delivery date. No other carrier has these issues. I've tried to omit Lasership from my carrier options via Amazon, but unfortunately that isn't an option. Ugh.

The absolute WORST courier service EVER! 8 out of 10 times, I have to contact the vendor to let them know that though it's saying the package was delivered AND signed by me, I haven't received anything NOR signed for ANYTHING! Whoever's doing the deliveries in NYC (Brooklyn specifically), are not doing their jobs and should be penalized! It's VERY frustrating having to deal with not receiving your package and having to either reorder or request a refund from the vendor all because the people that are delivering for this courier are not doing their jobs! I'm almost forced to believe that they are stealing my packages knowing that I'd be able to get another item or a refund from the vendor. It's not right and they need to DO BETTER!

A very unreliable shipment company. I spoke with several "customer service representatives" (I say this loosely) who ensured me that my package would be delivered that same day only to find out many days later (after much persistence on my part) that the package was somehow damaged and to be returned back to sender (which it never was, likely someone within the organization kept the package). Horrible experience - I wish companies would not outsource to them to deliver their packages.

Terrible delivery company

I was to have a replacement package from Bath and Body Works delivered today from LaserShip, because the first delivery I never received, even though they said it was. The second package was undeliverable, per LaserShip, due to being "damaged." Strike 2 on this company
They are the worst delivery company ever! Thankfully, Bath and Body Works are going to refund my order, and they're even sending me a $20 gift card for the ordeal that I went through. Unfortunately, I would still like my items that I ordered, but I'll be going to the store for that. LaserShip needs to go out of business.

I never received an email response to my inquiry but I did google and find a phone number to call. After waiting through various attempts to get me to go online and not wait to speak to someone, "extremely long hold times", "submit a ticket on line" I wait and finally was able to speak to someone. This customer service representative told me there was no photo attached to my delivery status and that was unusual as that was their protocol, to attach a photo showing the package delivered. He then went on to say they couldn't locate my package and it was lost. How could a package be marked delivered but then considered lost? I requested to I
Open up an inquiry to contact the driver to find out what happened. I have not received any additional communication from Lasership. You can draw your own conclusions about what happened to my package. I'm not sure why a package was marked delivered by a driver then considered lost. In the future, I will leave comments on all my orders to not use this delivery company as the shipping source. I'm extremely disappointed that no further action has been taken by this company to investigate what happened to my package.

Also their advice to me was to contact the seller…the seller has nothing to do with delivering the package. That is lasership's responsibility.

Worst shipping company ever. Multiple packages not delivered. Delivery dates pushed out by a month and then when they say they delivered the package, it wasn't delivered. I have camera footage to show no one delivered anything to my house. Customer contact forms never responded too.

Let me start off by saying this, those "positive reviews?" Yeah, don't believe the hype those are people who works for this dumb company. Anybody who really thinks this shipping company is good are a bunch of fools. They're absolutely trash! I ordered from Fashion Nova and I needed this package because it was some of my boyfriend's birthday gifts for next week and they've stolen it. Y'all just suck and I hope NOBODY wants to use you guys ever again!

Suck

Ordered some apparel from nhl.com and they use these guys to deliver it and I get an email saying it's been delivered to my apartment, and I get home and there's nothing here. A couple hours later one of my neighbors that lives in the other building dropped it off at my apartment so I guess whoever was delivering it didn't know their numbers.

Never delivers

I know when I see LaserShip is going to deliver something, I have about a 50/50 chance of getting it. Honestly, I'm tired of it. I would rather wait a few days for USPS, or FedEx, or UPS. All of these companies actually deliver to me. LaserShip has sent my stuff to other people. The have claimed delivery only to have the item show up a day later. They are impossible to get a hold of to get this fixed so I'm here, yelling at clouds, trying to figure out how I can never do business with them.

Shoes blues

Ordered a pr of stan smith classics from ADIDAS 8. 23. 21 to be delivered to a corporate address on lower 5th ave in NYC. Item(s) were a gift for our son recently enlisted in the USAF & awaiting his call up. To date aforementioned item has NOT been delivered although they claim it has. Doesn't help that ADIDAS is palming us off to LASERSHIP so we're basically being gaslighted from BOTH parties like a tennis ball. Come to find out that this has happened numerous times before at this address(?!) $#*! another negative review noted, they are either STEALING deliveries or are way beyond the definition of incompetent. They need to be shut down rikkitik; people don't have the money to piss away like this while they s$#*! up their sleeves. Outrageous.
