This year shopping for children's back to school clothes I visited many stores. Most were not stocked and the variety was very limited but Kohl's was great. So many brands to choose from and very neatly displayed. The customer service reps were friendly and returns were easy when need be. Their online selection is even better than in store and the shipping is prompt and arrives quickly. The quality of the brands they carry are also top notch and wash well. I would recommend shopping at Kohl's.

Refund will be issued only during next 30 days (company will use my money for business purposes for this time). Customer service is pretty bad and can't get any help from them spending almost 1 hour in the chat. I would definitely recommend not doing any purchases here, they don't care about customers.

Delivered DAMAGED - glass candle sent in a plastic shipping bag wrapped in bubble wrap! What brain thought that was going to survive! NOW I have to return - either drive 45 miles to nearest Kohls or send back and pay the cost of return -- when it WAS NOT my fault! There is a reason I haven't shopped Kohls much lately! I've been a Kohl's customer since 1970s - YOUR service SUCKS & has gone downhill!

IF the product is defective and ordered onlne - the product should be returnable with free shipping.... by the sames means it was rec'd I order online for delivery because my nearest Kohls is 45miles away!!

Came into store to purchase items for my wife and was accosted by three police officers telling me lost prevention assumed I was going to steal was questioned and told not to steal very embarrassed and disturbed by the incident. Sad to see you can't go purchase items for your loved ones. Sad to see we as a people still get profiled for no apparent reason. Due to the incident I will never spend another hard earned dollar of mine with this establishment.
I did an online purchase of $210 but the online receipt I received shows the price as $0.00, which is ridiculous enough. However, even more ridiculous thing is when I called their customer center for issuing me corrected receipt, they said it is not possible. I don't understand how come you operate a business if you can't produce a receipt correctly which is the very basic part of trade!

On Dec 13,2023 a hacker hacked my kohls account and placed an order for 2 google nest cameras. I called within a few hours of the order because it was placed while I was at work and unable to be on my phone so I did not see the order right away.
They said they could not cancel the order because it was being processed even though the order had not left the facility yet. I was also informed that it would take up to 60 days for the investigation complete.
Kohl's handling of customer problems and account information is seriously lacking. They do not protect their customer's information in a proper manner. They need to add two-factor authentication and requests for changing personal information should have a fail safe.
I am extremely angry over the situation and will be closing my account with Koh's once this fiasco is over.

I'm a loyal Kohl's customer. Had a problem today both of my packages were marked as delivered but never found them. I went through several representatives and a supervisor for the only solution that would be dispute one of my transactions and for the other item wait for a refund that can take up thirty days! I'm cancelling my Kohl's credit card and everything today. I won't be purchasing anything from Kohl's again. Poor customer service and etc.
I'm in elderly woman and I work 6 days a week to make ends meet. I bought a dress and when I watched it it came out of the dryer with a little white balls all over the dress. I made a complaint about this dress that I purchased. Kohl's gave me $35 in an email for the flawed dress. Little did I know the gift certificate was good for less than a week. I tried to make an order online for a pair of shoes and the money was no good. Thank you calls for pretending to care.whenever I make purchases on my Kohl's card I get charged a late fee. Reason? Kohl's says there's something wrong with my bank account. Right! I believe they do this to their customers because 30 something dollars late fee adds up because Kohl's probably has tons of Kohl's charge card members...🙄
I went to Kohl's today to shop for shoes. Bought three pair. I had a 30% discount coupon a 20% in-store coupon and because it was 15% off military Monday I thought wow I can at least use one of these since I was buying almost $300 worth of shoes Went to the cashier only to find out, I could not use any of these coupons on anything I wanted to buy. All the advertisements for coupons is just bait to get you in the store. They don't mean nothing! I couldn't find anything I could buy with any of the coupons that they had advertised, I will never go back to that store. And I will tell everyone I can not to go. I am tired of being lied too! What a wast of time! If you are an employee there, I urge you to quit immediately if you have any integrity at all!
Kohl's delivery service is an absolute disaster. Not only did my order arrive late, but it was missing items and contained items I didn't even order. Customer service was unhelpful and seemed indifferent to my concerns. Kohl's, you've lost a loyal customer due to your unreliable delivery practices.
On November 30,2023, I purchased sneaker for my grandson for Christmas, I was tracking them and delivery was suppose to be December 18,2023.Today I called and my sneaker were out of stock. How is this possible when I paid the order went through they took my money and now 6 days before Christmas I have nothing and I have to wait 7 business days to get my money back. Someone at Kohls stole my order. Kohls should be a shame to do business this way.
Once upon a time, I loved shopping for clothes at Kohl's. Ah yes, back in the day before the hideous clothing industry reared its ugly head. But businesses like Kohl's ran out to eagerly greet them and welcome their drug-induced clown clothing into the fold. I did next time they asked me to fax it to them. I spend $8 trying to fax it to them and ones again I received a letter asking me to fax the proof to them. I'm done with them. Horrible service when you need it.
Bought WHITE Food Network dishes which scratched and turned black within 4 months. Since I did not contact Kohl's within 6 months, they refused to give a refund. They also refused issuing a gift card. I sent 2 emails (with photos) to Food Network customer service with no response. Since Food Network didn't respond, Kohl's should stand by the product that they sold. I will NEVER shop at Kohl's again.
I tried to find a pair of gym shoes when I noticed there was a slinky wire contraption along with an alarm attached to the shoes.bThis made it impossible to try on shoes and try and walk a few feet for comfort all in the name of theft. Well no need to worry other stores will steal us as customers. Not ever coming back.

I'm not sure if it was just an off night or what but the man taking Amazon returns acted and looked like he'd rather be anywhere but there. He was rude. The staff up front blatantly ignored me. One was counting coupons and the other was putting carts away. Walked all the way back to customer service to ask for a manager who also didn't seem to care so I submitted my complaint about the lack of customer service in his store and he said he'd take care of it but seemed like he couldn't wait for me to be out of his face. So I'm just letting everyone know, maybe go elsewhere if you think you're going to get decent customer service here on a Friday night an hour before close. Probably the worst experience I've had in awhile. I'll take my business elsewhere. No big. There's entirely too many competing companies to waste time on poor customer service.
Kohls online chat does not help you for crap they are useless on there useless you will never get help threw chat they always want you to call some other number no body got time for that! You have the live chat and or calling a phone # option you have options and should be able to utilize both options and get the help you need using either way since there offered I hope their business and sales go done. Learn to help people and not cause them more frustrations and headaches!

I'm a 55 yr old black woman and I just wanted to tell you about the commerical with the little girl and the chalk. That is a beautiful commerical. It makes me smile everytime. I know it's a kohls commerical but it's so much more with everything that's going on. Thank you for that and never stop that commercial. Yet you can always make more like that one. Thank you. Yes...I have my Kohl's statements and no I don't care to share them on a website...No didn't take pictures of defective or inferior products...that I gave for Christmas gifts and No they couldn't even exchange those gifts for a replacement.
Bought a product at Kohls.com because it was mentioned I would receive $30 in Kohl's Cash.
However, I didn't see their e-mail and now it's "Expired". The expiration date is also VERY short, good luck with that.
Customer service say they cannot do anything to help. Suuuuure, it's not like if you had full access to my Kohl's account and could add $30 in there.

I received a message from Kohl's that my order is ready for pickup. When I arrived, Monica in the pickup area/ Amazon, was there, I was having a hard time connecting to the pickup pass. I asked Monica if she would look up by order #, she said "NO" she said wait until your pickup pass shows up. She told the lady behind me that she'd help her. Finally my pickup pass showed spot #121. So I gave it to Monica. And once again she was rude. Said go back there and get it yourself. I had never been told to go get it myself. I've been there many times and was helped. Monica was neither polite, nor professional nor courteous.
I believe their brand for clothing is Apart9 (Ishould know this, I am a graphic designer and I am always checking out logos, flyers, album art, etc.). Apart9 has some designs similar to Express (men's graphic Ts in particular), not so much fitted dress shirts. During the Fall they also always have snazzy men's sweaters and jackets. If you like the suave look, then you will love Aprt9 at Kohl's (I may have the name Aprt9 Incorrect, but If Google searched I am sure it will auto correct.
The Kohls near my house did an excellent job at helping me find what i needed, I'll be going back for more gifts for my family

Additionally they often don't supply shipping cost - letting the cosumer assume shipping is free above a certain amount purchased. Then charge exuberant cost for shipping! This was recently done to me when i had a cookware set in my card and again no shipping charge or option to pick up at store. I got suspicious so I only submitted a card which had about $30 + above the actual cost ( presuming shipping) and apparently they needed more for shipping this $50 item!
After shopping at Kohls for 28 years, this morning I tried to get into my account and was informed I had to use my husband's info to access MY account. After over 1 hour trying to solve the problem, I cancelled my account and will not shop there anymore. And Sephora is a big mistake in Kohls, too. Just a waste of space! Customer service is horrible at Kohls and I can't get a straight answer from customer service.
