I recently purchased an item online, found out a day later "after tracking my order" that the order was "cancelled" due to item being out of stock. I called Kohl's asap, one rep stated my monies would be refunded in 48 hrs., another rep stated my refund would take 7 days, my bank stated it would take to weeks. No consistency on when I could expect MY money, Kohl's customer service needs a lot of improvement, management as well.
