I recently shopped the Manassas VA store, the Culpeper VA store and the Haymarket VA store. They were all a MESS and had literally NO Selection in Womens clothing! When I visited the shoe section--same problem! Where is all the merchandise? Also, the toys are so overpriced, even if you have a 30% off coupon, you can still get them for way less anywhere else!
Also, Kohls has recently become involved in Politics and Cancel Culture against My Pillow's Mike Lindell. Retail stores have absolutely NO Business getting involved in Political matters and that is a surefire way to lose thousands of loyal customers. Since when did we become a communist country, where we have no free speech? I have been a loyal Kohls Charge card holder since the early 90's will NEVER shop Kohls as long as it is taking political stands against conservatives!
I am canceling my account (opened Feb 2005) and will no longer shop at your store in response to your decision to take away Mike Lindell's right to free speech. You have chosen a path that takes you one step closer to taking away mine as well. I'm assuming your decision to destroy his life is based on the fact that you conducted your own investigation into the voter fraud allegations and not because you are just following the biased few who control the media. There are 74 million clear thinkers out here who don't follow the biased media and who insist on having an honest and detailed investigation. People who don't agree with Mike may stop buying his products, while people who don't agree with you will stop buying every product you sell. I went to Kohl's with my wife. The place was filthy. The staff could not have been less helpful. They were too busy chatting to notice us standing there. We left without buying anything and will not be going back.

I just cancelled my account with Kohls. They cater to merchandise from China rather than USA products.
I used to be a die-hard customer and my reviews reflected that, but little by little, my reviews starting going downhill, just like their service. I had finally had enough on Jan 2 and reached out to Kohl's with what I agree is a scathing message. I am attaching my message and their response for you. I definitely reached my limit after 10+ years as a big customer with them and experienced my first late payment by one day. How easy it was for them to send a generic message with the knowledge they had lost a customer.

I ordered on line on the 15th of December to insure delivery by the 24th - I called the corporate office (which I think is in Mexico) they couldn't speak good English and only knew how to read the screen showing delivery by the 24th - one forign speaking person said "it's not the end of day yet - keep looking for it you should get it on the 24th or in a few days...? Really - the supervisor read good English, you have to wait 10 business days to get a refund. USPS doesn't even show they have the package and Kolhs headquarters is blaming them for the delay - due to covid there is a lot of people sick. I asked can you stop the package and let me pick it up at the store - NO you have to wait 10 business days. WOW Kohls Great Customer Service - Oh Merry Fr*g Christmas
Have to say I have had nothing but positive experiences with Kohl's. A couple of times I have gotten the wrong item in an order and they worked diligently to correct the mistake. Customer service always very polite and helpful.
Purchased items on Nov 26.2020. Only got half of my order. Lost in New Jersy. No way to track. ASked for a credit company refused, said it was a covid issue. Worst company i ever bought items from. I then purchased the items from Amazon, got the itemsin 3 days. I bought 2 in two different transactions for my kids as gifts for the holidays.
No where when purchasing The Sony PlayStation 5 did they state limit 1 per household/billing address and they only gave me 1 set of Kohl's Cash in the amount of 180 but stated it is merchants right to cancel

My card was charged for 3 of 4 items I ordered. A week later 4th item charged and a pending for entire order. Called maybe drop off in 7 days RIDICULOUS NEVER AGAIN...
I ordered multiple items November 24th that got separated to be shipped in 4 different packages. I only received 2 packages. When I contacted customer service they told me that I had to wait until December 8th to see if the packages arrived and to contact customer service again if they didn't. They never arrived so once again I waited over an hour to chat with someone and they told me they won't refund my money because the boxes could still arrive. Mind you one package has said "In transit" with no location for 5+ days now with no change and the other still said "Awaiting item arrival" meaning the shipping service still hadn't received the package. And yet Kohl's does not care and told me that they won't do anything to make it right. Instead they told me to wait another 12 days to see if the packages come and if the don't they want me to reach out for a 3rd time to see how/if they can fix it. I wasted 3+ hours of my time waiting for responses from their slow and terrible customer service to get nothing done. Also, when I brought up the fact that their website says you have to purchase something by December 11th to get it in time for Christmas but I purchased something on November 24th and they won't send me replacements in time they didn't care and had no response. Then before we were done chatting the representative disconnected the chat. I will never purchase anything from here ever again and I advise you to do the same.

Waiting for my 30 dollars kohls cash they owe me as they did not take the 15 % off my order. Called several times after being on hold 15 minutes a pop. Same story it was sent. Never have got it yet. Constant runaround on the phone. If the cash isnt here by tomorrow I will return your merchandise. Extremely disappointed. I worked for Yonkers for many years and we never let this kind of stuff happen. It was handled on the spot. We never let anyone go home unsatisfied.
