They offer a decent variety of items and a pretty wide selection of colors and options to choose from, but their shipping and return policy leave a lot to be desired. Ordering online is hard enough but for necessary work clothes that cost more, I wind up buying less from them for fear of not having the right fit and few options of any for return or exchange. The shipping needs an overhaul. Free shipping over a certain price is fair enough, but I was charged shipping on my whole $500+/- order because I had a couple $1-3 items that were final sale and free shipping is excluded on sale/clearance items. Then I received multiple shipments, all smooth and normal by leaving the boxes by the front door. UPS is on my street everyday, so I was aggravated when I wasn't home for one shipment and UPS wouldn't leave it. They made me go pick it up at True Value. Significantly inconvenient.

I want to give them five stars because they have stellar products, but their shipping and service is awful! I keep getting emails every 4-5 days saying they haven't shipped, yet. I can appreciate getting backed up and was trying to place another order because of a sale they have. I don't want to order the same items I already did, but the order confirmation gives very little info and when you click to see the order, nothing comes up but a blank screen that says, it's being processed. I called several times and kept getting disconnected. The first guy didn't speak English and I had to spell Heather for him three times, then repeat the order number four times. He couldn't pull the order up, then I was disconnected. I called back and got a woman who was rude. I gave her my name, and we were disconnected again. I give up! If my order was just for me, I'd cancel it, but my husband loves their pants and he looks great in them. I'll keep waiting, but I won't be ordering again. Such a shame because they really have such an awesome line. I even like their stuff for me, but their service and shipping just suck.

I want to score them higher because they have a lot to offer, customer service has been helpful on the few occasions I've needed them and with Prime I get free shipping. Here's the catch - the shipping and delivery portion of the order is so awful that it supercedes and cancels out the good. When you order something from other sites, it gives you a delivery date and that's it; the item is there as expected. With Amazon it's a crapshoot! Very, very few orders ever show up on time and that's inexcusable. The cost of shipping is built into the cost of my membership, so remember nothing is free. They give you no recourse for late shipments. I order things with plenty of time but when you're expecting a delivery it should be there. My daughter's birthday present is already TWO DAYS late and the only offer is a refund, but then they reverse the shipment and that's not feasible because I still need the product. They shouldn't be allowed to charge you a fee if they don't hold up their end of the agreement. I'm not ordering from them anymore. It's time to get back to shopping small, local businesses again. I used to be a die-hard customer and my reviews reflected that, but little by little, my reviews starting going downhill, just like their service. I had finally had enough on Jan 2 and reached out to Kohl's with what I agree is a scathing message. I am attaching my message and their response for you. I definitely reached my limit after 10+ years as a big customer with them and experienced my first late payment by one day. How easy it was for them to send a generic message with the knowledge they had lost a customer.

Skip it. It used to be good and it is no longer
