Bought a new laptop from Kogan, where the product images clearly show a CD drive on the side of the laptop. When arrived, the laptop was the correct laptop with all the other specs and product number correct, but did not have a CD drive as per the product images.
The laptop was bought for immediate use in a medical and dental clinic, and had already been integrated into the existing hardware and software (eg. Xray units). After having multiple back-and-forth emails with customer service (Ron), explaining the situation, each email stated the same thing - that they could only "assess" the laptop once it was returned/sent back before going deciding on the appropriate course of action. Photos of the product and serial number etc were submitted, and various suggestions were offered in lieu of going through the timely process of return, assessment, and refund/redelivery as that would mean part of the clinic would be unable to function entirely.
In the end, as per Consumer Affairs Victoria, I offered to retain the product and instead accept compensation for loss in value of the product, so I could just buy a USB CD drive to plug in. However, Ron was still insistent it needed to be returned to be "assessed" prior to any other action. Disappointing customer service and will not be using Kogan ever again.

Product turned up damaged, they asked for pictures so I sent them some. Then asked for a video which I sent, then nothing no reply the worst company to deal with keep away from them.

It has now been 3 months and there isn't a resolution on this matter, I lost my money and I am having to send my son to school without a laptop... DON'T BUY IT, IT IS RUBBISH!
First they sent me the wrong product, and oh boy odes it take a long long time to get that rectified. It's been almost 3 months and I am still having to go back and forth with them.
1) First they need all this proof that I have actually got the wrong product (Take a picture of the packaging, then a picture of the product itself, Now the barcode...) All this ask over multiple emails spanning 2 weeks.
2) Then getting to a simple resolution of "giving me the right product" has still not been solved. It's been 3 months now and the customer service person is absymal. He keeps sending me short email responses which doesn't really address the question, and then takes 2 days to respond to any of my replies.
Kogan, if you chose to go the route of having NO CUSTOMER CALL CENTRE, then you better bloody well make sure your email team and processes are able to do the job. What's the point of trying to say you sell cheap products if you can't even deliver it to me correctly? I regret using Kogan and will go with Amazon Australia next time.

I received an incorrect sized mattress topper. I contacted Kogan, they advised I could return but due to isolation rules I wasn't happy visiting a post office. I advised I would gift my son the mattress topper and reorder the correct size. I presumed shipping would be free due to Kogans mistake. I was told that if I wanted the item I would have to pay additional shipping. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! I WILL NOT USE THEM AGAIN!

Order a air-fryer a month ago kogan supplied me a false tracking number, Delivery company reckons they didn't pick up any order from kogan that was address to me, Kogan has been giving me the big run around cant find out any information. They have no customer service, Ive been sending endless messages to them. Kogan has a automatic reply system that keeps sending the same message back to me, Looks like ill have to get the ACCC involves to get my money back, Hate being ripped off. STAY AWAY FROM KOGAN! Somehow unknowingly I signed up for Kogan first. I did not willingly join this club. I was charged $79. I was unable to make contact with these people to address the issue. I was able to successfully make a claim with PayPal who went in to bat for me. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG THERE IS NO WHERE TO COMMUNICATE WITH THESE PEOPLE. So I was looking around to buy a Pixel 3a XL phone. They were selling them on Amazon but I wanted to be sure that I got the Australian Version with the Australian power plug. So I wanted to buy it from someone in Australia. One of the only places I could find it was Kogan. After past experience - I normally avoid buying things from Kogan because the customer service is BAD. But limited choices - so against my better judgement I brought it from Kogan.
They sent me the wrong phone - a 3a instead of a 3a XL. I could have bought a 3a from lots of places but I wanted the 3a XL. And the phone came with an American Plug. At this time I was kicking myself. Why did I buy something from Kogan - This stuff always happens when you buy from Kogan.
The only way to get customer service is to send them an email and they take a long time to reply each time. I have been emailing them for a week. After a frustrating chain of emails they are telling me that they will not swap my phone for the one I wanted. And won't even talk about the American Plug thing.
Always remember - Never buy from Kogan.

Purchased an order on the 20th April 2020 which i am yet to recieve? Not only have i not recieved it it is yet to be delivered to Australian Post? The customer service offerred by Kogan is basically non existant ie, the ability to call a call centre is sadly laking. This is the 1st and last order i will ever place with Kogan.
Do not have an account with them and they send me emails. No unsubscribe option without entering a password. I don't have an account so why would I have a password? No way to contact them either.

Ordered a product that we were excited about. Watched the tracking. It went to picked and packed. And then nothing for days. Finally it shipped.
Then we only receive the box of fittings with nuts and bolts but no actual item to assemble with the nuts and botls.
Have attempted to contact Kogan about this several times, which is when we found out that they only way to communicate is via email. The landline number they provide for customer service is just a recorded message advising to direct our enquiry via e-mail.
We have now emailed several times, which results on the same generic reply...."we have passed your enquiry onto the orders team who will reply to you shortly"
Well, shortly has now turned into days with no reply and still no product.

My Kogan shopping turned to a nightmare. I have ordered a spin bike to my home gym. The order was paid on June 15. Order history showed it's dispatched on June 19 and delivered on June 21. The fact was I DID NOT RECEIVE anything!
I have never received any email update from Kogan (not for the item dispatched, not for tracking information, not even when it showed delievered). I messaged to Kogan customer service on Jun19 about an update. They replied me 2 days later, apologizing the wrong update from their website and were dealing with the dispatch (which means the item hasn't been sent yet after their officially standard 5 business days).
I have kept messaging them asking for update, felt as miserable as I beg Kogan either sending me the item or withdrawing my money.
The last reply from Kogan was that the item was finally booked for delivery on June 27 but I have not even received a tracking number. Continuously asking customer service for a tracking information which spent another 2 days to reply.
The item was finally arrived on Saturday, July 1 in the early morning 8! It was not the usual delivery time Kogan adviaed and I was woken by driver's call even earlier.
So in total 17 days to send an item! With completely wrong order update, no tracking information and slow customer service reply.
I swear this is the last time I shop with Kogan.
