I have a Zyliss Wire Whisk. And liked it so much, I decided to get one for each one of my family members for their birthday gifts. I have been looking for a couple of years. Any kitchen supply stores and on the internet. I finally came across the Kitchen Niche in Canada. I ordered six Zyliss Wire Whisks and two other items. All of this totalled over $100.00. I didn't receive free shipping. And when the Zyliss Wire Whisks came. They were not what was pictured on the Kitchen Niche Website. And everyone in family agrees they suck! I did email Kitchen Niche. I never received a reply. Kitchen Niche is miss representing products, false claims to the free shipping and no real costumer service. Very disappointed.
They arrived within seven days, well packaged and just what I was expecting, four with chicken feet and four with hen beaks. My grandkids are going to love them.
After searching for eggcups online, the Kitchen niche price was the most reasonable.

I ordered a tagine in August for more than 200.00 and it is November and I still have not received it. I get many excuses and promises that it is in the mail. I opened a complaint with Paypal to get my money refunded but Kitchen niche does not respond to Paypal requests. Their prices are listed as a bit cheaper price but it isn't worth it for the aggravation-don't fall for it. They are scammers.
I have received my orders very quickly and everything is perfect. Thank you so much for all your assistance. I have already told many of my friends about the quality and friendliness of your company. I have a few more orders to make and have complete confidence in the service.
Do not order from kitchenNiche.ca. Customer service was absolutely terrible with almost absent responses. My shipment was delayed for two months with zero communication or update. When I asked about the status of the order, it was met with silence. When I asked for a refund I was ignored. Fortunately I paid through Paypal and I had to escalate my complaint before I finally received a refund 2.5months later. Don't waste your time ordering from this amateur potentially scammy fly by night store.
I received an email when my order was placed, another when it was shipped (shortly thereafter), and an email from Canada post with a tracking number. Start to finish (with a warning from the post office that things were slow) was 9 days.
Still haven't received my order. It was 1 cookie cutter for 10.98 for ths item and shipping. Been contacting and everything Said it shipped on dec 20. Here it is January 3,2019. Lefted emails and calling the 888 number no returns your phone calls or emails.

Please check your spam folder as we did send you an email several days ago. You placed your order on December 20th and it was shipped on December 21st. With not too many business days between Christmas and New Years, 5 business days have passed since your order was shipped. With the shipping method you selected, orders are expected to arrive within 5-8 business days. Please note that the delivery time frame was clearly indicated when you placed the order. Faster shipping methods were available but not selected by you.

I recently ofered a few item from Kitchenniche.ca with a order # but did not receive any email confirmation of this purchase. I have send a quite few emails to Sanda but did not hear back from her at all. I was thinking this website is scamp and started to search around and just read so many similar case like mine. I need to call my credit card company to dispute this charge, It is very scary to purchase anything online on this kind of website. I will never order anything from here any more.
I ordered two clay bakers for my granddaughters for Christmas and they arrived very promptly and the quality is excellent! The girls will be thrilled! Thank you KitchenNiche.ca for the excellent service! Linda Miller
On Mar. 28/21, I placed an order for 2 items. On Mar. 29, I received one of the items as a gift from my husband so I emailed Kitchen Niche & asked that they remove one of the items from my order because I no longer needed it. No response. I emailed again, no response. I telephoned but all I got was voice mail with no opportunity to leave a message. On Mar. 30, I emailed them 4 times & tried telephoning. Again just a voice message. By then I no longer wanted to deal with a company with such poor customer service so I emailed to cancel my entire order. In between my emails I received an email from them that they were processing & packing my order! I immediately emailed back to cancel my order. In total, since Mar. 29 I had emailed them 6 times. No response. On Apr. 1, I received an email from them saying that they had shipped the one item even though I had repeatedly asked for the entire order to be cancelled! It will be returned because I do not want to deal with this company.
In June I ordered tongs. July I made contact. Sandra said there was a note saying it would be late. August, contact again. Sandra said to be patient. It is October. No product. I sent two emails. No response. I advised Kitchen Niche I was handing it over to my credit card company. WHICH I DID! Then Sandra responded saying no need to contact credit card company, they would return my funds upon request. TOO LATE! Credit Company is handling it.
The service was decent, responded to most emails. The two critiques I have to there service was failing to notify me (keep me updated) when there was a long delay in receiving my order. I had to ask them each time to get updates. Also, they missed one item, and when I notified them, they refunded me rather that ship me it. I figure they didn't want the extra shipping cost, yet that item was one of the two main priorities to me in that order. So I am not satisfied with that outcome which does counter their guarantee.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. Ordered an item on the 25th May. I sent them an email about the products arrival and was told that it would arrive in 2-3 business days. That was on the 5th June. Product never showed up. I called 3 times and always got an answering machine. They never returned my call. Emailed them and still no response. Another number associated with them through the credit card charge has been disconnected. I'd say I got ripped off. I noticed some other reviewers have had the same experience. Should the product ever arrive I will update this review but I don't think we should hold our breath.

OMG! I wish I saw all these reviews before! I, too, ordered over a month ago and nothing! They didn't hesitate to take the funds out... i am going to claim the charges as fraudulent charges. How can a business do this to so many people?!^#^&/=%#! I emailed them, called and nothing. My order doesn't justify a lawsuit but I'd like to do it just for the satisfaction. Thankfully I work in a corporate law firm and may have to use that card and get an athorny to put sone fire inder theor $#*!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! For all we know it could just barely someone sitting pretty taking all of our money!
I thought this was a great place to find kitchen items but I was wrong. I made an order on May 18 and then received an email May 19 saying my order was "Processing & Packing". I reached out May 29 saying my order hadn't shipped yet and someone named Sandra emailed me back saying new stock was coming in June. I said okay no problem at all. Then on June 24 I reached out again and stock was now expected in July 1st. Then item was expected to be in stock week of July 19. I've had enough and asked for my order to be cancelled and my card refunded. I should've known something was off when I was charged immediately (not a pre-authorization but an actual charge). Let's see if they will issue me my refund in a timely manner.
I ordered this pepper grinder through another online kitchen store, and after 3 months of being told it was back ordered, but should arrive soon, I gave up and ordered the same through KitchenNiche.ca. It arrived within the week! Great store, great pepper grinder.
Purchased a fondue set they were quick to ship the set and when i had a couple questions about the product they were quick to respond even taking the extra step to verify something with the manufacturer. Super great experience
I bought a bamboo utensil holder on January 3rd, 2017 as a gift to my brother. It is now February 10th, 2017. He still has not received it. After my brother told me this I tried to track the package down but it dawned in me they never gave me a tracking number. They won't pick up their phone. I tried to use my email to log into the website and my email no longer exist with them. I think the good reviews are people who work for the so-called company or they are paying outside sources to write good reviews for them.

I ordered a few items from Kitchen Niche that I couldn't find in local stores and was very happy with the products and service! I am sorry you feel this way. While we had indicated that Tagine would take longer to ship out due to it being backordered, it definitely took longer than we had hoped.
The Tagine was sent to you last week, as per your email conversation with customer service. We emailed you the Canada Post tracking number last week. Did you check your spam folder? It was emailed to you directly from Canada Post. I checked on the shipment and it looks like delivery was attempted on November 3rd. You should have a delivery notice card in your mailbox.
