Do not order from kitchenNiche.ca. They don't seem to care about their customers' satisfaction.
Customer service was absolutely terrible.
I received the product with a broken part, they sent me a new one after more than 9 months and they sent me not original item.
And when I asked for compensation for the inconvenience, they refused.
I ordered two products in December, and received one of them promptly (the Mandoline).

However, the packing list said that both products were in the same box. Things happen, fine. I sent a couple of emails to "Sandra" as the site directed over the course of a few weeks. No reply whatsoever. I tried calling, but the taped message said to send an email. I still want the butter ruler, and an email would be nice too.
I have ordered loose teas and received prompt service and excellent prices. I have actually sold the brand of teas that they carried in my own store twenty years ago and so I know the quality and the prices are very competitive. The free shipping minimum is a little steep but doable.
My search for a German-made Borner mandolin took me to an Amazon site where it was available for $69.99. I noticed that the supplier for Amazon was KitchenNiche.ca. My search on KitchenNiche found the same product on sale for $49.99. I did not have to pay for shipping as I ordered 2 of these and got free shipping. However, even with the shipping fees the cost was less than Amazon. Items ordered arrived as per timeline provided and were as expected. Would definitely use KitchenNiche again.
I wanted some peri-peri dried peppers and couldn't find them anywhere. When I searched I found this company. They had what I wanted (and more) and all was shipped and received in very short time. I am very pleased with the service and products. The price point was good for the quality. I will check in when I need other baking tools or products.
I order a gift for Father's Day and was short on my timing. I was more then happy when I saw that I was shipped the day I made my order.
Great product collection! Found some salt and pepper mills that I wasn't able to find on other website.
Wow, months later and I still haven't received my order. I emailed them and they indicated my order was on the way. I still haven't received anything to date. I will also be contacting the Better Business Bureau. There are complaints about them on their website too. I shop frequently online and this is the first time I feel like I was scammed.
First of all, i did it on purpose to buy from a Canadian company. Let's say that I prefer paying 1$ more and buying from a local company than from amazon. The transaction was very smooth and the product arrived well and within 4 days, safe and professionally packaged. I would definitely buy from them again!
Second, I am looking at the negative reviews and they totally don't make sense. You don't have to pay with paypal to get your money back, all canadian credit cards offer disputes automatically. So when you don't receive a product you can simply call your bank/credit card and reverse the transaction. If you pay by a credit card, you can never get "duped" for your money!
I don't get it why people write FAKE negative reviews. This is a legitimate Canadian reseller company.

The negative feedback on this site is entirely opposite to my experience with KitchenNiche. At all times they've been very responsive and well-priced. It would not surprise me that the negative comments are fake.
I purchased a pepper and salt mill - firstly the price was some of the best for on-line shopping. Order got here in 4 days which is amazing especially dealing with Canada Post. Never new this on-line company existed til now. Thankful I found them

I was looking for some kitchen items and was thrilled to find some of the most unique things. In fact I ended up ordering more than originally planned because they had such a great selection. I was also happy that the business is Canadian and could therefore support a local business as opposed to Amazon. My items came quickly and all in one order not in bits and pieces like some places. I am sold on KitchenNiche and will definitely be shopping from them again!
I bought 7 plastic jar keys as gifts from Kitchenniche.ca. I had one and found it be such a useful gadget for breaking the seal on jars, but couldn't find them in the stores again. Kitchenniche had them at such a great price and shipped them out right away. They were also good about keep me posted on the processing and shipping of my order.
