I ordered a pudding steamer from a box store and they let me down. In searching for a Canadian company I was lucky to stumble across Kitchen Niche. Their website was user friendly, easy to browse and to order from. They filled the order and shipped it promptly with no issues. Product is exactly as listed. I am pleased with the quality and I will certainly order from them again!
Placed an order, waited a few weeks, sent multiple emails and left a voicemail; no response to any of them. I think this site must just be up to harvest credit card info - luckily I paid by Paypal, and was able to get my money back when (of course) the store didn't respond to my Paypal dispute.
Many years ago we purchased a SwissMar peeler at a trade show. It has been the BEST peeler I've ever used. One day I googled "world's best peeler" and was delighted to find the same peeler on the Kitchen Niche website. I ordered 10 and the package arrived very quickly. I kept a new one for myself and gave the rest as gifts. Last week I ordered 10 more peelers and 2 cheese planes. The order was placed on April 7 and arrived in my mailbox April 10 or 11th! The cheese plane is also of excellent quality and I'm sure will be a welcome addition to my kitchen. Great customer service!
They carry an interesting selection of products, including the perogie pogy/maker that I was looking for, with very reasonable shipping costs. Very happy with my purchase!

I can see I'm not the only one who has ordered a pasta maker from this jenky website and have had no response to why my order is a no-show. Misleading is an understatement. If you look up the location of the store it is out of a house in Calgary. It has been a month since I ordered my pasta machine and no response on where it is or why it hasn't shown up. I was trying to support local companies but this one is horrid. Stay away from them.

Update: After 8 weeks from ordering I had to contact my credit card to reverse the charges. (It takes 30 days to process) The website wouldn't return my money.
My order came quickly and my items are all in good order. No mistakes! I will probably order more things from kitchenniche. The items look like they are good quality. I will recommend to my friends.
Worst retail on-line experience I've had. Do not buy from these people. Ordered an 89$ + tax = 112$ Le Creuset teapot Nov 30/11. It arrived just before Christmas, defective. I could not use it as the gift it was intended for and had to purchase something else. As per the website guidelines, I contacted the company within 7 day for instructions to return the item for refund. They do not answer the phone and rarely reply to email. They finally told me I have to deal with the manufacturer to get a replacement. I informed them I don't want a replacement, I want a refund. As I had to buy another gift, this teapot was of no use to me. Looks like I'm stuck trying to sort something out with the manufacturer, to get a replacement for something I don't want. Horrible experience with these people. Beware. I'm filing a complaint with BBB.

I ordered some thing on September 12 and on September 14 it was packing and processing. I needed this for a birthday gift on September 28. I I have called and sent several emails to someone name Sandra and to date she has not bothered to call me return my emails etc. Obviously she took my money almost $200 but has not bothered to answer my emails or calls as to where the item is. Do not bother buying from this company as their customer service is horrendous
Order a product from site on April 25. Paid for faster delivery, 3-6 business days. After that time period I called several times, operators were always busy and was encouraged to leave a message, never able to speak to real person. Emailed several times and it was only when I posted a negative response on their feedback site did I recieve an email apologizing for the delay. Made excuses and said on May 4th it would be shipped out immediately... it is now May 13th... still no product
My order (of a bunch of different items) shipped so quickly and everything arrived in good condition and as described. It's so nice dealing with a Canadian-owned company that has a nice selection of kitchen tools/equipment to purchase from.

Your order was shipped on December 8th with Canada Post Small Parcel Air and will be delivered to your US address with regular mail (USPS).
