Why are so many reviews bad? A few are very satisfied but most are not.... so many people said they did not receive their orders. Is there a difference if you are ordering from Canada or the US? I'm from Canada and would like to order 2 items for Christmas, but these reviews make me hesitate.

We are aware that some of the reviews aren't very flattering. While we do
make mistakes, I can assure you that many of those reviews are made up. Many of them we do not even recognize. We're not sure who's doing it but we assume it's a competitor. I can

I'm from Canada and am very happy with this company. I received everything in perfect condition and fast. I believe they are being falsely attacked.

I'm from Canada and I've always experienced good service with this company. I think the bad reviews may come from competitors which is really unfortunate. A sad way to do business.

I ordered through Canada Post and received my Peppermill in a very short period of time. February 9 ordered received February 13 using Canada Post. I will definitely order from these people again .

The bad review that came from me is true and I am definitely not a competitor. I never received my tagine, and had to open a dispute with PayPal to get a refund after a month of no replies to my emails and phone calls. After my experience I would say all the bad reviews are true. Shop somewhere else. As the old saying goes, where there's smoke, there's fire.

I am very happy with my transaction. I received an email from Canada post with a tracking number and warning of high volume /possible delay. It was 9 days start to finish. I am sorry to hear of so many bad reviews.
