In June I ordered tongs. July I made contact. Sandra said there was a note saying it would be late. August, contact again. Sandra said to be patient. It is October. No product. I sent two emails. No response. I advised Kitchen Niche I was handing it over to my credit card company. WHICH I DID! Then Sandra responded saying no need to contact credit card company, they would return my funds upon request. TOO LATE! Credit Company is handling it.
