I'm starting to wonder if this is really a company or just a couple of guys working out of their basement. It is obvious they don't have any merchandise in stock and they order from their supplier after you order from them. Then the shipping time is ridiculous. A month from order to delivery?
Put our order in April 1st, we were unable to track shipping until today (April 20) There were two items on back order until May 18 and the other part of the order will not arrive until April 22, attempted several times to cancel the back order that would not arrive until May 18 but unable to do so, I called three different phone numbers and on hold each time for over 10 mins. Still not able to get through to customer service. Please note, this is all listed on our credit card as PAID... very poor service and delivery very dissatisfied with King size direct.

My parents are 80 and I tried to call for them and was told the old "privacy policy" bull$#*!. THEY ARE 80. They don't have an extra hour to wait for someone to answer the phone. What happened to respect your elders? Why can't people help their elderly parents without this crap?

I ordered a dress shirt and the shipment took forever to come into my surprise when I opened the package it was actually a pair of pants. I contacted customer service and they sent me the appropriate paperwork to return the pants. They asked if I wanted a shirt still I told them no it would not arrive in time for the function I needed it for. I didn't want to take a chance on getting a pair of underwear or something else other than a shirt. When the refund hit my credit card the price of the shirt was there but not the cost of shipping. I did not see anywhere on their website that shipping was not refundable. Why should I be penalized for their incompetence.

I called and another employee had to correct it. I called to close my account having my bank assist in resolving it because we sent them approx $350.00 that was placed on another account number, Not mine. We got it and I sent 100.00 immediately then the balance when my bank got the funds. After over 25 years, and thousands of dollars of products, I closed the account. They need better employee ethics and people who care about service, quality, and ethics.
I ordered something in hopes to get it before or on the day of our wedding as it was a grooms gift. I order in plenty of enough time as the stated shipping date was 8-10 days. I call customer service and she had no clue where my order was, in fact, she stated she thinks it didn't even ship. Once she placed me on hold she had no info as to why the tracking info was not working. I look on the site and it is showing that it shipped 14 days after the date they said it shipped. I am so disappointed. I will never purchase from this place again.

I was given bad information from a representative, telling me false information about the product. Then they told me to wait to send the pants in, so I sent it in when they had told me to. Just to be told I could no longer return it. Buyer beware this company will tell you what you want to hear just to get your money and screw you over afterwards. Customer service was also worthless.

We ordered 3 casual button-up shirts on December 2nd. On January 4th, I tried to return 2 that didn't fit by going through their Return process that you start by clicking a button on their website. I copied pasted my order number and zip code as instructed. The return process said it couldn't find my order. I tried again, making sure I copied the order number correctly, first pasting it into notepad and comparing. I tried a 2nd time to return the items. The website said again, it couldn't find my order. I gave up and put it aside. Eventually, I saw the brand-new never worn shirts sitting on a cabinet and decided to try calling the company. The response? Sorry, it's past 60 days and you can't return your order. No exceptions, no credit, no nothing. They told the poster of "2-No Hassle Dress Shirts" who had the same issue over a year ago that they would take steps to insure this never happened again. HA! I bet they had a good laugh and never looked at it again.

Item never received...fedex has it in another city for almost a mo th...called since Bbill for the King Size direct credit card due. They would refund as a credit to credit card...however it will take 7 - 10 days...bill due in 2 days...told me to pay the bill and then there will be a credit on may credit card account...so if I never buy again I'm out $200
They dont stock enough items and always has items on back order. After i receive my items from them I will never ever purchase from this company again. My wife ordered clothing for me the week of December and here it is the second week of January and i have till yet to get my items. Also I tried to change the credit card that we purchased with due to their being fraud on my wife's card and i couldnt even change that. I asked what would happen to the order I waited so long for they said oh it will be reshelfed. This is absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with a company.
Placed an order on line during the denim sale, buy one full price and get the second for 75%off. Sounds like a good deal. I place the order and about a week later I get notified that my order shipped. When it arrives there is only one pair in the package the packing list indicates the full price pair shipped but the 75%pair was on back order. Weeks later I get a email that the order was cancelled as that color was no longer available. So I place another order, same deal but different color. Low and behold the same scenario plays out. I won't be coming back.

This is not my first try they do returns but they make a killing in this process 10.99 per return. Plus taxespluss the 15 99 they charged you to ship them to you the first time all because they did not fit. So I'm done with this place
After making several purchases I have made my last purchase, out of all my purchases the only item that has held up more than 6 months is a knit scarf it's not like something you wrap around your neck is likely to fail anyway, but yea that's the only thing I bought from them that a few months later is still in good condition,, 2 belts cracked and broke in less than 4 months, a pair of shoes came unglued after a week, 2 weeks later the other shoe did the same thing., a coat I bought the zipper came unstiched on the 3rd wearing, they do carry some name brand items that are way overpriced and that's before the ridiculous shipping charges are added, basically it's all cheap imported sweat shop clothing other than the name brand items everything is overpriced there shipping charges are way overpriced, they do not stand behind there products at all, the only semi-positive thing I can say is they have a no questions asked return policy on New Items but once you wear it it's yours
I purchased my husband some jeans for christmas, he didn't like the fit so i return them for a refund to my credit card. I wrote additionally to refund to credit card. They did not. I called and finally receive a portion of my Money back.of the $305.54 total then they misused postage ok, Now they put 260.96 on a gift card. I called back then finally received a credit for 249.97 What? I called again 9.97 they are keeping Why? So if you want to lose your money and have bad customer service buy from them

Warning - casual pants are now 34 inch inches inseam. As we all know, this is NOT a tall size. 34 inch inseams can be had at nearly every clothing store, and at better quality and lower prices than Kingsize Direct. Too bad, they used to make LONG casual fleece pants but they must have decided to save 10 cents and cut back on fabric length. After being a customer since the 1980's I will no longer buy from them. 35 year customer gone!
Ordered 2 mock turtles - XLTall. Originally fit great. Then washed ONE time and the sleeves shrunk at least 6 inches. So now the sleeves are to the middle of my forearm. So who wants a 3/4 length sleeve turtle neck? And there is nothing that can be done about it because returned items need to be unworn and unwashed. Obviously these are defective! Or anyway VERY poor quality! Emailed many times before I even got a response. Eventually got a response from Patrick saying hed check into it. Then... nothing! It was just dropped. Nobody even says something as simple as Im sorry for your trouble or anything. Extremely poor customer service! Dont EVER, EVER order from this company!

Let me just say that if I'm buying a 3XL tall shirt, I expect it to fit a large man whose 6'4" 275lbs. The length was great but the width in the body and shoulders was very tight. In fact the shoulder width was 2" shorter on each side than any other 3XL Tall shirt I've ever bought. I'm incredibly disappointed and have returned everything. Even more disappointing is they're keeping $7.50 for shipping. I should've bought thru Amazon--they give 100% refund on returns. Will never buy from this company again. King size shirts should not be in the shape of an upside down pear. Literally, the shoulder area was that much skinnier than the bottom hem.
One item that I ordered 1 week before Christmas arrived. It was a men's vest. I liked this vest except for an important defect that I detected: The front zipper was for a lady's garment, not for men. I called KingSize and spoke with different persons including 3 supervisors. I was told that they would replace it. I turn down a replacement since they would send me another vest with similar defect. I did not want to order anything else. They said they would reimburse only the price of vest except for shipping and handling fees. My argument that the merchandise was defective because the zipper was sewn as a garment for lady was not accepted. They said that such defect did not exist. Result: 0% customer satisfaction and poorest service. I canceled my KingSize credit and WILL NOT buy from them again. Not tomorrow, not EVER.

They also deductd money from my account for an order I did not make, then they tell me I cannot have the shipping fee refunded and they also expect me to pay the return shipping fee, I guess they don't know who they are dealing with, yet.
