I ordered several items, and I got the package quickly delivered to Finland. Unfortunately one of the items I ordered was missing, and they had sent me something totally different instead. I of course sent them a polite email with the receipt and photos about this immediately. Turns out I would have to return the wrong item at my own cost, and only then they would send me the item I had ordered in the first place. I would also be reimbursed maximum of 5 pounds of the shipping cost. That would not even cover my own expense. I explained this to them, but only received copy-paste answers, until my emails were transferred to a Mr. Dennis Bence, who was also unable to give me any other answer than what had already been repeated several times. He was extremely rude and condescending. So in the end, I had no choice but to keep the wrong item, and promise myself never to shop from them again.
I can only recommend this store to someone who is OK with the fact that sometimes (this actually seems to be quite common. I have many friends who have ordered from Killstar and also received wrong items) you will get the wrong item, and will always have to pay for the exchange yourself. Also if you like being talked down to is a plus!

I've never ever in my life had service this AWFUL. I had ordered a package worth hundreds from them of several items. The shipping company failed to deliver, now that was not Killstars fault. So I contacted them and filed a claim with them for reimbursement of the lost items so that I could receive a refund or just another order of my items, fast forward to a month later. The claim was processed weeks ago. The shipping company had sent the money for the missing package to Killstar and Killstar NEVER got back to me. I CANNOT believe this! This is theft! Not only from me but from the shipping company that reimbursed them! NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
Bought some shoes from this company and they were not an actual UK size 9 and took photo evidence of them comparing the shoes I bought from them to my UK size 8 shoes (I am actually a size 8, I ordered size 9s to be safe). Sent the shoes back to be refunded and only received a partial refund of them?! They haven't been used (can't wear them to small) and I sent them back in the original packaging within 14days?! I am so disgusted at this company I will not be ordering from here again, I at least expected to be refunded fully! False advertisement for the 'UK size 9' Wiccan flat shoes.
Killstar US spends more time scrubbing their social media of complaints than they do offering reliable service to customers, as evidenced in my first (and only) purchase from their US store. I naively made a purchase early this month and received confirmation my order shipped on the 11th. USPS tracking, to this day, lists my item as being in 'pre-shipment'. Meaning, they never received that package waiting to be delivered. I noticed tons of now-deleted negative feedback filling their Instagram comments, so I sent them an email with screen shots of the problem. No response. Then I sent them an IG comment, too! Finally, a rep responded via DM and email. Both said they could confirm my package left their warehouse in LA and was in the mail. USPS still insists that is not the case. After checking out review boards like Sitejabber, Trustpilot, etc., this is far from a new problem; it is just more common thanks to the pandemic. I do not believe that USPS, or any shipping carrier, is as incompetent as Killstar insists, especially since this a recurring problem with some reviews dating back to 2018. It doesn't matter that there is a pandemic or that I used USPS. Killstar service (in the US) was inept to begin with and the problems seem to be amplified by the pandemic, general shipping delays and increased online spending. Some people eventually do get their items months upon months later, but even after I receive mine, I can't recommend shopping here since even the smallest problem is too difficult for their US-based store to handle.
I placed a large order on the Black Friday sale, after having a break from shopping with killstar for almost a year.
I was a loyal client of about 7 years beforehand. I knew them to always use the shipping services of Royal Mail. Since I am used to this service, I knew exactly how much I am going to pay in fees upon releasing the parcel from customs in my own country.
They ended up shipping my parcel to me with UPS, without asking me if that was o. K or mentioning this anywhere on thier website. UPS is known to be a bunch of crooks in my country, and they demanded twice the amount of taxes I have calculated in different "holding and releasing" fees.
Had I known they are using UPS now, I would have stayed away.
In response to my plea for them to accept the parcel back because I can't pay such a ridiculous sum of money, customer service told me that i will have to pay these fees and the return shipping fee would be deducted from my refund.
It is entirely their fault for the lack of transparency. I paid the stupid sum and am now waiting for my parcel, but it was basically ransom money. I am going to unbox the parcel in front of a camera. If anything is broken inside, they are going to be slapped with a Paypal case immediately. Not even going to wait for them to respond. They are going to be unhelpful anyway.
Will never buy from them again, and will alert everyone to stay away.

I found myself truly happy with Killstar's service, I found it very professional and I've never been happier to shop online before. The staff is kind and very available.
As i have been shopped 3 times in Killstar, I just cant say it haves the worst working service, No customer care at all, They shipped a bill for me for 250 dollars and when it arrives items was missed! And I had to pay anyways for the TAX of that products that they send writted in the bill and wasnt physically there. Seriously guys DO NOT SHOP HERE, i have been weeks writing to them and no answer, no resolution just mean replys. Horrible service, Expensive things.

Acojonante! La mochila que aparentemente cuesta 31 libras acaba siendo 60 (conversión, gastos de envío) y en un mes se desgasta... no recomiendo para nada esta tienda y mucho menos su política de devoluciones.

I recently bought a backpack (the Sacred Sixx backpack) which lasted only 1 month! It is completely unstitched! I have said that I have seen that wear is not considered! Awesome! The backpack that apparently costs 31 pounds has just been 60 and at one point it wears out... I do not recommend this store at all, much less its return policy.
