TOTAL SCAM DO NOT ORDER

I ordered my stuff in December. It's February and I haven't gotten any of my items. I contacted customer service a week ago and they said it was out for delivery. Their tracking is BS! This is a garbage company

Crypt creeps platform boots. Be very careful buying Killstar shoes, these are not the quality they are advertising. I bought these boots new for £70.55 three months ago and now the sole has split through. I am a small person, these were worn to work and back (office job) and these shoes did fit fine as in they were the correct size. However their response was 'customer care issue', I'm old enough to know how to take care of shoes and never in my life have I split the soles of shoes especially ones as thick as this so these shoes are clearly not of quality material. I have had boots for years including demonia platforms but these Killstar boots are the only ones that split and they haven't taken any ownership. Avoid the shoes. As you can see the Made in China sticker outlasted the boots! Excuse the glue I was in the office and I needed them to last for the day.

Items Broke

Awful quality from a Back Pack as it broke due to the sewing because stitching threads fell out and the zipper too! Warning! Only throw in light things like paper and maybe a phone. Also leggings ripped 2-3 months after. Im sure the boots are poorly made too. Buyer Beware!

I was a loyal customer for years but their quality has gone down hill. I recently had an item break after wearing it only wearing it 3 times. The zipper just split open. Their sizing is inconsistent, fabric is all plastic if you read the materials and I've had several items rip immediately.

I left a one star review of the recent zipper incident and customer service reached out. When I told them the item was left in the hotel I was on vacation in they basically said never mind. When I expressed that I felt they reached out to save face on my bad review someone else responded asking me to fill out a form in the future instead of a review.

Don't buy from this brand because you're just buying trash and their customer service will pretend to help just to make it seem like they are.

Gone downhill

Killstar use to be amazing quality and true to size, ive bought from them for years. In the last year or so I can honestly say they're absolute rubbish! Poor sizing (2 ins difference in a pair of trousers from about 2 years ago to a pair I ordered last week so far to small) all the waist bands are smaller and not as robust. Leg length has shortened significantly. Price increased significantly yet quality has diminished. And the cherry on the cake is that YOU now have to pay for returns! Sorry Killstar you've lost my loyal custom

So I made an order recently during their Black Friday sale, and the order somehow duplicated. I had no way of ordering the same exact order twice within a minute of each other on my end, especially when I was paying with Klarna, I explained this to Killstar and they said I had to pay the shipping to return my items, as there was no error. Uh excuse me!? How is there no error!? How or why would I order the same exact items twice?! I'm talking to Klarna now to reach out to them to get this issue fixed, but why should I have to escalate this issue? It's a very obvious error and I'm just asking for them to do the right thing and pay shipping to ship back an order I never even ordered. Instead I got two different agents regurgitating the Killstar return policy to me. Never again!

I only got a refund after making it abundantly clear I would report them to the attorney general for their unethical business practices. At the time, they were receiving so many negative reviews globally from people who never received what they paid for or received broken or ruined items that their social media team couldn't delete the negative feedback fast enough. Two years later and the only thing that's changed is their social media team is working overtime to delete any negative feedback.

I was going to buy a wardrobe for my kid, but was disgusted and appalled at the practically naked obese people posing on their site. Absolutely despicable and DANGEROUS. Kids will look at this, and they will think it's perfect normal to be this fat. It's NOT. Get normal sized models!

Their return policy makes absolutely no sense and they will blame it on you if you question it. Had to pay over $40 in shipping so I could return something and they can't even give me a coupon to their store lmao. So basically they do NOT have full refunds. In the end it's a PARTIAL refund. Just so everyone is aware.

Terrible quality and customer service

The jacket I bought was not durable / not worth the money / not what was supposed to be. The brand offers "occult luxury" which I find very misleading as the product I received was peeling off right out of the package. After finally getting in touch with customer service, I asked for the shipping costs to be reinbursed and they refused and stopped communication. I will never buy there again!

Do not order from this website. It's a scam. I ordered 3 items that ended up being defective. It's was a glass water bottle for $44.99, a necklace for $29.99 and wallet for $28.49. The water bottle leaked water, the necklace broke within a few hours and the wallet has metal piece (which scrapes it). Kate told me they couldn't refund me the money because it's a wear and tear issue. No, you guys sell defective products. Then when we tell you about it. You guys say that I caused the issues because you guys don't want to take responsibility for selling defective products. I will never order from this website, again. Please don't order from these people they will sell you defective products and refused to refund you your money. I wasted $103.47 of my money. Please learn from my mistake.

I had bought from killstar since 2010 and it used to be great. A few purchases have not had the same quality and the price has become extortionate. However I decided to buy the twin temple collab Cape and dress for an event, waited over a month, never arrived, chased it up, evri courier had lost it, so I got sent a credit note EVENTUALLY. I then attempted to use it, it failed, I then attempted to contact them, they said they would directly refund me, took another 3 WEEKS. I have now been told i can no longer order anything on there site as a third party anti fraud system called Signifyd has deemed my address too risky to send to.! Asked about how to rectify this, they said they cannot help and then ignored messages, terrible customer service and won't be using again.

Hello, i was abut to spend 200€ on an order on Killstars website and i just thought that i need to read reviews out of curiousity! And thank God i did. I wanted to pay by Klarna to guarantee that i receive my package but when I choose this option on their website, it says that "this option is not available". I felt there is smtng wrong! I'm saving my money!

You pay to get a refund
September 13, 2021

Ended up spending $60 to get a $45 refund. Their products seem decent quality but the customer service and the way they handle their refunds is just ridiculous. Again, I SPENT an extra $8 for shipping just to return something I didn't like, and didn't even get all my money back. Not shopping from them again.

Completely rip off of money and time.
Poor quality and absolutely heartless customer service.
I loved Killstar in the past and for their design. But it'll be the last time I ordered as years long customer.
The quality was always below average but could overlook it because I loved their style.

I lost over 160€ to them not putting a warning over their new tax fees.
No help at all from their site.

I literally have no complaints. Everything fit perfect, including the shoes (which I was a little worried about because my feet are narrow). The shipping time was great especially during a time like this. Already ordered from them again!

Don't order from this store!

I ordered a sweater in the middle of May, it is now the end of June and I have not received any updates or responses from Customer service regarding my order. They say to
Give them 4-8 days to ship but haven't gotten anything. In closing, if you want to give someone your money and not get anything in return, this is the place to go. But really HORRIBLE STORE, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Don't waste your time shopping here if you expect for people to respond in a timely manner to any of your issues or complaints. Had to pay $20 to return items and then was told I could only get a credit even though it's obvious that I purchased multiples of the same size. Also requested to speak with a Manager on 3 separate occasions before finally getting someone via email. Find another place to shop, you're wasting time & money here.

I've always had issues with every item i've bought from this place, it seems like it's made cheap and then sold for a lot more because of the brand/style. As much as i love the styles is is not worth the money or hassle. I've been refused multiple refunds on items that arrived broken, a bag that strap fell off on the first use and incorrect sizes putting me out of pocket. After what now i think is the 5th issue with an order, poor quality and bad customer service i will not be purchasing anymore items.
