I got my zodiac shower curtain the other day and it is absolutely stunning! I also bought a purse, pants, shoes and shirts from Killstar. Only problem was a purse that one of the handles snapped a week after receiving it. The other items are amazing and beautiful! I wish the pant leg length was shorter because I have tiny legs. All in all I LOVE Killstar! They stop fast. The customer service is amazing and the products are unique and well done.

Don't order from this store!

I ordered a sweater in the middle of May, it is now the end of June and I have not received any updates or responses from Customer service regarding my order. They say to
Give them 4-8 days to ship but haven't gotten anything. In closing, if you want to give someone your money and not get anything in return, this is the place to go. But really HORRIBLE STORE, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Ordered from Killstar a few times already, and so far I've never been disappointed. Everything I've gotten from them is high quality and fit perfectly. If an issue comes up due to delivery trouble, the customer service takes care of it immediately, free of charge. Thank you very much!

Don't waste your time shopping here if you expect for people to respond in a timely manner to any of your issues or complaints. Had to pay $20 to return items and then was told I could only get a credit even though it's obvious that I purchased multiples of the same size. Also requested to speak with a Manager on 3 separate occasions before finally getting someone via email. Find another place to shop, you're wasting time & money here.

Bought over $200 worth of items. They don't have return labels like normal companies. They get you to send it back yourself, then claim to have never received the returns. They kept my money, the items and I had to pay postage. Their customer service is downright abusive. They are slow to respond, gaslight you and do nothing to help. Because they know that they routinely steal stuff and don't refund. Avoid. This is a truly unethical company. They are registered in the UK but you can't file a claim in court there because they sell through their US e commerce site. They promote after pay for payments so you can't have buyer protection like with credit cards and PayPal. Awful.

I did not even return my order, it just never arrived. When I was contacting them I was put off three times saying that "someone will be in touch". This lasted for over a month. In the end they would only send it again if I paid another shipping fee, or they would give me a store credit minus the shipping fee plus additional costs. This is not how you treat customers!

Bad quality, Worse customer service

I ordered a pair of boots from this company in the middle of December and it was estimated a 5 day delivery time, I didn't receive the boots till Christmas eve and they sent me the wrong size I ordered 11s and they shipped me 10s, the zippers on both the boots were broken or just missing. Contacting them took forever and It took them 5 days to respond to me. They sent me paper labels to print and ship back to them which I had to wait till it got there to get a refund or for them to send the correct size I ordered. I shipped it back and it says it was delivered a week ago still haven't heard back for an exchange or a refund, now I'm 130$ in the hole I emailed them about it 2 days after they received the return and still haven't gotten a reply. Horrible company horrible customer service and cheap quality products.

I received the killstar possessions handbag today in the mail, and its alot shorter and smaller, and not distressed "leather- look" like the picture on their website. The faux leather is really stiff, and doesnt hang like it does in the picture on the website when on the shoulder. The zipper was difficult to unzip and looks like it might break with any real wear or tear to it. I actually think it hardly looks like what they pictured. I think they need a more accurate picture of the quality of this product on their site.

I'm so hesitant buying clothing online, it's usually a hassle and disappointment. I've ordered from Killstar at least 4 times now and everything I've ordered is extremely well made and true to their size chart. When I buy clothing I wear the crap out of it, and every clothing item I've purchased from Killstar has withstood washing over and over again. Their purses and wallets even come in dust bags which is a really nice detail most companies don't have.
I just encountered my very first issue with an order, a purse arrived without the removable strap and after emailing the company I received a friendly reply right away and a replacement strap is already being shipped out. They have by far the best customer service I've ever experienced, it was a pleasure instead of a pain. I can't express how refreshing this is, I wish every company was this great.

Not Great

I've always had issues with every item i've bought from this place, it seems like it's made cheap and then sold for a lot more because of the brand/style. As much as i love the styles is is not worth the money or hassle. I've been refused multiple refunds on items that arrived broken, a bag that strap fell off on the first use and incorrect sizes putting me out of pocket. After what now i think is the 5th issue with an order, poor quality and bad customer service i will not be purchasing anymore items.

Customer service is amazing and very professional, they aim to resolve any matters in no time. Highly recommended for all dark souls out there. The only problem you'd be having is choosing just a few items from their amazing range

So I e always loved Killstar it's 1 of my favourites but my hubby treated me to vervain top and hardcore leggings and all the elastic broke in the leggings and they said it's my fault and I only worn it once

I ordered 2 x dresses for my 12 year old daughter to try for size. Both were too big and I returned within policy guidelines. Killstar now state that one of the dresses is re saleable due to make up on the collar (my daughter does not wear make up and the other can only be returned as a store credit. All correspondence has been rude and condescending. One email signed off much love! I would never use this site again nor would I recommend to my friends. Beware!

Firstly let me say I got the black crystal iPhone case and worry not about struggling to plug in your charger or headphones with this case and there is so much protection around the edges that if you dropped this thing it would bounce 10 feet in the air. It also just looks fantastic I suggest pairing with white headphones.

Secondly

I was a little confused about shipping and when I sent out an email asking I was sent a reply within the hour. Princess was professional, helpful and fun.

What more can you want?

Superbly spooky!

I'm a super curvy lady with a small waist (I wear a 16 normally, bra size 36H) and their XL and XXL dresses and leggings look amazing on me. The fabrics and workmanship are always of a very high quality. The quality of the jewellery is top notch. My studded faux leather jacket turns heads. People have stopped me in the street to ask where my outfits come from. The dusters I have look beautiful over every dress I have got. Their customer service is excellent and delivery is fast, packaged beautifully. I get super excited when my packages arrive! I just can't have too much Killstar in my wardrobe!

Amazing company! Seriously, I wish I lived closer to them just so I could buy everything!
The products are incredible and the customer service is excellent. I had a few issues with my order (it took several months to arrive) and one of my items came damaged. They immediately gave me a gift card so I could replace the item. And that's not all: the gift card was also applied onto the shipping cost, something that many companies don't accept. I highly recommend it. Thanks the team for such a prompt and caring service <3

I use the UK site as Im in England. I have made many orders over the years. The items are always great quality and exactly as portrayed on the website. Quick and efficient delivery. There was one occasion that they ran out of the item I ordered during a big sale and they were very speedy and efficient at letting me know my options and exchanged the item for me win no issues. I bought one of their new cauldron mugs and skull mug, which came super fast! The cauldron mug had some chips in the paint & ceramic on the inside, which was a bummer. I contacted them and they responded very quickly and were kind enough to give me a full refund including the tax. So I ordered another one, and, again came within 2 days.The mug itself is cute but I wish it was sturdier and a bit bulkier. Definitely hand wash because the skull mug has a bit of pain scuff off the rim after washing. Still cute items, though.
