Ordered items with 10th June delivery date. Found out days later after they took my money that they wouldn't arrive until 18th. Refused a refund. Now estimated at 28th and every time I contact them to say I won't be there and have to buy the items for my holiday elsewhere and remind them that they said 10th at point of sale, they say "rest assured your items will arrive soon". Or "please allow 21 days". No, they are not here and won't be here on the date stated and it not ok. I won't be around to return the items if they eventually show up, nor should I have to, to correct their mistake of such a ridiculously late delivery.
