Excellent customer service!

I purchased a few items and two jewelry pieces arrived damaged. Spoke to Magda who replaced the items for me after me seeing pics. My replacement item arrived in great condition and in a timely manner. Really happy with purchase and the way my exchange was handled.

Okay, first and foremost I had an issue with an exchange I tried doing; they had resent me the same size back that was intended for an exchange. Although I was mad, I got great answers from princess regarding the issue & everything is being taken care of as we speak. I'm hopeful I'll get the size I need once the original package gets back to them. Other than that, I can't wait to order more from killstar & rep them majestically. I have a peace of mind now that if I ever have an issue again whenever I order, I'll get answers right away. Keep doing what y'all are doing! Rad customer service! Shoutout to princess & Magda for quick responses! I'll update more once I receive my package back!

I purchase the Possessions Handbag and in under 3 months later two straps on it had broken (not the main shoulder strap, the decorative straps; one across the front and one side tassle). The straps are folded and have a pin through them; each strap popped off the pin and would not remain secured back on.
I emailed customer service and was told, verbatim, "Our inspections manager has advised that this isn't a fault but a care / wear issue."
This is ridiculous. Of course I use the bag, it's a BAG FOR USE. It cost me over 100 AUD to purchase this, it broke in under three months and they've told me it's MY fault. They're accessory straps, not anything I hold onto.
I'm so angry at their "customer care", I will literally never purchase any of their poorly produced items again nor recommend their company.
They told me I could pay to have it sent back for a replacement bag - um no. It's not MY fault YOU made a poor product and don't want to cover all costs involved.
0/10. Buy elsewhere.

I have been buying Killstar dresses for a few years now and unfortunately, my latest purchase had a defect. I emailed their customer service team and communicated with a lovely person called Annemarie who put my mind at rest this was not the norm and helped me return the item. The whole interaction was completely stress-free and easy. I cheekily asked if there was any way of getting the dress before a certain date as I was hoping to wear it to a festival and Annemarie said she would get the dress prioritized as it was not just an exchange, which was very kind of them to do. My Killstar addiction shall continue and I'm glad that I am purchasing from a company whose staff are helpful and care about customer service, which seems to be a rarity these days.
Thank you Annemarie and thank you Killstar, you absolute babes

They claim to have sent my purse, but it's been a month and nothing. I kept messaging them since I notice the tracking number hadn't been updated and they insisted that they had shipped my stuff.

Fast forward to a month later. Still no item. They stopped responding to my emails, so I'm stuck going through PayPal to get my stuff.

They're stuff is pretty, but it's worthless if you never receive it.

Very pleased
December 25, 2018

I bought a handbag from here for my friend for Christmas. I accidentally ordered the wrong product and had to send it back and swap it for the right item. All went well and my friend has a new hand bag and a smile on her face. Every thing went as it should have, a pleasant change from some internet sites.

I had an issue with one of their products and their customer service team, especially Emily, were super helpful and acted on it really quickly! They were professional and super friendly! Their products are also great! I've bought a few of their items and all are great quality. As mentioned, I had a slight issue with one of their items which was a one off, but they quickly replaced it. Thanks again for the great service, guys. Keep it up!

Avoid buying shoes from them, especially if you go by US sizes. The sneakers I ordered were way too small. Spent $50 on shipping to exchange them for a size bigger, and they are still too small. Not worth the hassel and you'll spend way more than the cost of the shoes just trying to exchange or return them.

I spent over £300. I returned most of the items over a month ago as they did not fit and I still haven't recieved my refund. I've emailed them 5 times now and no response! I won't order from them ever again I've been robbed.

In April '18 I purchased a purse and several items from Killstar. One of these items was a handbag. Within a month of having and using this purse lightly one of the straps snapped while I was using it. Seeing as I'd had the purse for a month it was too late to return the item, but I decided to reach out to the customer service team anyways just to bring awareness to the issue. I received quick and polite responses requesting images of the purse and damage. The customer service representative was apologetic and attentive. I was not anticipating any form of return or reimbursement but was pleasantly surprised to be given a gift-card for partial value of the handbag. Overall the items I have purchased from Killstar have been of great quality and their customer service has been attentive, understanding, and pleasant. I will continue shopping with this company and encourage you to do the same!

I've purchased several items from Killstar and I wasn't satisfied with a couple of them. Had a pair of fingerless gloves with the white print flaking off, they were on clearance so it was whatever but omfg I also bought this s****y quality bag that I dropped $72 on. I ended up reselling that and the gloves on Poshmark and got most of my money back, thank god. The quality really depends on what you're buying. T-shirts and sweatshirts are great but are just way too overpriced for the sake of the style. Everything is more reasonably priced when they go on clearance. You don't even have to be goth to wear some of their clothes, I'm not at all but I like adding a splash of dark to my wardrobe and this clothing line allows me to do that with their unique and humorous designs/sayings that I can relate to. Things sell out pretty quick though so I would keep an eye and watch out for sales if you're looking for deals.

Don't ever buy something from this site if you don't live in the UK or US. They don't know how to ship stuff. My order was sent to my country and then sent back to the UK because apparently they didn't put the right postal code on the package. They didn't even send me an email about it but I could see that it was back in the UK because of the tracking. I asked if they could send it again. They told me I had to pay shipping AGAIN. I told them that I wanted my money back because I refuse to pay shipping again. After a week I still didn't get my money. So I had to mail them again. They told me there was something wrong with paypal. After 2 weeks I finally got my money back. But OF COURSE not the shipping I paid. I just lost 15 euros and didn't get anything in return. Find a different site to buy clothes from, this one is just horrible.

I have ordered from killstar at least 30 times by now I've never had these issues that other people complaining about I did have them sent the wrong item once but the exchange was free and easy they send you the label you print it out and take it to a box and send it out.

I have bought multiple items from Killstar, so far, things ranging between lifestyle products, to dresses, to bags, and accessories... And let me tell you this, they are all amazing. The quality of the items are always up to the highest standards, and if ever there is any sort of a mistake, the team is amazing, kind, and dedicated to solving your problem as soon, and as efficiently as possible.

Great customer service

I bought the Offerings Parka Jacket. This company has great products but with this one I wasn't happy with. I live in Minnesota and expected a PARKA jacket. It'll do fine in Fall or Spring, but to call this a parka won't fly here where it's cold. Not to mention the button loops are god-awful.
I contacted the company the moment I was done examining the garment and to my surprise they responded quite quickly (for it being the holidays). They gave me a partial refund (the coat was on sale for $135, the refund is for $28 gift card) and I got to keep the jacket.
I'm not entirely happy that I didn't get more of a refund but nonetheless they were extremely polite and wanted to make sure that I was happy, and I am. Just think I'm going to find a new brand for my winter wear.

Couldn't be happier!

I selected carefully quite a few items from the web store I had been drooling over for some time and placed my order. The shipping was internationally free when purchasing for over 150£ so that was very nice indeed. The delivery was very fast (I live in Finland) and I was so happy with every item I got!
I had a small issue considering a zipper on a bag I bought and contacted the customer service about it. Service was incredibly fast, I always got a reply on the same day, they were so friendly and in the end it worked out just fine. Couldn't have asked for more! I am very pleased with Killstar n will be ordering more in the future<3
