I've had the most pleasant experience with Magda as my customer service representative. Very polite and prompt responses, always gets to the root of my problem and fixes it. Quality product and excellent customer service is what you can expect from Killstar.
Long story short, I bought platforms off of this site, the sole separated from the shoe two hours into wearing them. I was able to return them for a new pair but the same thing happened with this pair too. I paid $130 for these shoes just to fall apart the very first day I wear them. This company will not give you money back they will just keep trying to send you the same thing in exchange for your old ones. I don't want these shoes anymore I want my money!
I ordered some boots from them to use in a photo shoot. After more than 5 attempts on trying to get them to send the merchandise I still have not heard one peep about this missing part of the order. As you can see from many reviews of the site you run the chance of losing your money, or worse, theft. I am sending complaints to local businesses and other sites to stop using killstar until this subpar customer service is rectified.
Absolutely disgraceful customer service, and had to return the same item 3 times during a lockdown, finally got a pair of boots that were in good condition, only to find out they were odd sizes! One was a size 4 and the other a 5! And customer service still treat me as I've done something bad. If you can buy from Kate's clothing or somewhere else... you definitely should, trust me.
Received an $200 jacket as a gift but it was too small. Turns out you have to pay to have the item exchanged. The return shipping was over $40. For a company this big, you'd expect them to at east provide a label to exchange the item for a larger size. TERRIBLE customer service. Now I have a gifted $200 jacket that doesn't fit because I can't afford to bay $40+ shipping fees.
Had an issue with some socks I bought off the website but got in contact and spoke to Emily and even though I've been at work, she's made sure to reply as soon as possible and now an exchange has been sorted. Very happy with the service.
Lets start off about my closet: 80% of my clothing is from killstar. Before christmas I bought a pair of shoes together with a bunch of items, it arrived on a bit later than I'm used to but amazingly quick for a package around the holidays. After walking 50 metres or so my platform ripped and within a few moments they provided me with the best service I ever expierenced and solved everything for me. They are absolutely amazing and I will never stop buying my clothing items from them.
Their clothes are way too expensive for the terrible quality. You're better off getting clothes from a Halloween costume store. The quality is the same. I bought legging that are already ripping at the seams. The leggings were 50 dollars. If something is that much money it should last. If they are going to make clothes that are like fast fashion, they should charge fast fashion prices. The two shirts I received are awkward fitting. They are a size small but the chest of the shirt is made for someone who is petite but some how has double D's. It's completely unrealistic. 100% a waste of money which sucks cause the clothes would be so cute if the quality was better
I love the items on this shop! I always try to buy things on sale since they are a bit pricey but I'm completely in love with the bags I got. Also got a gift for a friend to get to her house and it got there quickly. Shipping is fast and things usually arrive within 5 days max.
I was sent a warped hat, they jammed it into a box much too small for it to fit right. I have spent two days trying to repair it the way the return manager suggested and it's still warped. I spent around 50$ on the hat. This company wouldn't send me a replacement and I had to badger them to get a half baked suggestion on how to fix the product. I have purchased products from this company before, and they used to be one of my favorite brands. I won't ever be buying anything from KILLSTAR again after this.
They have really nice things but the shipping time frame is absolutely ridiculous. I got a tracking number but my order hasn't even moved usps is still waiting for my item and on another order they havent even fulfilled it what a joke
Ordered some items for the first and last time at Killstar. It took more than two months for me to get a partial refund for the goods that never arrived. They supposedly sent the parcel out and after several inquiries informed me that the parcel has been returned to them because I supposedly didn't pick it up at the post office. Local post always issues at least two delivery notices and then keeps the parcel for a month before sending it back even for cheap Ebay stuff. Never received a single notification. Contacted the post office and no parcel with the particular tracking number ever was registered in my country. Then they asked to pay for shipping to resend the goods. No thanks. At least I paid via Paypal and got money for the goods minus shipping. Customer service is terrible, not to mention the condescending tone in which some of the emails were written. Wasted a lot of time to get refunded. NEVER shopping there again!
I've purchased items from this site only once as they're a bit pricy. They offer a UK site and a USA site. Be sure to check which site your purchasing on because the stock is different and the shipping is obviously higher. The quality of their items are very nice and most are worth the retail price. That being said, if the brand of the item is not KillStar, check the brand's site. I've found that the price can often be cheaper from the source.( like plane tickets) They are prompt with your order (mine was sent out same day!) and give you a tracking number with updated information about your package. Love this site!
I have bought countless things from Killstar over the years, I must have spent thousands. Over this time both the quality and customer service have just gotten worse and worse. All the materials used are cheap and nasty, visibly so, look nothing like that from the website, and they aren't cheap to buy, either. You have to pay for delivery and pay for your own returns. Almost every online retailer has free returns now, even very cheap clothing brands, so I don't see why they can't run the same service.
Lost a long time loyal customer today.
I received multiple emails regarding my exchange and original order from Princess and Magda always minutes after my questions. I was never left in the dark about anything and appreciate the extra gift with the return greatly. Model company

I ordered from Mexico, it took a while because of some trouble with the post office, but Killstar fixed.
I ordered a shirt from KillStar and it got lost in the mail unfortunately. KillStar's customer service team was amazing and on it! They responded to my inquiries ASAP and sent out a new shirt, no questions asked, with a tracking number. Super happy with their service and will buy from again in a heartbeat.
Sent a damaged item and emailed the day of. Killstar took ages to get back to me and they said they couldn't do anything!
Threw item out as it was poorly made and cheap.
Won't be shopping there ever again!
Killstar is my favourite place to shop online. The clothing and other accessories are high quality and super comfortable. Items arrive quickly and customer service are amazing with solutions and always willing to accomodate with you as well as they are very nice. Thank you Killstar. I love you guys and always come back for more things.
I ordered two items from KILLSTAR back in March. The tracking was never updated and I was told I had to wait until April 5th ( one month after I placed my order) for them to file a claim. I am in the same state as this company and it never takes more than 2-3 days for items to be delivered. So, I waited (I needed these items for a convention, which was not going to happen at this point) and I messaged them on April 5th to inform them that I still had not received the items. At this point, one of my items was out of stock in my size (it was not when I first emailed them about the problem). I asked them to refund the item and re-ship the other. They told me that they had to start an investigation and would contact me with a follow up... this was nearly a month ago. They will not respond to my emails now and I've never had problems with this company before. Normally they were quick to help when something was not right... but this has killed my faith once their customer service.

Answer: Their sizes seem to be random. Some items are true to size, others are very small. But if you order and the size doesn't fit, you have to pay to return it.
