Pure excellence!

I use the UK site as Im in England. I have made many orders over the years. The items are always great quality and exactly as portrayed on the website. Quick and efficient delivery. There was one occasion that they ran out of the item I ordered during a big sale and they were very speedy and efficient at letting me know my options and exchanged the item for me win no issues. I recommend Killstar to all my mates, amazing products that keep varied too. Im always excited to see what they bring out next!

Great Service Every Time

Killstar has always gotten my orders out in a timely, and sometimes early manner. Everything always arrives neatly packaged. I love sticking with this company as my go to because they deliver quality items, and are always willing to answer any questions customers may have. They make it clear that they value us as their customers. They are also always having sales, which means awesome and convenient opportunities to shop. Thank you for always being reliable, Killstar.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
December 13, 2019

I went on their website for the Black Friday sales. I bought a purse for around $37 usd, that's about $50 Canadian. I ended up paying $85 Canadian for the purse and shipping. Shipping said 1-4 days but it's been a few weeks. Got a notification this morning saying I needed to pay $20 for customs fees. This has turned into a $100 purse and from the reviews, quality is horrible. I haven't even received my package yet and they don't respond to emails at all. Never ordering from this website again.

This company is awful. Their clothes look great on their website but in reality the clothes I have purchased are very hit and miss. The quality of making, fabric and sizing is very hit and miss. Customer service is poor. I have dealt with them on a number of occasions. Yes they do have a good response time but generally it's the same parroted information. 'Follow our returns policy and return the goods at your expense' even when the error is theirs. Ridiculous. It is in your interest to report this company to consumer direct as they are clearly not following appropriate legal rules despite what small print they have on their policy sheet. Also if you pay by visa get them to investigate. Awful company

This company used to be great. My most recent purchase was lost and I have or wait a month to file a claim, and the other item was ripped upon arrival. I sent velar pictures and they told me that they can't see any damage. It's a shame because the clothes the very cute, bit lately something is not right.

Ordered the crystal wall hanger as a Christmas gift and unfortunately it was damaged on arrival, but within about 30 minutes of opening the box I had contacted the customer service via email and gotten a pleasant response telling me I would be sent a replacement right away.
Wonderful service!

Sunglasses broke after 3 months, Killstar won't replace them as they said it's a wear and tear issue. I took great care of these glasses because they were expensive for me. Sunglasses should not just fall apart after 3 months of wear! Will not be buying this poor quality brand ever ever again. If you want good quality products and a company that cares about their customers, avoid this company.

The customer service is the worst. Even when Killstar knows they are in the wrong, they refuse to acknowledge it because they are greedy and unethical. I am usually a standard Small, but I followed their size chart for a skirt and ordered a Medium. It fit like an XL. I took measurements of the size "Medium" skirt I got and it was 5+ inches more than what was listed on Killstar's size chart. I sent photos of the measurements to customer service and they refused to refund, even when there was proof that the measurements had a major discrepancy. I had to exchange the skirt with their version of an XS. Two whole sizes down.
They make you pay for return shipping, which is just bad business when there are tons of companies that do free returns now. You're better off getting the many knock-offs of Killstar's clothes that are available now, because they are cheaper and the same quality. Don't support this sh! T company.

I used to be a massive Killstar customer as the products were decent and nicely packaged... Holy hell I am not sure what happened in their HQ, or what decisions were made (cost cutting and overcharge customers) but the last two products are received were shockingly stained, wrinkled and nasty. I had to pay for the postage even though it was their fault for sending me crap products. Wont order from there again and I used to spend a ton.

Stole my money

I have purchased from killstar many times over the years, I have never had an issue until I had to exchange a dress that was too small. I sent it back over 3 weeks ago, and have yet to hear anything back despite all of my emails I have sent them. I definitely won't be shopping there anymore as they don't care about customer service and they have no issues stealing your money.

I have ordered many times from Killstar and have not had any problems so far. Unfortunately this time an article was delivered wrong (unfortunately they sent me the wrong bag). So I got in touch with the customer service, I was always answered fast and very friendly, even on my many requests I have always received satisfactory answers. The shipping costs for the return I should also get refunded and the money for the article, I have already got back (although I actually wanted a replacement, but that's not bad). I will definitely order from Killstar again.

I will never order from Killstar again. I made a mistake and ordered the wrong size of something, and literally messaged them 20 minutes after I confirmed the order. It took them a whole day to get back to me! By the time they got back to me, my order shipped and nothing could be done. I emailed them again about the inconvenience, no response. Don't you think a reputable company would have many dedicated team members for customer service? I paid the money for priority express shipping, and I expected them to hold up their end. We are customers. We pay you and keep your company in business. What is so hard about getting back to us in a timely manner? Oh, and you can't even review them or post to their wall on Facebook. Sketchy.

Lovely customer service

I ordered the Witches Potion cup from here for a friend for Christmas, the cup is lovely and really good quality. Unfortunately the straw was broken when it arrived so I emailed to ask if a new straw could be sent out or if I could exchange the whole product. Customer services were so helpful and they got back to be promptly advising that they would get a new straw sent out to me. Lovely manner over email. Im very happy with the customer service.

Okay so I literally spent about $300 on their website, got a confirmation email about it. Next day they email me about how my shipping info wasn't recognized so I gave them the correct info. The next day it says the same thing (meanwhile money has already been taken from my account) they also said my order was cancelled from the start yet they needed correct shipping info? And when I tried to tell them about everything nicely and try to figure out what was going on they just told me that it's going to be cancelled and they had no matter with it being cancelled. And answers were VERY vague. Needless to say, don't waste your $#*!ing time. Still waiting for money to show up in my account.

NEVER RECEIVED MY PACKAGE
November 16, 2020

Hello I never received my package from Killstar. They refuse to give me a refund and opened an investigation. What is there to investigate? Just refund me my money.
I paid through after pay and they can't even do anything about it. This is extremely unfair and very unprofessional. I'm considering suing Killstar because this is ridiculous. I'll still be charged even if I didn't receive my package. How is that fair?

I live in the UK and ordered a single shirt from them, it was delivered 1-2 days after I put my order in. I ordered again in the sales and because the package didn't fully explain how to return a product (it was too big for me) I emailed them, and they responded within 10 minutes to help me. I am awaiting an email back but have only just sent it like 2 minutes ago. The clothing I received are comfortable; some of the socks are a little bit tight but I suspect they will stretch as they are worn.
