Soon after I wrote about my negative experience with my-lolita-dress, linda, the owner, started spamming emails to my spouse and I. Beware, the owner will harass you if she knows who you are and you leave a bad review. My spouse bought a lucky-pack as a gift and I also bought a lucky-pack. Both lucky-packs were missing items and the seller refused to refund or send the missing items. The seller said she would send the missing items "if we bought from her store again", which is a blatant lie, greedy, and shows how much of a scam this store is. We posted our honest reviews on the store's website and when they were not posted there, we posted them here and another reviewing site. She identified who we were and used our emails to harass us multiple times. The store is a scam, but also, the seller is unprofessional and rude. She also uses the promise of gifts as an incentive to buy, but does not send them out.

UPDATE: This user changed their name *******@vhsbabydoll on Depop to avoid the bad reviews. Their reddit user is u/ultraviolxnce. DO NOT buy from them, they are a scammer that sells counterfeit items and will not refund the total amount of your order.

I bought an item *******@1990sDoll. I noticed that the item was counterfeit and quickly asked for a refund before she shipped it because I did not want junk. She had no idea what she was doing. She did not refund the total amount and when I pointed this out, she whined "I'm so broke at the moment I have around $15 to my name and I literally can't send anymore". Complete bs, I sent this scammer the money for the item so they should be able to refund the whole amount. I later found out this was a kid that was selling, who also whines on reddit. The partial refund she did send has still been pending for days. Depop has not been helpful about this situation either, and while they claimed to have messaged the seller, they refuse to issue me the total refund. Depop also needs to have an age limit on who sells. DO NOT BUY *******@1990SDOLL!

This "business" is a joke. The owner is unprofessional and the customer service is nonexistent. The lipsticks were gooey and water-y, sheer, streaky, and not the colors advertised in photos. Yes, the lipsticks in my photo are dry, but they are obviously not matte and feel like paint. They are wolsbane, safari, and plot twist. Plot twist was the worst of the bunch. You also get very little product as the tubes are tiny, scuffed, and one lipstick wasn't completely filled. Stay away from this "store", there's a reason why there's barely any reviews. The site's ETA is 5-10 business days, but I was waiting well over 20 business days for my order to ship. I ordered on Jan 17th and emailed on Jan 30th after the original ETA had passed. After 2 days with no answer through email, I messaged the owner on instagram about my order and was told to "wait until tomorrow". 1 day passes with no reply on any platform, so I send another email. No surprise, they don't check their email, 1 more day passes, so this time I send another instagram message. I finally get an answer after waiting 2 days, but it's only "Your order will be shipped this week!". No definite answer, no apology, no explanation why it is taking so long to ship my order. Even after she said that, it took an additional week to ship. She makes labels a week before actually shipping an order. It is ridiculous that the customer has to message the owner on instagram just to get a reply, because she doesn't check her business email. The customer shouldn't have to repeatedly message about their order for the seller to get working on it, let alone on instagram rather than a business email. Also, the prices on the products change constantly. There was a lipstick sale for $2.99, which was then lowered to $2.50, $2.00, $1.99, and finally $1.50. These prices only changed in a matter of days and each previous cost post was deleted on their instagram, which is a big red flag. I've also seen "pre-orders" go from $5.99 to a $2.50 in a day. As someone who paid one of these higher-end prices, I was annoyed, especially since you can't cancel your order. I bought a lipstick at $2.99 and the price kept lowering until it was only $1.00. I bought 2 other lipsticks originally $2.99 and they kept lowering until $1.99. This just makes the owner look desperate to unload stock, and it's just bad business practice to keep prices constantly fluctuating daily. Do not trust reviews on the website! I tried to submit multiple 1 star reviews and all were deleted by the seller.

The customer service is the worst. Even when Killstar knows they are in the wrong, they refuse to acknowledge it because they are greedy and unethical. I am usually a standard Small, but I followed their size chart for a skirt and ordered a Medium. It fit like an XL. I took measurements of the size "Medium" skirt I got and it was 5+ inches more than what was listed on Killstar's size chart. I sent photos of the measurements to customer service and they refused to refund, even when there was proof that the measurements had a major discrepancy. I had to exchange the skirt with their version of an XS. Two whole sizes down.
They make you pay for return shipping, which is just bad business when there are tons of companies that do free returns now. You're better off getting the many knock-offs of Killstar's clothes that are available now, because they are cheaper and the same quality. Don't support this sh! T company.
